The temperature in the lobby plummeted.

The lords looked at each other in bewilderment.

No one expected that this white-haired loli would be able to utter such foul language when faced with the absolute rules of this bizarre world.

The Thousand-Eyed Man flew into a rage, and the eyes on the tumor became bloodshot and red.

"You fool! Since you refuse to listen to reason, then let these bizarre rules teach you a lesson!"

He opened his blood-red maw and spat out a mouthful of black blood imbued with the power of rules, which landed directly on the black seal on the parchment scroll.

He attempted to forcibly activate the contract and strip the mental hospital of its control.

The miracle did not happen.

When the black seal on the parchment came into contact with the black blood, it emitted a pungent white smoke and then turned into a pool of foul-smelling black water.

The ancient text on the contract began to twist and recombine, turning into lines of crooked graffiti.

The Thousand-Eyed Man stared intently and saw that it clearly stated: "The debts of Happiness Mental Hospital have been settled. The United Guild is required to immediately close down and compensate for mental distress damages due to serious harassment of Lord Red Moon."

Before he could even read it aloud, the entire parchment spontaneously combusted on the table, burning to ashes in seconds.

The firelight illuminated his distorted face, and hundreds of eyes were filled with disbelief.

The lords: "???"

"How is this possible!" the Thousand-Eyed Man screamed, his hundreds of eyes wide open.

The absolute contract of the Abyss Bank was unilaterally torn up, and not even the most basic backlash from the rules appeared.

He frantically waved his tentacles, trying to piece the ashes back together, but could only grasp handfuls of nothingness.

The skeleton lord was so frightened that his jawbone fell onto the table with a crisp clatter.

The other lords all stood up, and chairs overturned all over the floor.

The two heads of the hellhound were tearing at each other, trying to confirm with pain whether it was dreaming.

"She ignored the rules!"

A lord covered in pustules pointed at Jiang Luo, his voice trembling uncontrollably.

"That was that person's contract! She could even erase the seal! What kind of monster is she?!"

[Ding! The terror level from the Thousand-Eyed Aberration has increased by 5,000!]

[Ding! The Skeleton Lord's terror level has increased by 4,500!]

[Ding! The terror level from the two-headed hellhound has increased by 3,800!]

The numbers on the system panel jumped wildly, and the sound of gold coins being credited to Jiang Luo's account made him feel completely relaxed.

Jiang Luo put the lollipop back in her mouth and smiled like an innocent little angel.

"Oh dear, it seems the Abyss Bank doesn't admit to your extortion either. You old folks' plan has backfired."

The way the lords looked at Jiang Luo completely changed.

The ability to disregard the rules and forcibly erase a contract is something that an S-class supernatural entity could never accomplish.

Could this white-haired loli holding the tattered bear be an ancient being of SS rank or higher in disguise?

The situation in the hall was overwhelmingly one-sided.

The lords, who were just moments ago so arrogant and domineering, now didn't dare to utter a sound.

Seeing the pressure of the contract disappear, Jiang Xiaobai excitedly jumped back onto the table, grabbed the skeleton lord's bone staff, and started crunching on it.

The Skeleton Lord huddled in the corner of the chair, not daring to utter a sound, for fear that Jiang Xiaobai would be the next to gnaw on his skull.

Jiang Luo pulled over a large, high-backed chair and sat down, her two legs, clad in white stockings, swinging comfortably in mid-air.

"Now that you've finished explaining the rules, it's Lolo's turn to explain them."

She tapped the mahogany tabletop with her fair fingers.

"Starting today, every month, 30% of the players captured in all the city center dungeons must be handed over to Red Moon Castle. If even one player is missing, Lolo will send Little White to eat at a buffet in your dungeons, and even scatter your ashes."

Upon hearing this, the lords' faces turned even uglier than if they had swallowed a dead fly.

For 30% of players, the output is practically robbing them of their lifeline.

The bizarre promotion relies entirely on harvesting players' fear and souls; handing over 30% of their share is tantamount to directly cutting off their path to advancement.

"Kid, your appetite is a bit too big." The Joker, who had been standing silently by the door, tossed the bowling ball in his hand and let out a sharp, piercing laugh. "Who do you think you are, the ruler of the abyss? Even if you can erase that broken contract, the strange world has clear territorial level restrictions."

Joker walked up to the round table in his pointed leather shoes, his face paint clumped together.

"You want to collect protection money across regions? With your current strength, you have absolutely no authority to sign any inter-regional supplementary treaties with us!"

Joker's words jolted the other lords awake, and they all echoed his sentiments.

"That's right, without the binding force of a contract, you can't take any of us away!" the Thousand-Eyed Man shouted through gritted teeth.

As long as the rules don't support it, Jiang Luo can't do anything about them.

Jiang Luo frowned slightly and immediately called upon the system in his mind to check.

[Ding! The host's current territory level is level three, and it is not possible to forcibly bind an affiliated relationship with the city center area dungeon. Once the Red Moon Castle's power level reaches level five, the host can activate a cross-region dungeon contract.]

Jiang Luo scoffed inwardly.

This stupid system has so many restrictions.

Once I get back, I'll open a few more blind boxes and eventually upgrade this wretched territory to the maximum level, then hang all of you local bullies on the streetlights.

Since crossing regions isn't an option, there must be some other way.

Jiang Luo's eyes darted around, and her gaze fell directly on the man dressed in a comical clown costume at the door.

"Uncle, you just said that crossing regions doesn't work, but does that mean it's okay within the same region?"

Joker paused for a moment, his face paint stiffening slightly.

"Of course, people from the same region can help, but the city center is a million miles away from your Red Moon Castle. Where are you going to find a sucker from the same region?"

Jiang Luo interrupted him, her eyes crinkling with laughter, revealing two rows of sharp, white shark teeth.

"Lolo remembers, your Death Playground is located on the edge of the northern district where Red Moon Castle is, right? You shamelessly came to the United Guild meeting to take advantage of the resources in the city center, didn't you?"

The bowling ball in Joker's hand fell to the ground with a thud, smashing a deep dent into the hard floor tile.

Jiang Luo jumped off the chair, took Jiang Xiaobai's hand, and walked step by step toward the Joker.

"Since we're all good neighbors in the North District, then Lolo will start by collecting rent from you."

She tilted her small face up, her red eyes filled with greed and mockery.

"The Death Playground hands over 50% of its players every month. What do you think, sir?"

Joker watched the approaching white-haired loli and the drooling boy, his Adam's apple bobbing with difficulty.

His smile completely crumbled, and cold sweat slid down his face paint.

"Don't push your luck here!" Joker took a half step back, his voice trembling.

Jiang Xiaobai opened his gaping maw, which was torn to the roots of his ears, and stared at Joker's neck with his green eyes.

"Big sister, this clown uncle's meat looks so dry. Can I eat it with ketchup?"

Jiang Luo peeled open a new strawberry lollipop and licked it.

"Of course, as long as he doesn't sign, everything in the amusement park, including himself, is your dessert."

Joker leaned against the cold wall, with nowhere left to retreat.

He stared at the contract for the same region that Jiang Luo had conjured out of thin air in his hand, his fingers trembling so much that he could barely hold the pen.

He originally only wanted to use his influence in the city center to suppress this newcomer, but who would have thought that he would be the one driven to the brink of despair in the end?

The clown is me!

Joker felt like crying his eyes out.
