The middle-aged man remained silent for a long time, finally seeming to have lost all his strength: "When he comes back, I'll make him return it to you."

Xu Jiawei nodded: "Uncle, what's wrong with your health?"

"It's an old ailment, probably a lingering condition from an illness I had years ago that wasn't treated properly," the middle-aged man said after coughing twice.

"Dad, how are you?" Jules came to the middle-aged man's side, showing great concern.

"I'm fine. This young lady is looking for her lost ring, which Jules returned to someone else." The middle-aged man was weak, but his voice was very serious.

Before long, the middle-aged man's complexion returned to normal, and he was even able to get out of bed.

The father and son embraced and wept bitterly.
