Lin Su was sitting on the bed waiting until she was almost asleep when she heard the sound of the lock being opened outside.

Chen Mu had a social engagement today and had texted her beforehand that he would be home late, but he didn't expect it to be so late; it was almost midnight.

Chen Mu opened his eyes again and said in a low voice, "I have a bit of a headache."

"Get up, I'll make you some honey water." Lin Su remembered there was honey in the refrigerator, and she tugged at Chen Mu's sleeve to prevent him from falling asleep while sitting.

"Hmm." Chen Mu stood up by himself, standing quite straight. If it weren't for his bright red face, one would think he wasn't drunk.

"I'm going to take a shower." He even knew to take his pajamas with him when he went to the shower.

Lin Su followed him for a few steps, then said worriedly, "Don't fall."

"No." Chen Mu turned around and closed the bathroom door.

Lin Su stared at the door for a few seconds, then turned around and went to make him some honey water.

When Chen Mu came out after taking a shower, half of the blush on his face had faded. He sat upright at his desk, sipping honey water, as if he had already sobered up.

"Does your head still hurt?" Lin Su asked, looking at him. "Would you like me to massage it for you?"

Chen Mu looked up at her while holding the honey water, and nodded after a few seconds.

Lin Su took a few steps closer to him, and pressed her warm fingers directly onto his forehead, applying pressure with practiced ease.

Chen Mu lowered his eyes, his gaze falling on the blue buttons on her pajamas. She had a fragrance, the same as his, because they used the same shower gel.

"Alright." Chen Mu looked up. "It doesn't hurt anymore. Go to sleep."

Lin Su withdrew her hand, curling her fingers slightly. "Aren't you going to sleep?"

"I'll go to sleep after I wash the cup." After finishing his honey water, Chen Mu washed the cup clean before going to bed. As usual, he said, "I'm turning off the light," before lying down in the dark.

He was still dizzy and breathing heavily. Lin Su noticed and turned her head away. Chen Mu spoke in a hoarse voice, "I can rest tomorrow. Do you want to go out and have some fun?"

"No," Lin Su said. "It's too cold outside, let's just stay home and play."

Chen Mu was silent for a few seconds, then said, "You don't need to worry about me, I'm not tired."

"But it's really cold outside."

"Then let's not go out."

The next day, Lin Su woke up a little late. Her sleeping position had changed, and she realized she had bumped into something as soon as she turned her head to the side.

She turned her head and realized she had bumped into Chen Mu's shoulder; she had unknowingly almost rested her head on his shoulder.
