You're about to retire from the entertainment industry, yet your concerts are still so popular?

As Xu Hao burned the master disc, he heard this chorus and his whole body trembled and his scalp tingled!

Such a clear and inspiring voice!

It's completely different from the ruggedness he's going to portray in "Chasing Dreams with a Pure Heart"!

Yet they share the same sentiment: "One should know that in youth one has lofty ambitions, and once vowed to be the best in the world!"

"His voice is clearly that of a young boy, yet he sings with a fiery passion. Brother Chen's lyrics also capture the undiminished enthusiasm of a youth who has weathered many storms!"

"Brother Chen, you've actually grown up on your own for the past ten years without me knowing?! You're truly amazing!"

The interlude ends.

Du Yeqiu begins a long rap.

Her clear, melodious voice gently inspired the listeners.

"Chase every ray of light that comes your way in life."

"Let the world shine because of your existence."

Actually, there's no difference between you, me, and him.

"As long as you're willing to draw an image of hope..."

Du Yeqiu's female rap has a clear and cheerful rhythm.

However, Yu Menglong's vision had already become blurred.

He recalled a night two months ago when he stood by his apartment window and looked down at the streetlights, which resembled shattered stars.

At that time, he wondered: Would people become quiet if they "lie down"?

But just now, as he sang "Not a single thing has changed," his throat suddenly choked up.

Now he understands!

Ye Chen wrote this song and then made himself sing it; he was handing himself a rope!

Ye Chen's songs are like a hand!

They pulled him back from the abyss!

It turns out that while alive, one can still sing such vibrant songs!

It turns out that even while he's alive, there are still people willing to offer him this song full of redemption!

As soon as Du Yeqiu finished singing, he immediately composed himself.

At the same time, Yu Menglong sang in unison with Du Yeqiu in an even more passionate and energetic voice: "I am still the same boy I used to be! Not a single bit changed!"

"...

"The boy before me still has the same face as before!"

No matter how many difficulties lie ahead, we will not back down!

"Say never never give up! Like a fire!

"I'm still the same young Miya I always was!"

"..."

They portrayed the spirit of a child with high aspirations and a pure heart very well.

The song ended, and "The Youth" was finished.

Inside the recording studio, all the professional singers were amazed!

"Weren't Du Yeqiu's two raps? Isn't rap supposed to be about dissing each other? How come Ye Chen's rap is so heartwarming?!"

"This song 'Youth' is great! Both singers will become famous thanks to Ye Chen's song!"

"I felt this song was very light and refreshing, but it brought tears to my eyes. It was so moving!"

"The lyrics and music are so moving! Even the trainees sang so beautifully! Is this the skill of composer Ye Chen?"

"Top-notch lyrics and music! Ye Chen, have you secretly earned several degrees behind our backs all these years? What happened to the pop star everyone's talking about online?"

"This song is like it has a healing cheat code? The moment the lyrics and music start playing, depression disappears."

"..."

After leaving the soundproof recording booth.

Du Yeqiu's eyes were mischievous yet full of anticipation: "Grandmaster Ye Chen, how was it?"

Ye Chen lightly slapped the back of her head: "Don't yell like that."

"Ouch~ that hurts." Du Yeqiu winced in pain, his playful smile vanishing as he clutched the back of his head.

Ye Chen looked at the sound engineer Cao Baolong: "Old Cao, this version isn't good, is it?"

These past few days, Ye Chen has been reading!

The entire sugar distribution team was busy!

As a result, Cao Baolong's workload has also increased dramatically!

But life is short, only a hundred years. There should always be something that leaves a mark on you!

He felt it was worth it to be busy with work for these high-quality hit songs!

Only songs by Teacher Ye Chen can truly be called music!

As for songs in the music scene? How many are truly original?

That's it! He suddenly remembered!

I can sing all of Ye Chen's songs in just one take!

Wow~ No wonder even national-level singers joked about wanting to become their apprentices!

He suddenly had a revelation, and the way he looked at Ye Chen completely changed.

Speaking of the recording, Cao Baolong said regretfully, "I think it's very good, but Yu Menglong choked up just now, so we need to re-record this part."

Ye Chen had noticed this before, and he nodded to comfort her, "Menglong, you're too emotional. Adjust your emotions and Lao Cao will record it for you again later."

After saying that, he looked at Du Yeqiu again: "You need to [do something about] some minor flaws."

Ye Chen pointed out many bad habits of Du Yeqiu, as well as some tips on singing techniques.

These handy tips and tricks from around the world were a refreshing surprise for many people at the event!

"Teacher Li, you can still pronounce words like that while singing?!" Xu Hao nudged Li Shuyuan with his elbow.

No response!

He turned his head and found that Teacher Li Shuyuan was watching Ye Chen, engrossed in studying!

Xu Hao tugged at her sleeve: "Teacher Li..."

Li Shuyuan slapped Xu Hao away: "Stop fooling around! Focus on learning...pay attention in class!"

"Students with poor grades, please don't bother the students with good grades!"

Xu Hao was completely numb!

So you guys aren't kidding?! You really want to watch and learn from this?!

Is this right, family?!

"Okay, thank you, Teacher Ye Chen." Du Yeqiu said happily.

"Don't thank me yet," Ye Chen waved his hands repeatedly, "You need to strengthen the emotion in your singing of this song."

"But... I can't get emotionally involved," Du Yeqiu said, distressed.

"???" Xu Hong and his assistant were both very surprised this time.

"Ye Qiu, your narration at Teacher Ye Chen's concert was so emotionally resonant!" The assistant grabbed the other's hand, unwilling to believe it.

"That kind of national pride comes naturally, okay?" Du Yeqiu shook his head. "That kind of emotion doesn't need me to act it out at all."

Seeing this, Ye Chen had a flash of inspiration: "How about this, I'll revise the lyrics for you, and you can record a solo version."

"Huh???" Du Yeqiu didn't understand, but he was also very excited!

That's a solo version! For a trainee like her, this is an incredible opportunity!

Amidst the bewildered looks of the crowd, Ye Chen swiftly wrote the lyrics for "Youth" (a song themed around the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China).

Several people immediately gathered around.

[A solemn chapter begins in 1921: Unyielding self-improvement]

[A miracle will surely be created]

【…

I am still the same boy I always was, and my original aspirations have never changed.

A century is merely a test; the goal of a better life continues to be achieved.

"Hiss~"

The same melody, with different lyrics, instantly becomes grander!

I'm still the same young man I always was, my original aspirations have never changed... Is this about one person? Or is it about everyone?!

Our original aspiration has never changed. This doesn't just apply to me, it applies to our entire country!

I am a youth, and my country is also full of youth! This phrase instantly evokes a strong sense of national pride!

The veteran singers from the choir present looked at Ye Chen with astonishment, as if he were a monster:

"The solemn chapter of 1921 begins... The same melody, but with different lyrics, instantly becomes grander!"

"If this song were sung to high school seniors taking the college entrance exam, wouldn't they cry their way into the exam hall?"

"This was written in five minutes?! I can't even come up with a good caption for my WeChat Moments in five minutes!"

"A hundred years is just a test? Who came up with that phrase? Ye Chen, are you even human?" Xu Hao stared at the paper, his eyes wide!

"Alright, let Du Yeqiu familiarize herself with this version of the lyrics first. Next, it's time for all the teachers to sing 'A Journey of Blossoms' together."

After saying that, Ye Chen looked up and found Yu Menglong: "By the way, Menglong. Acting, directing, singing... you can do a lot of things. Why don't you come and develop your career with Shengtang? We'll compensate you for your breach of contract."
