After seven years of being out of the spotlight, millions of fans are waiting for my return!

While netizens were still marveling at Lin Mo's new song, Lin Mo once again silently disappeared into the film crew, isolating herself from the outside world once more.

At first, netizens thought he was just disappearing for two days, like last time.

However, they never dreamed that Lin Mo would disappear for five days in a row this time.

Five days have passed, and there is not a single piece of news about him online.

Even the initially calm netizens started to get a little anxious.

With Director Zhang's new film about to be released, Lin Mo seems to have vanished into thin air.

The other party not only did not participate in any activities, but also stopped logging into Weibo.

It's as if he never made a comeback.

They've followed so many celebrities, but this is the first time they've seen such a laid-back star.

If it were any other celebrity with Lin Mo's popularity, they would probably be inundated with commercial performances and constantly appearing on variety shows to boost their profile.

He even surfs the internet intensively every day, posting countless Weibo updates daily.

The reason these celebrities interact with their fans so frequently is because they are worried about losing followers.

But everything changed when it came to Lin Mo.

The other party didn't consider themselves a celebrity at all.

He rarely logs into Weibo, and he doesn't even disclose his schedule to the outside world.

I do not accept commercial performances, participate in variety shows, or participate in any online activities...

He's so young, yet he's lived like an old man.

At this moment, they were scrolling through Weibo while listening to Lin Mo's songs, and they also made sure to interact with Lin Mo in the comments section.

"Your idol has been missing for five days, aren't you worried at all?"

"What's the rush? We've waited seven years already, what's a few more days?"

"Aren't you worried that his popularity will drop because he hasn't been open for so many days?"

"It's good that their strength hasn't declined!"

"Why doesn't he even log into Weibo or interact with his fans?"

"If there's nothing else, let's call it a day. Everyone's at work; who wants to be at work if they don't have anything to do?"

"Isn't he worried about losing followers?"

"Losing followers? He has tens of millions of followers from eight years ago, and you're telling him he's losing followers!"

"..."

Looking at the replies from Lin Mo's fans, netizens almost thought they were all fake fans.

It's one thing for idols to be indifferent, but even their fans are just as laid-back.

While other celebrities' fans are busy forwarding photos and schedules of their idols every day, Lin Mo's fans check in every single day without fail.

Other fans spend their days on Weibo either bragging about their idols or fighting with fans of other idols.

Lin Mo's fans not only don't care about their idol's schedule, but also don't care about popularity, data, or losing followers.

This time, their understanding of Lin Mo's fans was completely refreshed.

This was the first time they realized that idols don't need to be active every day, and fans can still continue to support them.

They didn't feel any sense of crisis about losing followers.

Just as they were still feeling sentimental, the official Weibo account of the fantasy drama crew suddenly updated with a set of promotional behind-the-scenes footage.

Originally, netizens didn't pay much attention, until the official Weibo account of the fantasy drama team tagged Lin Mo.

At that moment, netizens instantly realized what was happening.

Lin Mo is back on set filming!

He actually went and filmed a fantasy drama!!!

Looking at the promotional behind-the-scenes footage released by the official Weibo account of the fantasy drama production team, they felt like they were dreaming.

If a talented actor like you goes to act in an idol drama, how are other popular stars supposed to survive?!

This is simply a game-changer!

No, is it appropriate for a talented actor like you, who has played the role of a great emperor in history, to act in an idol drama?

At this moment, all they could think of was Lin Mo, clad in armor and exuding an aura of royalty.

After this scene appeared, they felt something was off when they watched the video from the production crew again.

The Great Xia Dynasty has many talented actors who have worked with numerous renowned directors. However, once their acting skills are recognized, they almost never choose to film idol dramas.

Some people even go on to play roles similar to their breakout roles, and very few people will step out of their comfort zone.

Moreover, many actors cannot completely shed their roles, and audiences are unwilling to accept their new breakthroughs.

Now that Lin Mo's acting skills have just been recognized, she has taken the initiative to step out of her comfort zone and choose to challenge herself with an ancient costume drama.

Although historical romance dramas don't demand as much acting skill, Lin Mo's portrayal of the First Emperor was simply too memorable.

Especially noteworthy is that the cast of this fantasy drama invited actresses such as Yang Mi, Liu Yifei, and Liu Shishi...

The mere thought of the First Emperor engaging in romantic relationships in the drama sent chills down their spines.

They were looking at the promotional behind-the-scenes video released by the production team, but hesitated to click on it.

Although they believed in Lin Mo's acting skills, all they could think of now was Lin Mo dressed as the First Emperor.

If Lin Mo makes the wrong choice this time, his future collaboration with Director Chen will be greatly affected.

Even taking on a few GG endorsements is better than filming idol dramas.

"He was too hasty; he shouldn't have made the transition so quickly."

"Even period dramas are better than idol dramas!"

"Having ambition is fine, but you've narrowed your path!"

"If he messes up this performance, he might never get top-tier roles again!"

"They're still too young and a bit too eager for quick success."

"..."

Just as netizens were criticizing Lin Mo's choice as irrational, a familiar Weibo user suddenly appeared in the comments section of the official Weibo account of the fantasy drama series.

[Director Chen V: Tagging Director Zhang, Director Gu, Director Wang, ... The action scenes were amazing! They didn't use a stunt double. We can hire him for all our future action scenes.]

When this comment appeared in the comments section, netizens all showed surprised expressions.

Action scenes?

Lin Mo actually filmed an action scene!

They haven't used a stunt double yet!

My first time filming an action scene, and I didn't even need a stunt double!

At that moment, they clicked on the video without hesitation.

In the video, Lin Mo, dressed in ancient costume, is seen flying rapidly while carrying an ancient sword.

Suddenly, he drew the sword from behind him, held it upright in front of his chest, and with a flick of his left wrist, slashed out from thin air, sending a crescent-shaped sword aura flying through the air.

Then, he pushed off with his back foot, held the sword horizontally in front of his chest, and twirled it with his backhand.

His movements were fluid and natural, like flowing clouds and water, clearly demonstrating a certain level of martial arts skill.

The person standing before them was no longer the First Emperor, but a righteous young swordsman.

From appearance to fight scenes, every detail reveals the actor's skill.

This newcomer actor, who had only been filming for a few days, first conquered the film industry with his acting skills, and now he has single-handedly raised the acting threshold for idol dramas.

From then on, they never dared to casually say that idol dramas didn't require acting skills.

Because someone actually did it!

"From the music scene to the film industry, and now to the idol drama industry, is there anything he can't do?"

"So cool! All I can think about now is the young hero Lin Mo!"

"It's been so long since I've seen such exciting action scenes!"

"She's got the looks, the acting skills, and now she even has martial arts skills!"

"For acting, you actually know kung fu!"
