Reborn as an Armed Police Officer: I Became an All-Round Soldier King Through Duty

In the conference room,

The class leaders sat upright with serious expressions.

Huangshan looked around.

"The leaders have all left, so we've passed this inspection!"

"but!"

"It's also very necessary to talk about this!"

"Let's make this clear from the start!"

"The emergency last night was detected promptly and handled decisively by the No. 3 sentry post; there's no question about that."

"The pull-up this morning was a bit chaotic at first, but we finished it within the allotted time!"

"During the afternoon's shooting review, some comrades performed exceptionally well!"

At this point, Huang Shan glanced at Bao Cheng.

Several squad leaders in the meeting room also subconsciously looked at Bao Cheng.

Everyone knows who these comrades are.

Zhou Heng really showed off his face!

Bao Cheng didn't show much expression and sat up straight.

Huang Shan continued:

"Everyone knows about the results, so I won't go into them."

"Absolutely eye-catching!"

"This shows that there are indeed some outstanding recruits among this batch!"

"But this also shows that we haven't been doing enough in discovering and nurturing promising young talents!"

Upon hearing this, Bao Cheng's heart skipped a beat.

coming!

After the praise, the turning point is coming!

As expected, Huang Shan's tone turned serious.

"You know best what Zhou Heng's grades were like before, Bao Cheng."

Bao Cheng immediately stood up.

"yes!"

Huang Shan looked at him.

"I wasn't good at horizontal bar before, and my shooting wasn't particularly outstanding either."

"But then it suddenly started working again in the last couple of days. I don't believe that's a huge improvement!"

Bao Cheng offered no explanation.

"Yes, I am responsible, and I will reflect on my actions!"

Lu Fan secretly glanced at Bao Cheng.

Honestly, Zhou Heng got himself into a really bad mess by Bao Cheng, and he also got himself into a really bad mess!

As class monitor

It is a serious dereliction of duty to not even know the basic information of one's colleagues.

As a new recruit, his grades were usually terrible.

As a result, the leader's arrival suddenly "transformed" the person into an omnipotent being, which has a strong sense of opportunism.

So Huangshan asked again:

"As the class monitor, do you know Zhou Heng's specific situation?"

The sound of the package was loud:

"Report, I apologize!"

"I shouldn't have been selfish and let Zhou Heng hide his true strength!"

What?

Everyone frowned immediately.

He had Zhou Heng hide it?

But they quickly realized what was happening.

Pulling yarn,

Bao Cheng had absolutely no idea of Zhou Heng's true strength!

He's taking the blame for Zhou Heng!

Huang Shan looked at Bao Cheng with a puzzled expression.

"Bao Cheng, what do you mean by that?"

"What do you mean you told Zhou Heng to hide it?"

"What's there to hide?"

Bao Cheng's expression remained unchanged.

"Report: I had Zhou Heng conceal his strength in order to advance his promotion next March."

"I apologize!"

"Promotion ahead of schedule?"

Huangshan smiled.

What does hiding one's strength have to do with getting promoted early?

It has absolutely nothing to do with us!

Anyone can compete for this spot as long as they are physically fit!

It can only be said that Bao Cheng went to great lengths to help Zhou Heng take the blame.

The two looked at each other.

Just as the other class leaders were holding their breath for Bao Cheng,

Huangshan spoke again.

"Please sit down."

"I will register him for the early promotion next March."

"As for the self-criticism..."

"You've done a good job, you've all made contributions, what's there to reflect on?"

"yes!"

After sitting down, Bao Cheng immediately breathed a sigh of relief.

Fortunately, the captain didn't investigate further.

That's the end of it!

But Huangshan continues.

There's no need to bring up the past.

"There's a lot of attention and discussion surrounding Zhou Heng right now."

"As the class monitor, you need to keep a close eye on him, making sure he doesn't get carried away or develop too much of a mental burden!"

"yes!"

Huang Shan nodded, then looked at the other class leaders.

"You are the same."

"Don't think that just because Zhou Heng is in the same class, it has nothing to do with you."

"The overall performance of the new recruits today still has many problems."

"The plan is not well understood."

"I'm not familiar enough with the equipment."

"And their physical fitness is even worse!"

"These problems are not just problems of one class, but problems of the entire company."

"This must be resolved as soon as possible!"

All the class leaders said in unison:

"clear!"

Huang Shan opened the notebook in his hand.

"Now let's talk about rectification."

"First, in terms of logistical support."

"Starting tonight, each squad will reorganize its training on sentry duties and duty discipline."

"Especially for new recruits, it is essential to clearly understand the key observation points for each sentry post."

"No talking is allowed while on duty, off duty, or patrolling the route."

"Second, the plan."

"Memorize this; if you can't memorize it, just copy it!"

"Everyone must be able to speak and present!"

"The same applies to equipment operation; if you can't memorize it, just copy it!"

"Sun Hao".

Sun Hao immediately stood up straight.

"arrive!"

"This task is assigned to you. During breaks in training each day, ask a few questions; otherwise, it'll be completely ineffective!"

"yes!"

Third, physical fitness.

"You saw the armed forces this afternoon as well."

"It took you almost half an hour to run three kilometers, right?"

"I'm almost embarrassed to say this result!"

At this point, the expressions of several squad leaders in the meeting room became somewhat unnatural.

The recruits were running like crazy.

It's really not presentable.

Huang Shan's voice deepened.

"Of course, I also bear some responsibility; I really didn't run."

"But I'll say it again."

"Practice what you're not good at!"

"Starting tomorrow, we'll gradually increase the intensity of our physical training!"

"The five-kilometer run with full gear, the 400-meter obstacle course, and the physical conditioning exercises—all these challenging subjects should be trained simultaneously."

"While ensuring safety, ensure that all new recruits achieve a good or above score in all subjects!"

Upon hearing this, several class leaders frowned.

Good or above.

This result puts immense pressure on the new recruits who have only recently joined the unit!

Huang Shan also noticed the embarrassment on the faces of the squad leaders.

"I know this is indeed somewhat difficult, so I've made some adjustments."

"Regarding sentry posts, if new recruits have shifts from 4 PM to 6 PM, let the veterans relieve them so the new recruits can come down and do training!"

The class monitor did not refute.

Compared to training, veterans would definitely prefer to stand guard.

Just then, instructor Liu Meng spoke up and asked.

"Captain, should we implement a second sentry duty for the next few days?"

"Secondary sentry?"

Huang Shan thought for a moment and then shook his head.

"No!"

"If there are no requirements from superiors, then we won't increase the workload on duty."

"Just have the sentries be on high alert, there won't be any problems!"

Everyone nodded in agreement.

The prisoner isn't stupid.

He just shot and shot one person down.

Who would dare to show their face at this time?

Showing your face is just asking for trouble!

Seeing that no one had any objections, Huang Shan continued:

"And one last point, regarding honors."

Upon hearing this, Bao Cheng's eyes flickered slightly.

The others looked at Bao Cheng again.

There are no detours in Huangshan.

"The year-end evaluation is coming up soon. You all know how many spots there are for advanced squadrons and third-class merit awards for brigade squads."

Whether our squadron has a chance depends on our overall performance.

"The honor isn't secured just because one person performs meritorious service!"

"So, squad leaders, get your men in line and get the training underway!"

"Especially Class One."

Bao Cheng stood up again.

"yes!"

Huang Shan looked at him.

"Your class definitely has a good chance now."

"If Zhou Heng receives further recognition, that would be a plus."

"But if new recruits like Fang Lin and Li Meng don't achieve a good rating in the year-end assessment, your squad won't be able to get a third-class merit award."

"Do you understand?"

"clear!"

"When we get back, we'll explain our goals to them clearly."

"Honor isn't something you shout out, it's something you earn through practice!"

Bao Cheng immediately said:

"yes!"
