"Tickets will be fully refunded. If you are a viewer from out of town, you can submit your hotel reservation to the production team, and they will handle it properly."

The scene was in an uproar, but seeing the serious-looking uniformed personnel around them, no one dared to cause trouble. They could only leave in an orderly manner under the guidance of the staff.

Upon receiving the news and hearing You Hongchang's words, Gu Yang immediately stood up from his seat and hurried towards the backstage area.

He had just turned into the backstage corridor when he saw Ling Luo.

Ling Luo was leaning against the wall, looking down at her phone, her expression calm.

"Ling Luo!" Gu Yang rushed over, grabbed his arm, and looked him up and down. "Are you alright? What happened just now?"

"I'm fine." Ling Luo put away her phone and patted his hand. "Do I look like something's wrong?"

Gu Yang looked closely and found that Ling Luo was indeed no different from usual.

He breathed a sigh of relief, but his heart was still in suspense.

"Then...where is Jiang Jingge? I saw a lot of police officers just now."

"They've been taken away," Ling Luo said succinctly.

"Huh?" Gu Yang's mouth dropped open. "Just like that... you took them away?"

"Mm." Ling Luo nodded.

Gu Yang blinked, processing the information.

"What about our competition? Binbin has only sung half of his song."

"The show has been paused; it'll probably have to be re-recorded," Ling Luo said, gesturing with her chin towards the other end of the corridor. "Let's forget about the competition for now and go check it out."

Gu Yang followed his gaze and saw Shao Hui and Yu Yunze.

Shao Hui leaned against Yu Yunze, his back to them, so his expression was not visible.

"Brother Hui..." Gu Yang said with some concern.

"Let's go." Ling Luo grabbed his wrist and walked over there.

Hearing footsteps, Yu Yunze nodded to them.

Shao Hui slowly straightened up and turned around.

His face was pale, but his eyes were no longer as gloomy as before.

"Brother Hui, are you alright?" Gu Yang asked softly.

Shao Hui looked at him, then at Ling Luo, and forced an ugly smile.

"I'm fine." He paused, his voice a little hoarse. "I'm sorry to have worried you."

"It's good that everyone's alright," Ling Luo said. "Let's go back first; it's chaotic here."

Shao Hui nodded: "Okay."

Just then, Qin Hanwen and Nan Ye'an also emerged from another passage and quickly walked over when they saw them.

"Ling Luo, you're all here." Qin Hanwen wiped his face. "What happened today...it's really..."

He seemed unable to find the right words.

Nan Ye'an pushed up her glasses and looked at Ling Luo: "You already knew?"

Ling Luo shook her head: "I don't know the details, but I've guessed some of them."

"No wonder you were so calm the whole time." Nan Ye'an breathed a sigh of relief. "I thought you weren't afraid of him giving you a veto."

"He didn't get a chance to use my song," Ling Luo said calmly.

Qin Hanwen gave a wry smile: "That's great, the show is completely suspended. I reckon this episode will have to be re-recorded, and the rules will have to be changed back."

"It doesn't matter whether it's changed or not," Shao Hui said, looking at Ling Luo and Gu Yang. "Let's go, I'll take you back."

Gu Yang looked at his face and said, "No need, Brother Hui. Brother Mingjun is outside. He can take us. You and Teacher Yu should go back and rest first."

Yu Yunze put his arm around Shao Hui's shoulder: "Okay, I'll drive, don't worry."

Just as the group was about to leave, the assistant director of the program came running over.

"Teacher Ling! Teacher Gu Yang! Director Shao!" He wiped his sweat, looking apologetic. "I'm so sorry about what happened today. The director asked me to tell everyone to go back and rest. We will let you know about the follow-up arrangements as soon as possible."

"Understood," Shao Hui replied.

"Also," the assistant director looked at Ling Luo, "we've already appeased Mr. Suo Binbin, so you can rest assured."

Ling Luo nodded: "Thank you for your hard work."

Without saying another word, the group walked through the chaotic backstage area and headed towards the parking lot.

After saying goodbye to Shao Hui and Yu Yunze in the parking lot, the two got into Li Mingjun's car.

As for the others, they all have company-provided shuttle buses, so they don't need to worry about that.

Gu Yang, sitting in the back, glanced at Ling Luo beside him and finally couldn't help but ask, "So, Jiang Jingge was really arrested because... she committed those crimes?"

"Hmm." Ling Luo looked at the receding lights outside the window.

"Wouldn't he be walking into a trap by becoming a judge?" Gu Yang asked, puzzled.

"Perhaps he thought he was hiding well." Ling Luo withdrew her gaze and looked at Gu Yang. "Or perhaps, someone deliberately lured him back."

Gu Yang was taken aback. "Someone did this on purpose? Who?"

Ling Luo turned her head and looked into Gu Yang's eyes: "What do you think?"

Gu Yang thought for a moment, then shook his head: "I can't think of anything."

"If you can't figure it out, then don't think about it." Ling Luo reached out and ruffled his hair. "It's none of your business."

Gu Yang said "Oh," leaned back in his seat, and felt a little drowsy as the car's heater was on full blast.

The car drove smoothly on the way home.

Meanwhile, in Yu Yunze's car.

Shao Hui leaned back in the passenger seat, his eyes closed, but he wasn't asleep.

"Yunze," he suddenly said.

"Hmm?" Yu Yunze gripped the steering wheel, looking straight ahead.

"Jiang Jingge..." Shao Hui paused for a moment, "He didn't come back because he wanted to launder money, right? You're the one who brought him back."

Yu Yunze didn't say anything, but while waiting for the red light, he reached out and covered Shao Hui's hand, which was resting on his lap.

Shao Hui opened his eyes and looked at him.

"Yes, I lured him out," Yu Yunze said calmly.

Shao Hui was stunned: "Why?"

"Do you still remember Yan Ling?" Yu Yunze asked.

"I remember, your former student, that very skilled hacker." Shao Hui certainly remembered; Yu Yunze had mentioned him several times.

"Yeah," Yu Yunze said, looking at the red light countdown ahead, "I asked her to help me look up some things."

check!

That.......

Shao Hui's heart skipped a beat.

"Yan Ling discovered that the police had been monitoring Jiang Jingge's overseas business for some time. However, he is very cunning and has been hiding abroad, so the police lack crucial evidence and cannot make an arrest," Yu Yunze said softly.

"So..." Shao Hui's voice was a little hoarse.

"So I had Yan Ling spread the word that your newcomer, Gu Yang, might become the next phenomenal idol," Yu Yunze said. "Even though Jiang Jingge can't stand to see you do well, that's not enough of a bargaining chip."

The green light came on, and the car started moving again.

Yu Yunze then continued, "So, I asked a classmate of mine from when I was studying in the UK to do some things so that he also attracted the attention of the foreign police."

"He was scared, which is why he couldn't wait to come back and try to launder that shady money."
