Death Train: SSS-level talent right from the start!

One hour later.

Chen Ye and his two companions returned to the town's central square. The markers above the ancient castle spires were no longer visible, indicating that all the trials for the day had ended.

There were fewer people in the square than yesterday.

Gu Qinghuan had already led Zhao Hai and Zhou Yating to sit on the stone steps.

When the three saw Chen Ye return, they stood up from the stone steps.

Gu Qinghuan walked up to Chen Ye, flipped her hand, and three black Laziness Tokens appeared in her palm: "These were stolen. The three of you don't need to participate in the Laziness Trial. Qin Zhaoyang and Wen Ning both have Laziness Marks, so it saves us trouble."

Chen Ye took the three certificates of laziness, examined them in his hand, and then gave one to Qin Zhaoyang and one to Wen Ning, keeping one for himself.

Qin Zhaoyang accepted the certificate of laziness: "Then I have all the evidence of my sins."

"Today's harvest was good; I also got two more Pride Tokens."

Chen Ye took out a Proof of Pride from his storage space and handed it to Zhou Yating: "Your seven proofs of sins are now complete."

"Yes, we've collected them all."

Zhou Yating accepted the certificate of arrogance.

"There's no task notification; the task doesn't seem to be completed yet."

Qin Zhaoyang looked at the blue screen in front of him and saw that the task was still incomplete.

He then looked up at Zhou Yating: "Squad leader, have you finished your task?"

Zhou Yating also brought up the trial system panel and checked: "Mine isn't finished either."

Chen Ye pondered for a moment: "Bring out all the evidence of your crimes."

Zhou Yating nodded slightly and took out all the evidence of sins she had collected from her storage space.

Seven black plaques were neatly arranged in her palm. With a flash of light, the seven black plaques of evidence of sin transformed into a single silver plaque with the four words "Proof of the Seven Sins" engraved on it.

Immediately afterwards, a system light screen popped up in front of Zhou Yating.

[Completed the Seven Deadly Sins Trial, Score +20000]

"2 million points?"

Qin Zhaoyang leaned over from the side, staring at the line of numbers, his mouth agape in an "O" shape.

He couldn't wait to take out the evidence of his crimes from his storage space.

The seven plaques were neatly arranged in his palm. A flash of light appeared, and the seven black plaques in his hand turned into a single silver plaque.

The system light screen popped up simultaneously, displaying the same information.

[Completed the Seven Deadly Sins Trial, Score +20000]

"I'm done too!"

Qin Zhaoyang's voice was filled with barely suppressed excitement as he put the silver plaque into his storage space.

Chen Ye nodded slightly, his gaze sweeping over the people present: "As long as you complete the tasks in this trial, everyone can get a lot of points, and your level can be raised quickly."

He thought the points reward system for this trial was pretty good; at least he and Gu Qinghuan wouldn't fall further behind others in levels.

Zhao Hai stood up from the stone steps: "Zhou Yating and Qin Zhaoyang have both completed their tasks. Chen Ye and I are only one Gluttony Certificate away from being completed."

He turned his gaze to Gu Qinghuan: "What are you still missing?"

Gu Qinghuan replied, "Wen Ning should also be considered a sign of lust."

Zhao Hai nodded slightly: "Then tomorrow will be easier to arrange. Chen Ye and I will go to the Gluttony Trial, and Gu Qinghuan and Wen Ning will go to the Lust Trial. That way, we can all complete the Seven Deadly Sins quest."

He paused, then continued, "Zhaoyang and Zhou Yating have already completed the Seven Evidences mission. Are they waiting outside or coming in with us?"

Chen Ye's gaze turned to the opposite side of the square: "It's not safe outside. If you come in with us, you can get another Sin Mark. The class monitor's Sin Mark is Lust, so he can come with us to the Gluttony Trial. Zhao Yang can go to the Color Domain Trial with Gu and Wen Ning. He's already been through it once, so it shouldn't be a problem."

Wen Ning nodded: "This is indeed the safest approach."

"Then let's rest here."

Chen Ye leaned against the stone steps, his gaze falling on the various teams in the square. Tomorrow was the sixth day, and the day after tomorrow would be the last day of the trial.

Under this mechanism, it is actually quite difficult for the whole team to pass the trial. The only way is to steal the evidence of other passengers' crimes. The last day is the time for each team to show their humanity.

It's difficult for everyone to survive, but if you concentrate all the evidence of sins of the entire team on one or two people, and then exchange them, you can still gather one or two pieces of evidence of the seven sins.

However, none of this mattered to him anymore. As long as the trial went smoothly tomorrow, they would still have extra evidence of their sins.

Under the rules of the death game, it was already difficult enough for him to protect his own team, let alone have the energy to care about others.

Chen Ye withdrew his gaze, lay down on the stone steps, and closed his eyes.

Not far away, Yang Minghui held a stack of evidence of his crimes.

Liang Jing died, but when she decided to enter the trial of jealousy, she gave Yang Minghui the evidence of her sins in advance.

Therefore, Yang Minghui has a relatively large amount of evidence of his crimes.

Jiang Ning's gaze fell on the evidence of sin in Yang Minghui's hand. He would have to rely on Yang Minghui to get through this survival trial safely.

He himself has two marks of sin, and he does not want to risk the trials of the seven sins that correspond to his own marks of sin.

Yang Minghui noticed Jiang Ning's gaze and turned to look at her: "Many of these evidences of sin are duplicates. We still need to exchange them to collect all seven pieces of evidence. We should try to obtain different pieces of evidence, as this will be beneficial for the final exchange."

Jiang Ning nodded slightly but did not reply.

Seeing that Jiang Ning didn't speak, Yang Minghui continued, "Don't worry, I just need to exchange it for a Proof of Greed, or you can go to the Greed Trial tomorrow and get me a Proof of Greed. That way, I can give you half of the duplicate Proofs of Sin I have."

Jiang Ning pondered for a moment: "Okay, but you must also obtain for me a Token of Arrogance or a Token of Wrath."

"make a deal!"

Yang Minghui readily agreed.
