Huayu: Starting from managing the Mahua FunAge Theater Troupe

After finishing processing the contracts for all the screenwriters, it was already noon.

Shen Feiyang and Yu Kai treated everyone to a simple lunch and chatted casually about the current situation of the post-80s generation.

Several screenwriters commented that the post-80s generation is the most confused, rebellious, and broken generation.

After lunch.

They all dispersed.

Shen Feiyang took a taxi home for a lunch break.

Beep beep beep~

My phone rang halfway through the journey.

Caller ID: Yu Kai.

Shen Feiyang answered the phone: "Feed?"

"Mr. Shen, I have some good news!"

Yu Kai said excitedly, "The CCTV Spring Festival Gala directing team just called and invited us to write a skit script and submit it."

"Oh, is that all? You prepared 15 sketches for 'Chinese Comedians,' right? I remember you still have 'Today's Happiness' and 'Today's Happiness 2' left unused. I happened to have recorded the rehearsal videotapes. Just hand in the scripts and videotapes together," Shen Feiyang said casually.

Yu Kai hesitated and said, "President Shen, that's the Spring Festival Gala..."

"It's not a big problem."

Shen Feiyang felt no pressure at all.

He has already copied the 2005 Spring Festival Gala masterpiece, "Renovation".

In other words, next year's Spring Festival Gala will most likely be missing one high-quality skit.

Of course, other performing groups may also create better works.

But to get on the Spring Festival Gala, the criteria are: first, the quality of the work; second, mainstream recognition; and third, the fame of the performers.

"Today's Happiness" is a rare gem among CCTV's Spring Festival Gala performances, and its quality speaks for itself.

Furthermore, Happy Twist is now recognized by the mainstream as a positive energy performance group, which is a huge plus.

As for the actor's fame, the fact that the finale of "Chinese Comedians" achieved an average viewership rating of over 10% in 50 cities across the country is undeniable, and Shen Teng now enjoys a high level of national recognition.

Yu Kai remained silent for a while before gradually realizing that Happy Twist now had the potential to perform on the Spring Festival Gala, but all of this was progressing too quickly, making him feel that it was a bit unreal.

Yu Kai's tone calmed down: "Then I'll personally deliver the notebook and videotape."

"Okay. Contact me anytime if anything comes up."

drop drop~

I had just ended the call when another text message came in on my phone.

Shen Feiyang opened it and took a look.

Li Xue: Mr. Shen, I'm back in Beijing. Are you free tonight? I'd like to invite you to dinner.

Shen Feiyang: Address.

drop drop~

Li Xue: VIP Building, Ancient Capital Restaurant, 7 PM.

Shen Feiyang glanced at the address; it was all too familiar.

He, Xiong Naijin, and Jiang Yan have been there several times.

……

It was a little after six in the evening.

Shen Feiyang casually bought a bouquet of roses and went to the Ancient Capital Restaurant.

Li Xue has arrived.

I haven't seen you for two months, and nothing has changed.

She still exudes the aura of a mature woman and a young married woman.

When Li Xue saw Shen Feiyang arrive with flowers, she smiled broadly.

As Shen Feiyang approached, Li Xue said, "Mr. Shen, you're really thoughtful."

"where……"

Shen Feiyang handed the bouquet to Li Xue: "Flowers for a beautiful woman, right? It's only been two months since we last met, how come you've become even more beautiful?"

Li Xue held the bouquet, lowered her head to smell it, then looked up and continued the conversation, saying, "Time flies, you look two months older in the blink of an eye."

"It's alright, I'll take good care of you tonight and make you look a few years younger," Shen Feiyang said casually.

Li Xue couldn't help but cross her legs, blinked her eyes, and said in a charming voice, "Then I'll have to trouble Dr. Shen tonight."

"polite."

The two chatted.

After a while, the food that Li Xue had ordered in advance was served.

Steak, red wine, desserts, and the like.

While eating dinner.

Li Xue casually asked, "President Shen, have you received an invitation to the Spring Festival Gala?"

Shen Feiyang shook his head: "There's still no movement."

Shen Feiyang then changed the subject, saying, "Your sister is really popular lately. 'A World Without Thieves' is aiming for the Lunar New Year season, marketing articles are flying everywhere, and she's getting a constant stream of film and television offers and GG endorsements."

"Masterpieces are hard to find."

Li Xue feigned distress: "There are still too few good scripts and good roles. Has your company started producing TV dramas yet?"

"It's in the planning stages, but the character is very young, so Sister Bingbing isn't really suitable." Shen Feiyang didn't hide this fact.

That's a real shame.

Li Xue wasn't in a hurry to extract resources from Shen Feiyang. She just wanted to understand the progress of Shen Feiyang's business and know that his business empire was still expanding, which would put her at ease.

Li Xue said with envy, "Your Happy Twist team is really good at making money now. I saw in the media reports that your tour will earn 20 to 30 million yuan at the box office, which is more than the box office revenue of a typical movie."

"It's all hard-earned money. Besides, stage plays have a very narrow reach. If you want to become famous, you still have to go through the big stage or act in TV series and movies," Shen Feiyang complained casually.

Li Xue nodded slightly: "Indeed, stage plays are not very profitable for actors, and they also consume their fame. If it weren't for the fact that your 'Chinese Comedians' is more popular than the current 'Super Girl,' this long hiatus would have had a significant impact on Shen Teng's popularity."

Shen Feiyang pondered for a moment.

The media has been hyping up "Super Girl" recently, calling it the only national variety show of the year that can be compared with "Chinese Comedians".

But in reality, it's far from being comparable to "Chinese Comedians".

The first final of "Super Girl" just ended a couple of days ago, with an average national viewership rating of about 1%-2%.

This season of "Super Girl" is far inferior to "Chinese Comedians".

The second season of "Super Girl" next year will be a nationwide sensation.

This year, "Chinese Comedians" still holds the top spot among satellite TV variety shows.

Shen Teng's current fame is enough to withstand the strain of a tour.

"It's not a big problem."

Shen Feiyang stopped discussing business matters with Li Xue and picked up his wine glass: "Wishing us a pleasant evening in advance."

Li Xue was also extremely hungry. She clinked glasses with Shen Feiyang, took a casual sip, and said in a somewhat hurried tone, "Mr. Shen, let's go upstairs."

Li Xue has already booked a room.

……

Swipe.

Li Xue and Shen Feiyang entered the room one after the other.

"Well……"

As soon as Shen Feiyang closed the door, Li Xue pressed him against it, hooked her other arm around his neck, stood on tiptoe, and kissed him.

Thirty is like a wolf, forty is like a tiger.

Li Xue was exactly at the thirty-point mark.

For Li Xue, Shen Feiyang was a very good French friend.

Fellow villagers with impeccable family backgrounds, doing the same job, each bound by their own interests, are emotionally stable.

Most importantly, they are young, like calves.

After a while.

Shen Feiyang pulled his hand away, scooped Li Xue up in his arms, and, amidst her restless laughter, threw her roughly onto the bed...

……

the next day.

It was a little after nine in the morning.

Li Xue slowly woke up from her sleep.

Look around.

Shen Feiyang has disappeared without a trace.

Li Xue picked up her phone, glanced at the time, and muttered, "I've only rested for a little over four hours."
