Mo Bei secretly browsed TianShou during class, looking at the works of the other students. "Why are they all so aloof? Only Mu Yun is posting." Then he looked around. Some were sleeping, some were studying, some were learning to cook, and some were playing hide-and-seek. Luckily, no one noticed him peeking at TianShou. Feeling bored, he lay down and went to sleep.

"Seven consciousnesses...original...one...consciousness..." Mo Bei ignited with lightning and flames in an instant, scattering starlight. The starry sky in the small world was shrouded in endless rosy light, with pillars of fire gradually changing from rosy to red bursting forth everywhere. The ground was covered with lightning nets, the life that was being nurtured was destroyed by natural disasters, the spiritual springs dried up, and the floating islands cracked.

Mo Bei dreamt of the temple he had seen in the enormous rift before: a pure white hall standing high in the sky, radiating heavenly light, with seven doors and fourteen pillars.

Seeing Mo Bei ablaze, Mu Yun wept. The clouds above her head darkened, and rain began to fall, drenching Mo Bei. Shen Hua conjured twin blades, emanating the power of pure water. Luo Amaya was not there.

Mo Bei's thunderous flames were extinguished by water? He awoke abruptly from his dream.

He disregarded his own safety and immediately plunged into the small world, only to find a scene of scorched earth, a desolate wasteland as far as the eye could see: winter grass still partially burned, buildings crumbling precariously, and creatures as black as pitch.

Despite the concern of others, Mo Bei still needed a whole class period to recover before school ended. Chen Jiahong patted him on the shoulder: "At least you didn't develop gray matter." Then she went to the cafeteria, and Mo Bei caught up with him.

For dinner, they had noodles, but Mo Bei didn't find them particularly delicious. She quickly finished eating and went back to her room to rest.

The next day was a day off. Mo Bei slept until noon, skipped breakfast, and just lay in bed in a daze.

Thursday was mission day. Everyone from "Destroyer University" gathered in the classroom. The blackboard announced the mission to the Land of Love, and the chosen participants were Deng Kaiyang, Chen Jiahong, and Mo Bei. Mu Yun could have gone too, but considering she wanted to enjoy her birthday, Bloor arranged for her not to go on the mission.

With some time still to go before reaching the Land of Love, a bored Mo Bei, while reviewing her studies, remembered the amulet and asked, "What about the amulet? Can we resolve this and get back to the Dark Domain within a day?" Chen Jia Hong had anticipated this: "Those who stay behind will have their classes suspended, either fighting Loamaya or studying on their own." It seems going on a mission is actually quite good; at least staying on the Destroyer without classes means they can't do anything (can't just laze around).

Loamaya and Shen Hua sparred within the illusory space of the Destroyer. Loamaya conjured an annihilation form—a sword—and slashed at Shen Hua. Shen Hua lunged forward, then vanished into the ground, transforming into pure water. Water droplets continued to shoot water columns behind him, several of which erupted around Loamaya, attempting to imprison her. Loamaya swung her sword, transforming it into an ash form—a spear. She hurled the spear, leaping out just as she was about to be trapped by the water columns, landing atop the spear's deep-rooted tip.

Shen Hua burst from the water, leaping high into the air. He drew his bow, firing several water arrows that scatter across the ground. Loamaya deflected the arrows with a few shots, then threw her spear at Shen Hua, who was still in mid-air. Shen Hua, already fully drawn, fired a water arrow that pierced through the spear and struck Loamaya directly. Loamaya prepared to leap, but was restrained by a pre-positioned water column.

Loamaya extended her right hand, shimmering with annihilation, and caught a water arrow, crushing it as the droplets struck the ground, creating ripples. Shen Hua conjured twin blades, and the instant he landed, Loamaya condensed a Destruction Spear, hurling it at him with all her might, splashing water everywhere. Shen Hua raised his blade to block, immediately retreating, water mist rising. Loamaya rushed in front of Shen Hua, who switched from defense to offense. Loamaya's sword danced rapidly, shattering countless water blades, which then coalesced again. Shen Hua was pushed back and struck by a sword, realizing the danger, and instantly charged his longbow. Loamaya kicked the spear, and the instant Shen Hua raised his hand to fire a water arrow, the spear's passage leaving no trace.

The spear pierced through the illusory space, startling Mu Yun, who had just finished eating cake and was watching the two perform. Luo Amaya's [Milang Zhuxiao] also detonated her [Canghai Xiying], but Shen Hua was the first to suffer too much damage and was defeated.
