Tower Defense Lord from Earth

Chapter 97 Yuan Shen Dan

Once he decided to eliminate Liu Zhuofei, Liu Huasheng no longer harbored any thoughts of reconciliation with him. From then on, he refused to communicate, would not negotiate, and was determined to fight to the death.

However, he was well aware of Liu Zhuofei's strength. If he wanted to kill him, he had to be prepared. A direct approach would not work. When he made his move, it would be best to kill him with one decisive blow.

"Know yourself and know your enemy, and you will never be defeated. We should keep a close eye on this Sky Hunter these next few days. If he really starts sweeping through the gold mines—"

Liu Huasheng rubbed his chin, examining the strategic map and silently outlining his plan.

A moment later, Liu Huasheng's thoughts were interrupted.

Sima Zhen sent a message to my friend: the Divine Fire Eight Trigrams Furnace has successfully refined the elixir.

When Liu Huasheng arrived at the city defense hall, all the players had already gathered there.

Sima Zhen held the golden pill with great care.

That golden pill was made using an eighth-level [God of Devouring].

Liu Huasheng took it and glanced at it; its name was [Primordial Spirit Pill]!

Yuan Shen Dan: A special item, a precious pill made by an evil god, which seals the power and essence of the evil god. After the player consumes it, he can obtain the power of the evil god, his experience will be cleared, he will be back to level one, and he can grow into a Devouring God!

Note 1: Taking this will change your class; Tower Defense Lords can also take it.

Note 2: After consumption, the body will solidify into a six-legged wild boar, with solidified defense and solidified magic resistance of zero. Equipment, fashion items, and relics cannot be worn.

Note 3: The Devouring God cannot be tamed and cannot become a Tower Citizen player.

Note 4: The level cap of the Devouring God is 12, and it has three skills: [God's Devouring] (active), [God's Devouring] (active), and [Evil God's Power] (passive).

Note 5: The God of Devouring can only gain upgrade experience by using [God's Devouring]. He can devour everything, even energy!

Note 6: The Devouring God can only increase its health by using [God's Devour]. Its health has no upper limit, but it will not regenerate naturally.

When attacked, the Devouring God can convert the damage received into increased health through [Divine Devouring].

At this time, it is similar to casting a continuous status skill. You cannot move and can be affected by effects such as stun and sleep.

Note 7: There is an upper limit to the devouring and conversion. When the damage per second exceeds thousands of times the level of the Devouring God, the conversion will fail and the user will suffer full damage.

Note 9: Golden Elixir Special Effect: Grants the Devouring God a secondary level of Invincibility, making him immune to relatively weak control effects.

Wang Shuaibo and the others also saw the information about this [Primordial Spirit Pill] and couldn't help but exclaim in surprise.

"Holy crap, this pill is amazing!"

"It's a job-changing item!"

"Eat to level up, eat to gain health, no maximum health? This is outrageous! Leveling up is incredibly fast!"

"Level cap 12? My level cap is only 9!"

"Secondary Invincibility, permanent Secondary Invincibility! This is even more powerful than the original Devouring God!"

Everyone was talking at once, marveling at the power of the [Primordial Spirit Pill].

Liu Huasheng also thought the pill was powerful. Based on the information provided by the game assistant Ah Hu, it was hard to say whether its effects surpassed those of a complete Devouring God, but it was definitely much stronger than a shattered God!

However, becoming the Devouring God also has significant side effects. First, his appearance is fixed, and he can only appear as a six-legged wild boar from now on.

Secondly, defense and magic resistance are always zero, and equipment cannot be worn!

Third, once you become the God of Devouring, you can no longer join Chaos City; you can only fly solo in the wild!

Finally, the God of Devouring only has three skills in total. He doesn't have any powerful attack skills or escape skills. His skills are too limited, and he seems a bit stupid!

After a quick thought, Liu Huasheng silently evaluated the Devouring God: It's not as good as the Game Assistant!

"It's only powerful on the surface. I don't think any normal player would want to become the Devourer God."

Liu Huasheng pondered silently, but to show his democratic spirit, he asked the crowd, "Among you, who is interested in this Primordial Spirit Pill?"

Liu Huasheng himself would never use the Yuan Shen Pill, and it couldn't be used to train his subordinates either. He felt that the Yuan Shen Pill was rather useless!

Sima Zhen immediately raised the bone melon and said, "I! I want to become a god!"

Liu Huasheng said, "Have you thought this through? Once you take this pill, there's no turning back. You'll be kicked out of Huaxia Dragon City and will no longer be able to guard the Divine Fire Tower!"

"Let me think about it some more!"

Sima Zhen quickly put down the bone claw.

At this moment, to Liu Huasheng's surprise, Zhou Shuqi said, "If possible, give me the Yuan Shen Pill."

"Um?

'

Liu Huasheng frowned slightly.

Zhou Shuqi is now an elf dragon. He is rather slender, but he can fly and has the powerful ability to be immune to magic.

Liu Huasheng thought her fairy dragon should be good enough, but he didn't expect that a female player would be interested in the fixed image of the Devouring God!

"Zhou Shuqi, are you sure?" Liu Huasheng asked in a deep voice.

"Yes!" Zhou Shuqi nodded solemnly, "I'm sure! Don't worry, City Lord, even if I become the Devouring God and can no longer be a player in the Tower, I can still be your friend and continue to be with everyone. I can still be a part of Dragon City!"

Sima Zhen's eyes lit up upon hearing this, and he said, "That makes sense! Then I want this Primordial Spirit Pill too!"

Wang Shuaibo then asked, "They both want it? Then who should we give it to?"

Guan Zhengxing said, "Give it to Zhou Shuqi. She's more senior, and Da Sha is too dim-witted; it'd be a waste to give it to him!"

"You're the idiot! You're the one with a low IQ!"

Sima Zhen angrily tried to bite Guan Zhengxing, but he was only a level one Bone Armor Giant Wolf, while the opponent was a level nine Frost Giant Dragon. It was like a puppy trying to bite an elephant. Guan Zhengxing swept Sima Zhen five or six meters away with one claw.

"You two, don't fight!" Liu Huasheng said in a deep voice. "There's a Sky Hunter God provoking us outside right now, which is quite troublesome. Let me think about it for a few days before deciding who gets the Primordial Spirit Pill!"

Zhou Shuqi nodded and said, "Okay!"

Sima Zhen snorted and said, "What's there to consider? The God of Devouring, who else but me?!"

Liu Huasheng put away the Yuan Shen Pill, no longer concerned about its distribution, and then explained some of the settings of Longcheng Academy to everyone before returning to the monitoring room.

His brow remained furrowed; he had a gut feeling that Zhou Shuqi was suspicious.

"Having witnessed the power of my Huaxia Dragon City, it's abnormal for her to still want to be a wild monster! Sima Zhen's low IQ makes it understandable that she wants to become a Devouring God, but Zhou Shuqi, who is clearly very shrewd, is she really willing to become a Devouring God?"

Liu Huasheng knew that human nature was extremely complex. He didn't want to test it and hoped that he was just overthinking it, but he would definitely keep a close eye on Zhou Shuqi in the near future.

The reason Liu Huasheng said he would consider it for a few days before deciding on the distribution of the Yuan Shen Pills was that he planned to use these three days to observe Zhou Shuqi.

Of course, Liu Zhuofei is the real threat and needs our attention. Without dealing with him first, we cannot attack Silvermoon City or the Lost Temple with peace of mind!

A moment later, Liu Huasheng discovered through the surveillance footage that Liu Zhuofei seemed to be heading to the No. 2 Highland to raid the gold mine, but he spotted Andelong and Zhao Hongfeng on the way and immediately spread his wings to give chase, forcing the two giant dragons to run for their lives.

Liu Huasheng felt slightly relieved, but immediately sent a message to Guan Zhengxing: "Southwest, the city lord of the Immortal God King City is alone and riding a white tiger westward. Go after her, hurry up, don't kill her yet. If possible, invite her to the city to watch the drama unfold!"
