Chapter 180 Taking Two Genuine Items

Li En withdrew his gaze, already having made up his mind.

He turned to Odin and spoke softly, as if discussing a trivial detail: "This time, hundreds of thousands, even millions, of our people have lost their homes and become displaced."

Their houses, everything they had once protected, were all reduced to ruins under the crushing force of Loki's Chitauri army.

Even if we build new houses for them, the place in their memories will never be found again.

Not to mention the more than 10,000 Earthlings who died directly in this invasion, and countless others who were injured or maimed.

All of this was caused by Loki, the prince of Asgard.

Odin's expression remained unchanged, but his brow twitched involuntarily twice.

He looked at Li En, his tone turning serious: "You shouldn't be the kind of person who lacks knowledge; you should know that the things in this treasure vault are definitely not just one."

Before he could finish speaking, Li En interrupted him.

"You mean, these things can be equated with life?"

Odin's eyes narrowed.

Having been the God-King for so many years, it has been a very long time since anyone dared to interrupt him.

Why has this Earthling suddenly become so tough?

He understood perfectly well—they just wanted to take more things.

What he didn't expect was that the other party would dare to bargain so calmly in front of him.

They're really brave.

"Putting aside the counterfeit goods, even if they were genuine, how long could you possibly keep them in this treasure trove?" Li En added casually.

Odin's pupils suddenly contracted.

He stared at Li En's face and remained silent for a long time.

What does this Earthling know?

Did he know the future he foresaw?

Knowing that Asgard would eventually face Ragnarok, and that he and everything he cherished would be consumed by flames, while his son Thor would lead the survivors to continue wandering the universe.

He shouldn't know this; the Venerable Master wouldn't reveal such a thing.

Among those of his own caliber, the only one capable of accurately predicting the future was the bald sorcerer sitting in the Earth's temple.

Because she wears the Time Stone around her neck, one of the cornerstones of the universe.

But Gu Yi had known him for a long time, and she would never reveal such a thing to anyone.

But what this young man just said—how long can things be preserved—was clearly not just empty talk.

Odin quickly went through the process in his mind, then used his divine power to carefully scan Li En's body once again.

After confirming that even if the opponent unleashed all their hidden power, it would still be far inferior to the Sorcerer Supreme, he smirked and suddenly laughed.

"Haha, you're really interesting. I don't know how much you actually know, but even if these things are destroyed in the future, we can't just let anyone take them out of this door."

Li En simply extended his right hand and made a "two" sign.

"I only need two of them."

"Two?" Odin paused for a moment, weighing the options in his mind for a long time, before finally nodding. "Then you can choose."

Without the slightest hesitation, Li En walked straight to the Eternal Flame and the Ice Box.

Odin's brow twitched twice more.

In the future he foresaw, Asgard would be destroyed by eternal fire.

If Li En takes this thing away now, what will the future be like?

Can Thor still become the King of Gods?

While he was rapidly considering all the possibilities, Li En had already taken out two specially made storage boxes from the space warehouse.

This was made by Tony before the trip, specifically for sealing high-energy-density items.

He carefully placed the Ice Magic Box into one of the boxes, closed the latch, and then tried to store the entire box into his spatial storage.

Failed.

Expected.

This thing is too high-level; the warehouse can't handle it.

He stopped hesitating and sealed the Eternal Flame into another box.

Then, with a flick of his right hand, he grasped the Hades Requiem in his palm.

With a slight flick of his wrist, the black grappling hook shot out from the end of the gun handle, and the chain rattled as it unfurled in mid-air.

He used grappling hooks and chains to tightly wrap the two boxes around his chest, then wrapped them around his chest a few times before securing them firmly to his back.

After doing all this, he turned back with satisfaction and said to Odin, "I'll take these two. My ally Thor is probably in a panic right now. I'll go check on him."

Odin's single eye was fixed on the Hades Requiem in Li En's hand.

In his perception, the aura emanating from this weapon was extremely peculiar.

Moreover, when Li En took out the storage box or revealed the gun, his divine power failed to detect any spatial fluctuations.

This Earthling is indeed very special.

He waved his hand, signaling the guard beside him to lead the way.

As soon as Li En stepped into the treatment room, he saw Thor standing anxiously by the bed.

Jane lay on the treatment bed, with dark red, sand-like light constantly surging outwards from her body, like a thin layer of mist enveloping her entire body.

The Asgardian doctor in charge of the diagnosis shook his head with a serious expression and whispered something to Thor, but Li En still heard it.

"The energy within her is simply too immense; she won't be able to sustain this for long."

Thor stared intently at the dark red aura that was constantly emanating from the building, his teeth grinding together.

He brought Jane all the way back to Asgard, hoping to find a solution there.

Surprisingly, even the physicians of the Celestial Palace couldn't figure out what was inside her body.

At that moment, Odin, the king of the gods, also strolled in through the door.

He first gave Li En a meaningful look, then spoke loudly with an unquestionable air of authority: "Thor, you shouldn't have brought this Earthling to Asgard. She doesn't belong here."

"She's sick!" Thor turned to look at his father, his face showing an expression as if he had been stabbed in the back.

"Humans are inherently fragile, and they all get sick," Odin said as he walked over and waved to dismiss all the doctors in the room.

Thor rushed to his father's side: "I brought her here because we should be able to save her! This is Asgard, how could we not—"

"I'll repeat myself," Odin interrupted him, his tone as flat as stating a law that didn't need discussion, "She doesn't belong to Asgard, just as goat meat isn't fit for a banquet."

Jane, lying on the bed, turned her head to look at Thor, clearly annoyed. "Did he just call me a goat?"

Li En suddenly took two steps forward, a smile on his face, and said to Odin, "It's alright, I'll take her away right away."
