Li En turned his head and looked at Brock.

Brock stood there, the muscles in his jaw twitching twice, then he gritted his teeth and plopped down in the mayor's seat.

He reached out and grabbed a seal and a document from the table, then slammed them down.

With a very satisfied smile on his face, Li En climbed out of the window that Thor had just smashed.
