After listening to Connor's explanation, Danilo lowered his head and pondered for a while. Two minutes later, he looked up at Connor again and said, "Young Master Connor, you are a smart man. I'm just afraid that even if I tell you some things, you can deduce everything!"

"I am pleased with your praise, Danilo, but if you are truly so wary, then I regret to inform you that our deal is off. To be honest, having a high-level wizard apprentice willing to be my guinea pig to test my ability to lift the divine sea seal is a very rare opportunity for me!" Connor said with a smile, his tone calm and gentle, but the threat in his words was obvious.

Danilo fell silent again in response to Connor's threat. Connor seemed unhurried, letting Danilo make his choice and quietly waiting for Danilo's final decision.

After a moment of silence, under Connor's death threat, Danilo finally chose to compromise. He carefully considered his words before speaking, "Professor, the item I left for you, Master Connor, in Frosinone is not at Ferguson Mansion, but at Ferguson Estate outside the city!"

After saying this, Danilo looked at Connor with a questioning gaze. In response to Danilo's stare, Connor shook his head, indicating that the information Danilo had was not enough to make him agree to a deal with him.

Seeing that Connor was not satisfied, Danilo gritted his teeth and continued, "When Stip Ferguson, the ancestor of the Ferguson family, faked his death and escaped from the Celta Cult, he secretly brought the Celta Cult's treasure, the Heart of Seta, back to the Ferguson family. Professor, this Heart of Seta has a very important use for you. One of my missions while hiding in the Ferguson family is to obtain this Heart of Seta!"

After speaking, Danilo turned to Connor and said firmly, "Young Master Connor, I've said enough. It's enough for you to examine my chips. I won't say another word!"

Sensing Danilo's unwavering resolve, Connor smiled slightly and said calmly, "You should know I'm an alchemist, right?"

Seeing that Connor had brought up this question out of the blue, Danilo, though not understanding Connor's intention, still honestly replied, "Of course I know! Across the entire continent, Professor is one of the top alchemists. As his student, I've heard about your alchemy skills in the Secret Society, Young Master Connor."

"Since you know I'm an alchemist, why don't you talk about something I'm interested in? Like, what's the purpose of the metal powder made from mithril, Patrice black gold, sulfuric acid refined by Hamas, Mandragra iron, and other materials, then crafted using Gonzalo alchemy?" Connor asked Danilo with a half-smile.

Upon hearing Connor's words, Danilo's expression changed again. A few seconds later, he sighed and looked at Connor with some helplessness, saying, "It seems that the guy who checked my apartment two hours ago was sent by you, Young Master Connor?"

Connor did not respond to Danilo's words, but simply nodded, giving an affirmative answer.

Seemingly disdainful of Danilo's attitude, Connor shook his head slightly, then took out a suitcase from his spatial ring and tossed it to Danilo.

Taking the suitcase, Danilo's face lit up with excitement as he looked at the densely packed, neatly arranged magic stones inside. He then placed the suitcase into his spatial ring. After doing this, Danilo turned his gaze back to Connor and said without further ado, "I believe you've already guessed, Young Master Connor, that the metal powder your men found in my apartment is actually gunpowder for a bomb puppet!"

"In Frosinone, we've discovered that a significant number of members of the Royalist faction have recently appeared here. Rumors suggest that the Royalist faction intends to establish a long-term trade channel with a family in the Odin Empire. The bomb golems are what we were instructed to prepare to disrupt their trade!"

"Who's above you in Frosinone?" Connor suddenly asked, his eyes fixed on Danilo.

"I don't know who my superior is. I only know that every now and then, he leaves me a note in the book 'An Introduction to Kestner's Philosophy' in Reading Room 3 of the Frosinone City Library, instructing me on my next move!" Danilo said without hesitation.

After Danilo finished speaking, Connor shook his head at him. Just as Danilo had a bad feeling, Connor said to him with great emotion, "I am proud that my mentor Reyes has a loyal follower like you. Even in this situation, Danilo, you still didn't forget to use your life to try to lead me down the wrong path..."

Before Connor could finish speaking, a look of annoyance flashed in Danilo's eyes. Without hesitation, he tried to grit his teeth, but unfortunately, although Danilo was ruthless, Connor was a step faster. A black light flashed across Danilo's neck, and Danilo's head and body were separated neatly, both falling to the ground.
