Chapter 153 Farewell!

After talking with Connor, Margaret, Leonie, and the others did not stay long at Connor's apartment and quietly left.

After carefully checking his apartment and finding no signs of tampering with it by Margaret, Connor sat cross-legged on his bed, took out the Spirit Nourishing Bead that Margaret had lent him from his spatial ring, and began to heal his mental trauma.

As long as the Church of Storms stands, Reyes will have no choice but to leave Rune and flee for his life after this incident!

"Thank you so much, mentor!" Connor said again, expressing his gratitude after hearing how well Reyes had arranged things.

Seemingly remembering something, Connor looked ashamed and apologized to Reyes, saying, "I'm sorry, Master, I'm not very talented and haven't yet broken through to become an intermediate wizard apprentice. I'm unable to complete the task you assigned me to make the Castilian Staff!"
