People are devouring everything; I have a bucket list.

Warm...shivering!

When Xiao Yang, fully armed, came to his senses, he found himself in a dilapidated harbor.

Looking around, one sees rows of old-fashioned canvas boats standing in the port area.

What I heard was a series of booming sounds, like wild beasts crashing into the ground.

Xiao Yang leaned against a row of large wooden crates filled with goods, but frowned.

"What's going on? Is it an earthquake?"

After Xiao Yang finished speaking, he turned his head and saw "himself".

Or rather, one's own "corpse"!

At this moment, a man named "Xiao Yang" wearing a black shirt lay on the ground with a knife wound piercing his heart in his chest, which made Xiao Yang's eyelids twitch wildly.

Under Xiao Yang's watchful gaze, his corpse gradually became transparent, soon turning into a ghost-like transparent form.

No one but Xiao Yang himself can see this "ghost Xiao Yang".

"So, the old man I'm always with is myself?"

Seeing this, Xiao Yang couldn't help but make a joke to calm his startled heart.

Although I already knew that I had obtained the Bill of Memory, how could the Bill of Memory allow me to see how I died?

Boom!

A tremor that made Xiao Yang lose his balance rang out.

Then, one of the wooden crates behind them fell over, crashing to the ground and exploding, kicking up a cloud of dust and rolling out a dozen or so dragon fruit-like fruits.

One of the dragon fruits rolled to Xiao Yang's feet and, right in front of him, gradually transformed into an orange fruit with patterns.

"This is?!!"

Seeing the changes in the fruit, Xiao Yang subconsciously thought of the specialties of the One Piece world.

That fruit that grants superpowers to those who eat it, yet is rejected by the sea.

—Devil Fruit.

"A Devil Fruit is given to you right at the start?" Xiao Yang asked in surprise.

And just then, there was a sizzling sound!

It felt like an electric spark flashed through my mind.

A memory belonging to "Xiao Yang" begins to flash back.

Born in the Goa Kingdom's Uncertainty Terminal, he met Ace at the age of 12, became friends with him, and set sail with Ace at the age of 19, forming the Spade Pirates.

That same year, he was stranded on a desert island, where he met Mascud Deus along with Ace. He obtained the Flame-Flame Fruit from Ace, ate it, and became the Flame-Flame Man...

"He kidnapped a Marine with Ace, stole the Six Powers of the Navy, and was chased by female Marines..."

Scenes flashed through Xiao Yang's mind, allowing him to calmly observe the life of another version of himself.

The first half of his life was a struggle of a commoner without bloodline.

Until that day on the deserted island.

"Xiao Yang, you want this Devil Fruit?"

"Sure, take it!"

"Hahaha, now you're the number one admiral of our Spade Pirates!!"

Looking at the boy in his memory, who had obtained the Flame-Flame Fruit but willingly gave it up to "himself" because "himself" wanted it, Xiao Yang took a deep breath and said to the transparent "himself" beside him:

"Was the Flame-Flame Fruit your initial goal?"

Xiao Yang, now completely transparent, gave a wry smile: "Yeah, after all, it's the only known natural type in the East Sea. Although it's not as good as the meta-defining mythical beast, given my situation, I had no other choice."

Xiao Yang fell silent upon hearing this.

In the world of One Piece, I am a very pragmatic person.

Taking advantage of his birthplace, he got close to Ace and infiltrated Ace, Sabo, and Luffy's group, eventually becoming the eldest of the four.

His real purpose was to use Ace's voyage to create an opportunity to obtain the Flame-Flame Fruit and change his life.

For an ordinary person without the D bloodline, whose fighting power at 19 years old is not as good as that of 14-year-old Luffy, the Devil Fruit is an opportunity to change their fate.

Moreover, the Flame-Flame Fruit is a Logia-type Devil Fruit.

Admittedly, the Flame-Flame Fruit is jokingly said to be something even dogs wouldn't eat, but if an ordinary person were to encounter it, who could resist the temptation of a Logia-type Devil Fruit?

"So, is the last wish to return the Flame-Flame Fruit?"

Xiao Yang looked embarrassed.

Now, because Xiao Yang of this world is dead, the Flame-Flame Fruit has regained its fruit form.

It can be said that the opportunity to obtain the Flaming Fruit is right in front of us.

Once he eats it, he will become a Burning Man, gaining the superpowers of elementalization and control over fire.

In Swallowing the Stars, superpowers are a special quality possessed only by planetary-level powerhouses.

It can be said that by eating the Flame-Flame Fruit, Xiao Yang would gain superpowers comparable to, or even surpassing, those of a planetary-level being.

but.....

Boom!!

The earth trembled.

According to Xiao Yang's memories.

This is the moment when Hanafuda, the Lizard King, one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, launches a surprise attack on the Spade Pirates at the port.

During their previous adventures, the Spade Pirates offended this Shichibukai and destroyed several of his slave auction houses.

And this lizard king really taught Xiao Yang and Ace a lesson.

First, he hid at the harbor dock and used a long sword imbued with Armament Haki to ambush and kill Xiao Yang, a Logia-type user. Then, taking advantage of his status as an Ancient Species, the Giant Lizard, he directly bit Ace and injected him with poison.

Thanks to him, Ace was completely engulfed in a fierce battle.

Although he had a good physique and body, he lacked the boost from the Logia-type Flame-Flame Fruit and was also poisoned by Hanafuda. If it weren't for Garp's anti-poison training for Ace during his childhood, he probably would have collapsed long ago.

Even though he didn't fall, Ace was in a tough fight, and it was estimated that it wouldn't be long before Hanafuda used the physical strength of an Ancient Zoan-type to drag him to death with the poison.

Although Ace has nothing to do with Xiao Yang from the Swallowed Star world, his last wish is there, and Xiao Yang is standing here.

Since his last wish was not fulfilled, Xiao Yang was unable to receive the rewards from the bucket list.

Furthermore, if Hanafuda kills Ace but doesn't find his body, it might attract Hanafuda's pursuit.

so......

This Flame-Flame Fruit might be the only chance to turn things around.

Whether you eat it yourself or give it to Ace, it can bring an opportunity to change the course of the battle.

Xiao Yang, whose form was becoming increasingly transparent, requested:

"Please, I'll do it myself."

"Save Ace's life."

"This is not a dying wish, but a request from an older brother who made a mistake."

Upon hearing this, Xiao Yang took a deep breath:

"Okay, I'll take the gamble."

Xiao Yang focused his attention on the "Wish List of All Realms".

[Completion Reward: Flame-Flame Fruit, Amplitude: 1 (Can be activated at any time; upon activation, both Origin and Comprehension are doubled.)]

Xiao Yang looked at the "Flame-Flame Fruit" written on his bucket list and had an idea.

If Ace eats the Flame-Flame Fruit, he'd like to see if the Multiverse Bucket List conjures up a Flame-Flame Fruit for him.

If so.

Then Xiao Yang and Ace can both win.

If not, he still has the safety net of doubling his original comprehension.

He can win no matter what, it's just a matter of how much.

So... let's take a gamble!

Xiao Yang bent down, picked up the fruit, and put it in his pocket. Then he moved the assault rifle behind him to the front, and with a click, the bullet was chambered.

"The King of Lizards?"

"Your Third Brother Xiao is here!!"
