The Golden Snitch flashed past his path as he fell, as if mocking his wild idea, but Harry didn't care. His magic had already connected with a broom, something no one expected. Although Wood, who had fallen to the ground, had been taken off the field and to the hospital, no one picked up his broom, or rather, no one really cared about the broom that had already fallen to the ground.

To everyone's surprise, the broom that had been lying quietly on the ground suddenly stood up and began to accelerate toward Harry.

"That's it..." Red couldn't help but laugh as he looked at Harry's sudden idea. This was the only way to create room for maneuver and find the real mastermind among this group of people. However, it seemed that some people were more radical than him, such as Hermione, who had already infiltrated Professor Snape's inner circle and was trying to do something with her wand.

"Damn it, the Gryffindors are all real brutes... They often act without thinking."

Red could understand the urge to do something when his companion seemed to be in a life-or-death situation, but was Hermione's action enough to fix Harry's current predicament? Hermione was simply seeing Snape chanting a spell and staring at Harry, so she instinctively assumed...

Well, even Reid had to admit that Snape did indeed look like he was plotting against Harry. After all, his motives and actions seemed almost flawless. But both Harry and Reid could sense the anxiety on Snape's face, which was definitely not the anxiety a murderer should have.

Amidst Professor McGonagall's barely suppressed gasp, Harry successfully grabbed the broom from his predecessor, Wood. Harry knew, of course, that this unknown sorcerer would try to control his broom next, so he simply spun the broom 360 degrees, looking around the ground for any spare brooms from Slytherin and Gryffindor.

"Before this!!! No one has ever performed like Harry Potter!!!! Such a brilliant and exquisite performance!!! He's even starting to get close to the Golden Snitch at high speed!!!"

The host's enthusiastic voice was almost a roar. This was a scene that might not even happen in a professional Quidditch match, yet it was accomplished by a first-year wizard. Many students were even starting to regret not bringing any recording devices. If they had anything to record the moment when Harry free-fell and then successfully retrieved the broomstick for takeoff, they felt they wouldn't have to worry about money for their trip to Diagon Alley this year.

Of course, Harry himself didn't have that many thoughts. He only knew that his life was indeed in danger. If Red couldn't intervene, he would have to fight off the Slytherin bastards while guarding against the mastermind behind it all. Thinking about how hard it was to earn those points, he felt a little regretful for his rash actions on Halloween night. He should have dealt with the situation as soon as possible instead of experiencing that strange feeling there.

The Golden Snitch darted past him, and Harry almost instinctively reached out, but had to give up because of a sudden attack from the Slytherin beside him.

Harry didn't remember the Slytherin's name, only that he saw the man give him a provocative smile. But the moment their eyes met, the man suddenly shivered for some reason, then spurred his broom and sped up, seemingly trying to get ahead of Harry and get close to the Golden Snitch. In fact, it seemed more like he wanted to escape from Harry than to snatch the Golden Snitch.

"ah!!"

A gasp came from the audience. Red shook his head, no longer looking at Snape's innocent robes being set on fire. He looked at Quirrell next to him, who was clearly not expecting such a thing to happen in his audience, so he had to give up his plan to continue chanting the spell.

It was precisely because Quirrell gave up control of Harry's original broom that the Nimbus 2000 began its free fall, just like Harry's. When it was halfway down, Harry reached out and made a grasping motion in the air, and the Nimbus 2000 floated steadily up and charged towards Harry.

Harry didn't say a word, silently slammed the broom between his legs to its maximum speed, and then shot towards the Golden Snitch like a shooting star.

The tiny Golden Snitch clearly hadn't expected anyone to approach it so quickly, far exceeding the performance of previous Quidditch players. However, it still demonstrated its agility as always, quickly taking off to dodge the approaching Slytherin player, and then accelerating towards Harry's side, leaving Harry no time to turn and forcing him to rush out before turning back.

Seeing these actions, Professor McGonagall covered her chest with her hands. She had never imagined that the first-year player she had found would encounter such a dangerous situation in his very first game, and even make such an unbelievable move.

The Gryffindor players clearly realized that the Slytherin players seemed more interested in eliminating players than scoring, so they made adjustments. However, they had already eliminated too many players, and even by adopting a defensive stance, they could only protect their own players and could not guarantee that they would not concede points.

Harry had no time to think about these things. His eyes were fixed on the Golden Snitch, and his brain had never been working at such a high speed. Even when facing trolls, his brain had never been calculating so hard. Wind speed, the speed of the Golden Snitch, the speed of the flying broom, and the possible interception routes of the opposing players. His brain instantly collected a lot of potentially useful information and then immediately began to analyze it.

To everyone's astonishment, Harry straightened his back and stood on the broom. The whistling wind could no longer affect his thoughts. His scars were burning, but Harry was fearless.

The Golden Snitch noticed Harry approaching at high speed, so it immediately began to change its course. But even the Golden Snitch did not expect that Harry would abandon the broom he was standing on. He jumped off the broom again and landed right in front of the Golden Snitch, then grabbed it.

Almost simultaneously, Harry's Nimbus 2000 landed beneath him. Harry firmly grasped his broom with one hand, then raised his hand. The Golden Snitch lay quietly in his hand, eliciting a tsunami of cheers from the entire Gryffindor crowd.
