Behind the monitor, Director Endo looked completely focused.

His brows furrowed and relaxed at times.

As the last line of dialogue faded on set, he picked up the megaphone beside him:

"Okay, this one's approved!"

After saying that, he looked away from the monitor, stood up, and walked toward the two people on set.

His gaze fell on Miho Nakayama, and he nodded with a smile:

"Zhongshan-san, you're in good form this time."

Keep it up!

After saying that, he withdrew his gaze, his eyes lingering between Sakamoto Yu and Nakayama Miho, a cryptic expression flashing across his face before quickly returning to normal.

Upon hearing the director's praise, Miho Nakayama smiled calmly and bowed slightly to him.

"Thanks."

"I'll go rest for a bit, please excuse me."

After saying that, he turned and walked out of the film set without glancing at Sakamoto Yu once.

Sakamoto Yu paused, glancing at Miho Nakayama's retreating figure.

Endo sensed something was wrong and his gaze fell on Sakamoto Yu.

"you...."

Sakamoto Yu shook his head slightly and shrugged, indicating that he didn't know either.

Director Endo rubbed his temples, said nothing more, and beckoned to the assistant director to discuss the arrangements for the next scene.

Sakamoto Yu looked away, ignoring it; the successful filming of Nakayama Miho wouldn't do him any harm.

As for how he suddenly changed into a different person, Sakamoto Yu didn't intend to delve into it.

So he turned and walked toward the rest area.

Hitomi Ono, who had been waiting in the rest area, saw Yu Sakamoto and quickly went over to him, holding water and a script in her hand.

Sakamoto Yu waved his hand, indicating that he didn't need it.

Ono Hitomi withdrew her hand, glanced in one direction, and lowered her voice to say to Sakamoto Yu:

"Sakamoto-san, Nakayama-san just rushed out; she didn't seem quite right."

Sakamoto Yu found a place to sit down and rest, his gaze calmly fixed straight ahead.

"Really? Maybe you're not feeling well."

Ono Hitomi paused, glanced in the direction Nakayama Miho had left, and then squatted down like Sakamoto Yu, muttering to herself:

"Oh, I see."

As Hitomi Ono squatted down next to Yu Sakamoto, a faint smell of smoke wafted over, causing Yu Sakamoto to frown instinctively upon smelling it.

He doesn't usually smoke, although he might have one when he's stressed, but he doesn't really like the smell of other people's cigarettes.

Ono Hitomi glanced sideways and saw Sakamoto Yu's furrowed brow. She reached out and sniffed, then stuck out her tongue, covered her mouth, and spoke softly:

"Sorry, I'll go take care of it."

Sakamoto Yu nodded slightly.

Hitomi Ono quickly put her things away, got up, and headed towards the restroom.

There are several restrooms on set, the closest one being the most frequently used, while Hitomi Ono chose the furthest one.

Hitomi Ono went to the lounge first, picked up her toothbrush and toothpaste, and then went to the restroom.

Her footsteps echoed through the space.

After taking a quick look around the interior, Hitomi Ono froze.

She quickly hid around the corner and cautiously peeked out.

The faucet in the sink was on, and water gushed out, splashing into the basin and creating transparent droplets.

Miho Nakayama braced herself on the table with both hands, her shoulders hunched.

She had her head down, so her expression was obscured and no sound could be heard.

This strange scene made Hitomi Ono afraid to make a sound, and she even held her breath.

Ono Hitomi glanced at it, then turned to leave.

But just then, she suddenly remembered that when she met Miho Nakayama that morning, the other woman had asked her about Sakamoto Valley.

The foot that had just been lifted gently fell back down.

She glanced at the scene inside, hesitated for a moment, and finally stayed.

She leaned against the wall, tilted her head, and looked at Miho Nakayama.

A heavy breathing sound came from behind.

Miho Nakayama's upper body rose and fell rhythmically, and her breathing grew louder and louder.

She scooped up some cool water, ignoring her makeup, and immersed her face in it. Water droplets dripped from between her fingers, splashing onto the table and soaking her clothes.

Once, twice.

Finally, she stopped.

Water droplets slid down her face, gathered on her chin, and dripped down one by one.

Miho Nakayama tilted her head back slightly, her mouth open, like a drowning person greedily inhaling the air.

"Why, why!"

"Why him of all people..."

"Why do I care so much!"

"I hate this feeling... It's not like me at all."

"asshole!"

Her tone gradually lowered, until finally only incoherent humming remained.

Just then, she suddenly raised her hand and slammed it hard on the table, making a dull thud.

Miho Nakayama stared at the mirror. Her reflection, now unadorned, revealed a downcast and anxious look.

After a while, a faint sigh came, and Miho Nakayama moved.

Hitomi Ono, who was hiding around the corner, trembled and quickly turned away. After leaving the restroom, she hid in the opposite corner.

A short while later, Miho Nakayama came out of the restroom. She carefully looked around to make sure no one was there, and then walked towards the film set.

She only quietly moved out after Miho Nakayama disappeared from sight.

Without hesitation, Hitomi Ono immediately strode towards the film set.

She walked quickly, even starting to jog.

Back on set, she saw Sakamoto Yu still sitting in his original spot, holding the script, looking focused.

Hearing footsteps, Sakamoto Yu looked up.

Hitomi Ono stopped in front of Sakamoto Yu, resting her hands on her knees and panting.

"Sakamoto-san, I... I just ran into Nakayama-san in the restroom."

She spoke haltingly, breathless.

Sakamoto Yu did not urge him, but calmly waited for what was to come.

Once Ono Hitomi calmed down, she told him everything she had seen.

Upon hearing this, Sakamoto Yu's face remained expressionless, but his heart skipped a beat.

Half a second later, Sakamoto Yu finally uttered a sentence:

"Maybe you're just in a bad mood, don't overthink it."

Sakamoto Yu comforted Ono Hitomi instead.

Ono Hitomi's eyes widened. "But just now..."

Sakamoto Yu raised his hand, stopping Ono Hitomi from continuing.

Just then, the stage manager came over to tell the actors to come on stage.

Sakamoto Yu nodded in response to the stage manager.

He stood up, gently patted Ono Hitomi's shoulder, and said in a completely calm tone, "It's okay, don't worry about it."

After saying that, he calmly walked towards the film set.

Ono Hitomi was left alone, staring blankly at Sakamoto Yu's retreating figure.

Upon arriving at the film set, the surrounding area had already been set up. Sakamoto Yu looked around and took a look.

Most of the lights inside the studio were turned off, leaving only a small table lamp emitting a dim glow.

The dimly lit setting, combined with the homey atmosphere, looks rather romantic.

Director Endo walked towards him and began to explain the scene to him:

"For this scene, you two need to film a kissing scene, so try to relax as much as possible."

"Zhongshan Sang is in good form today, let's try to get it in one take."

Sakamoto Yu nodded calmly.

If the filming of this kind of scene takes a long time, it can actually be quite grueling.

On screen, viewers only see the two in a completely private setting, dimly lit, sometimes with background music playing, creating a romantic atmosphere.

During the actual filming, the two actors were surrounded by more than a dozen people on set.

If you keep making mistakes, the situation will only become more and more awkward.

At that moment, light footsteps came from behind Sakamoto Yu.

Miho Nakayama was not wearing makeup, but rather black-rimmed glasses and a close-fitting sweater—her attire for home.

Zhongshan's gaze swept quickly across his face, his eyes meeting briefly before looking away.

The status is the same as before.

His lips were pursed, his expression relaxed, and he showed no emotion whatsoever.

However, Sakamoto noticed that her fingers were intertwined, her hands were placed in front of her body, and her ears were already red.

Seeing this, Sakamoto Yu stepped forward, slightly bent his knees, and supported himself on his thighs with his hands.

He turned his head, boldly meeting the other person's gaze, his tone gentle:

"Don't worry, just stay relaxed and keep the same posture."
