Evil God? My servants are players!
Chapter 8, "Our Doctrine" and "The Creeping Covenant"
"What should the doctrines and scriptures be like?"
Hyacinth pressed on, unaware that she was unusually serious about the matter.
"It's a principle that everyone agrees on," the traveling frog replied vaguely.
The traveling frog, who always loved asking questions, got annoyed by the questions for the first time and simply made an excuse to leave.
"Alright, I have something to do. Let's talk about this later."
After the traveling frog left, Hyacinth fell into deep thought.
"We don't have doctrines; we need doctrines."
"Could I help the Lord write a doctrine? But I can't write."
Hyacinth's mind became increasingly confused as she thought about it, and in the end, she chose to kneel before Shen Yuan's altar and ask for the Lord's opinion.
Hyacinth clasped her hands together and began to pray.
"Great Lord, do we need doctrine? Can I help write it down? But what if I can't write?"
Shen Yuan also heard the hyacinth's prayer.
Shen Yuan had a good impression of this little guy.
Although his initial faith stemmed from a transaction, this little guy genuinely believed in himself.
After all, emotional energy doesn't lie.
As for the doctrines mentioned by Hyacinth, Shen Yuan didn't care.
But since the little one likes it, let her play. Shen Yuan also thinks it's quite interesting, and maybe it can help her regain some of her humanity.
Write down what you think...
Hyacinth was somewhat bewildered as it looked at the book and pen that had appeared out of nowhere.
Actually, Hyacinth regretted it a little while she was praying. After all, how could it be her turn to write something as important as doctrine?
But the book and pen given by the Lord were placed before him, and he was truly going to write doctrine.
What if I can't even write?
Then Hyacinth tremblingly picked up the book and the pen.
But she discovered that she could write inexplicably!
Hyacinth quickly realized that this was God's help.
"Thank you, my great Lord."
After praying silently, Hyacinth turned the pages of the book but was stumped.
How should doctrines be written?
Then she remembered a line from the travel frog: "Doctrine is the truth that everyone agrees on."
Just as Hyacinth was about to put pen to paper, she remembered something 'she' had once said to her.
"Hyacinth, did you know? Books need titles! I just overheard that from a nobleman!"
Hyacinth closed the book again.
Then he wrote five extremely childish words on the book cover.
Our Principles
He then turned the pages of the book, preparing to write something.
But what she didn't know was that when she opened the book again, those five words came to life.
They writhe and tumble painfully on the cover like black worms.
They devour each other, then spit out new ones.
They let out mournful howls that only the stars could hear; they were unruly.
But under the suppression of an ancient and blasphemous aura, they returned to calm.
Ultimately, this combination resulted in a new book title.
The Creeping Covenant
After turning to the first page, Hyacinth thought for a long time before writing the first line.
But every time she finished writing a line, a strange echo would reverberate in the void.
That's not sound, it's conceptual pollution.
At one end of the echo is the most vicious curse from the end of time, when all things perish, and all the resentment accumulated when the stars cool and life decays;
But this resentment was suppressed by the voice from the other end, the gentlest whisper from the beginning of time, the birth of the universe, the purest joy when life sprouted and consciousness first blossomed.
Hyacinth was being written and recited at the same time.
"We should share our food with our friends so that no one goes hungry."
"No one should weep because of hunger in the Lord's land. If you have an extra piece of bread, share it with the person next to you who is hungry."
"We should protect each other so that we are not bullied by bad people."
"Do not abandon the weak and the wounded, just as the Lord has never abandoned you. Your back should be the last wall for the weak."
"We should all try our best to live a good life, but we shouldn't push ourselves too hard."
"Those who toil deserve a good night's sleep. When night falls, weary bodies have the right to rest in a place where there is no wind or rain."
"We can't be bad people and bully others."
"Your hands must not be the first to be stained with the blood of the truly innocent. But if someone raises a knife against the innocent, you must have the courage to draw your sword."
"We should comfort our friends when they need us."
"When you see a soul about to be overwhelmed by sorrow, sit beside him, say nothing, just be there for him. For even the silence of the Lord has been your comfort."
"We should cherish the gifts from our friends."
Cherish every gift from the Lord. With grateful eyes, you can see even more of the Lord's glory.
Although Hyacinth's writing flowed freely after she took up the pen, she could only come up with so much despite racking her brains.
Finally, Hyacinth decided to carry the book with her and add it in whenever she came up with a new idea.
"The Lord will probably agree, after all, He just gave me strength again."
Shen Yuan, on the other hand, was almost speechless with astonishment. What was this? And what was that?
What is "Our Principles"?
What is the "Colombian Covenant"?
Did this trigger some strange ritual?
Then Shen Yuan tried to find out what exactly the "Crawling Covenant" was all about.
With time of the essence, Shen Yuan did not attempt to deconstruct the book, but instead focused on its impact.
For me, of course, it has no impact whatsoever.
Shen Yuan then looked at the players who were chasing after the [Slime lv.1].
It doesn't fit the innocent party criterion at all, so it probably won't have any impact.
Finally, Shen Yuan looked at the hyacinth and realized that it must be used to restrain believers.
Moreover, after this inexplicable ceremony, Shen Yuan was somewhat confused about hyacinths.
He opened the hyacinth's status bar.

How long has it been? The little backpack charm has become a leg accessory!
Moreover, Shen Yuan discovered that although the hyacinth's power came from him, it did not rely entirely on him.
This means the hyacinth can go outside!
What's this? A hero-level unit?
However, judging from Hyacinth's appearance, she should be a support/healer with little actual combat ability.
After the threat was eliminated, Shen Yuan completely deconstructed the ritual and finally understood what had happened.
Although I am still sealed, my position is still there.
Hyacinth just completed a ceremony by virtue of her own consent.
She established a religion within the legal framework of the world.
It established a religion with doctrines and scriptures.
A religion belonging to Shen Yuan was established.
