Chapter 62 [Rust Lake] and [Iron Crocodile] (2nd update! Please continue reading)

"Believe me, if killing you could make Fred better, I would kill you a thousand times over," Li Wei said casually, sitting to the side and eating his barbecue.

"You've got quite the nerve, you despicable scoundrel, using poison!" the burly man cursed.

"Isn't this something I learned from you bunch of scum?" Li Wei said.

"By the mercy of Heaven, I, Tieshan, have never used poison in all my years as an assassin. Although I am an assassin, I am also a knight who yearns for fair combat, unlike you, who bullies the weak with numbers," Tieshan cursed.

"If you're going to be an assassin, stop pretending. What respectable knight becomes an assassin? Judging from your breathing technique, you must be of excellent quality. Could you be some earl's illegitimate son?" Li Wei mocked.

This is a powerful family, because their leader is the "Iron Knight," one of the "Seven Northern Knights," and like Livy's father, he is also a great knight.

That is a Shadow-level assassin, above the five Gold-level assassins.

This refers to the "Five Shadows Who Died".

The one in charge of leading Iron Mountain is the "Pale Shadow," also known as the "Pale Knight," whom Iron Mountain has only heard of but has never seen.

A mysterious great knight, whose true identity remains unknown.

Apart from that, Tieshan knew nothing else.

"Or I could just kill all the possible culprits and eliminate any potential dangers," Li Wei muttered to himself.

Inside the prison, Tieshan was panting heavily, drenched in sweat, and pale-faced.

Knowing he couldn't get anything out of this guy, Li Wei ended Tieshan's sinful life by burning his body to prevent any accidents.

Amidst the raging fire, Li Wei once again caught a fleeting glimpse of the ferocious giant crocodile.

His face was grim until the Iron Mountain turned to ashes.

A few days later, a serf found a emaciated mountain horse in a certain place in the territory and presented it to Li Wei.

Li Wei took a look and found that it was still a fully armored warhorse. He checked the warhorse and found that apart from malnutrition, there was nothing wrong with it.

It is obvious that this warhorse is Tieshan's mount.

He also found a small cloth bag under the horse harness.

There were several hundred gold coins inside, along with some dry food and water.
