Sherlock, standing to the side, witnessed almost the entire scene, which resembled an idol drama. His lips twitched, but he could only watch the spectacle silently, as he couldn't really get a word in edgewise in this situation.

It wasn't until Tony took Obadiah away and the two Iron Men started fighting outside Stark Industries' industrial park that Sherlock finally had a chance to speak to Pepper.

"Come on, Pepper. Tony is worried that Obadiah might harm you, so he sent me to keep an eye on you."

As Sherlock spoke, he stepped forward and took Pepper's hand, forcibly diverting her attention from the battle between the two Iron Men.

"Sherlock, is Tony having any problems? Should we go help him?"

Hearing Pepper's words, Sherlock's lips twitched even more, and his eyes were filled with helplessness as he looked at Pepper. If the situation weren't so bad, Sherlock would really like to ask Pepper what kind of help she could have given in the past.

Add a weakness to Tony?

Pepper Potts, however, seemed completely oblivious to Sherlock's helplessness, her attention entirely focused on the battlefield between Tony and Obadiah.

Seeing this, Sherlock sighed helplessly before speaking.

"Let's go, Pepper. Only when you're safe can I go help Tony. For now, you don't need to worry, Tony will have someone to help him."

Sherlock dared to say this for a simple reason: barring any unforeseen circumstances, he and Tony were likely on S.H.I.E.L.D.'s list of people to be closely watched. News of the two Iron Men fighting in the street could not be kept from S.H.I.E.L.D., and they probably had already begun their preparations when Obadiah attacked Tony.

As if to prove Sherlock's point, the phone in Sherlock's pocket rang just after Sherlock finished speaking to Pepper.

Sherlock gave Chili a look that said, "See, I told you so," before calmly answering the phone.

At that moment, Coulson's voice rang out on the other end of the phone.

"Mr. Sherlock, I'm sorry to bother you, but there's something I feel I need to tell you..."

Before Coulson could finish speaking, Sherlock interrupted him.

"Two Iron Men wrestling in Stark Industries' industrial park, huh? I know!"

Hearing Sherlock's clearly unsurprised tone, Colsenar, who was anxious, paused for a moment before reacting and asking Sherlock.

"You know? You were there?"

After thinking for a moment, Sherlock addressed Coulson's question.

"Give me your address, I'll take Pepper there. You guys protect Pepper for me, I'm going to help Tony deal with that bastard."

Sherlock's calm tone left Coulson stunned for a long time. It took him a while to process the information before he could barely match the names Pepper and Iron Turtle with the corresponding people.

After silently labeling Sherlock in her mind as someone who liked to give him wicked nicknames, she finally gave him an address.

No sooner had Coulson finished speaking than a pink door appeared before him in disbelief, and Sherlock walked out with a clearly worried Pepper.

Coulson could clearly see what Obadiah's office looked like on the other side of the door.

Seeing this mind-blowing scene, Coulson was utterly astonished and speechless, pointing at Sherlock as he put away the Anywhere Door.

"You...I..."

Sherlock, unfazed by Coulson's surprise, retracted the Anywhere Door, casually slung the Spear of Longinus behind his back, and said to Coulson with a disgruntled tone.

"Protect Pepper, I'm going to help Tony!"

After saying that, Sherlock slowly took to the air under Coulson's incredulous gaze. However, Sherlock stopped as if he remembered something after flying not far, and turned to look at the dumbfounded Coulson.

"Oh, right, there's one more thing."

Upon hearing Sherlock's words, Coulson, though still incredibly surprised, managed to control himself, suppressing his astonishment and instead adopting a professional smile.

"What is it, Mr. Sherlock?"

"You should know that Obadiah and I have a grudge. If I accidentally blow this thing up along with his iron turtle, won't S.H.I.E.L.D. come after me?"

Sherlock asked Coulson without any hesitation, but it was more like a notification than an inquiry.

Although the mission from above was to protect Tony and capture Obadiah alive if possible, it was clear that Coulson couldn't say it directly at this moment, so he could only smile and say it to Sherlock.

"Of course not, Mr. Sherlock. We at S.H.I.E.L.D. are reasonable people too."

Hearing Coulson's words, Sherlock nodded in satisfaction. After thinking for a moment, Sherlock left Coulson with a comment.

"Old Ke, stop wearing that fake smile all the time, it's creepy."

After saying this, Sherlock took off without hesitation and flew towards the battlefield, leaving Coulson standing there bewildered.

"Old...Old Ke?! A...a horrible person?!"

Coulson pointed at his face in disbelief. Putting aside the strange nickname "Old Coulson," the smile on his face was the most standard "gentle smile" of S.H.I.E.L.D., which he had practiced repeatedly under the guidance of psychologists. How could you say that smile was creepy?

Coulson, like a wronged child, pointed to his face and turned to look at Pepper Potts beside him with a face full of question marks.

Faced with Coulson's silent question, Pepper's lips twitched. Her inner complaints about these men were almost at their peak, but on the surface, she could only maintain an embarrassed look and comfort Coulson.

"Don't listen to that brat Sherlock's nonsense, your smile is absolutely the most standard smile."

Although he said that, his eyes kept darting away, and he didn't seem to want to look at Coulson's face at all.

Pepper Potts wouldn't tell Coulson that although the smile was perfectly natural, it actually looked rather creepy in the dim firelight.

As a seasoned agent, Coulson could easily tell that this was Pepper Potts' attempt to comfort him, but even though he could see it, it only made him more puzzled.

Was his smile really that unbearable? Coulson was utterly puzzled.
