Chapter 41 Zombie Attack

The shopkeeper didn't say anything more, taking it as the three of them agreeing with his statement.

Everyone believed that as long as the doors and windows were tightly closed at night, even zombies couldn't break in. Everyone did this, and it worked well; no zombies came.

The two turned around, and Zuo Ruotong from the next room pushed open the door and walked in.

"Master!" the two called out.

"Hmm!" Zuo Ruotong nodded, then said to her two disciples, "Zombies are no joke. They are walking corpses, fearless of death, and their claws are all poisonous. Ordinary people would die if they faced one. Even superhumans must be careful."

When facing a zombie, aim for its chest and throat. Forcing out its corpse energy will cripple it. Of course, if you can smash its head, that works too.

I slept until midnight.

Suddenly, Zeng Su was awakened by the sound of footsteps. When he opened his eyes, Bai Jiahei and Fei Peng were also awake and craning their necks to look out the window!

"Look, go and see for yourself at the window," Zeng Su said, pointing to the window.

Lu Jin jumped to the window in two steps and stuck his head out.

"Oh dear! There are so many people, the zombie must be there, let's hurry."

As soon as he finished speaking, Lu Jin grabbed the windowsill and jumped down.

Although Lu Jin was reckless, he wasn't stupid. He knew he should observe the situation first before deciding whether to take action.

Soon the two approached the location of the fire.

In a field outside Qingshipu, more than 20 people had gathered, including more than a dozen carrying long guns and wearing standard uniforms; they were probably from the local security station.

And the people they surrounded.

No, that wasn't one person.

It wore a tattered burial shroud, revealing its grayish-black skin underneath. Its face was a sickly pale, and its eyes were deeply sunken with dark red pupils that glowed eerily in the firelight.
