"We must stop it!" Le Xinyi shouted, her energy surging, and nine fox tails materialized behind her, swaying in the wind like nine wings, carrying her into the air as she chased after the giant.

"What's going on?" Before the others could react, Le Xinyi's voice came through the team channel: "Ye Peng, hurry up! Use your Monarch Mech! Lu Ren, prepare the binding arrows! Lao Mo, bring out your toughest vines! Hold off the Holy Giant at all costs!"

Trusting their teammates, the three instinctively began to act. At that moment, a giant dragon flew up from the city and caught up with them; it was the dragon knight Diana.

"Where are you all going?" Diana was clearly flustered. "The Griffin City's central hub has been breached, and the defensive shield is destroyed. If you all leave, what will we do when the enemy arrives?"

Watching the enormous figure disappear into the distance, Yue Xinyi was frantic with worry: "Have you forgotten what the North is? There's a portal to the Savage World there, and giants have the power to close it. Our leader is most likely on the other side of that portal right now!"

"You mean, the Holy Giants intend to imprison the Hunters in the Savage World forever?" Diana asked, somewhat surprised. "Why would they do that?"

"Then why did it destroy Griffin City?" Yue Xinyi shouted anxiously, "Don't you understand? The awakening of the Holy Giants is suspicious; someone has most likely tampered with it! Now only the Chen Clan remains unexterminated, and they definitely want to trap the Hunters in the Savage World forever!"

"Did the Chen Clan do something?" Diana was a smart woman, but she had been working tirelessly these past few days, and her concern had clouded her judgment, causing her to temporarily get stuck on a single point. Now, with Yue Xinyi's reminder, her mind raced, and she quickly reviewed the recent events and realized that things were not going well.

"But if the Chen Clan is really interfering, then we can't leave even more!" Diana turned to look at Griffin City. "Perhaps they're doing this to lure us away. Without the protection of the Reincarnators, the Chen Clan could easily destroy Griffin City, and your main quest would be ruined!"

"Even if the main storyline fails, we will not abandon the altar master!" Le Xinyi's eyes were firm.

"What if this world is destroyed?" For the sake of her homeland, Diana didn't hesitate to throw away all pretenses, raising her dragon spear and pointing it directly at Yue Xinyi: "Don't forget, the Shen Clan's world control value is already very low. Although she is not very senior, in recent missions, when Zhang Lang was not around, Le Xinyi took charge of the overall situation, and everyone got used to following her orders.

Diana considered it for a few seconds and could only nod in agreement.

And so, most of the reincarnators followed Diana back to Griffin City. Ye Peng summoned the enormous Monarch Mech, and Le Xinyi and Lu Ren entered the cockpit. The mech, which had been modified many times, was loaded with a flight backpack, spewed out huge flames, and took off, heading north.

The Holy Giant was incredibly fast. Its immense weight allowed it to stomp deep into the ground with each step, and with each burst of power, large amounts of earth and rocks were thrown into the air. From the air, the places it passed through looked like two rows of craters left by missiles.

"With this kind of running style, a lot of energy is wasted on destroying the ground," Ye Peng, piloting the Monarch Mech, sighed high in the sky diagonally behind the Holy Giant. "With this thing's strength, the ordinary world is too fragile for it."

"If we hadn't wasted so much speed, we wouldn't have caught up with it!" Le Xinyi pointed downwards: "The portal to the Wilderness isn't far ahead, hurry down and stop it!"

"We have no choice but to land." Ye Peng looked at the warning indicator on the instrument panel: "The flight pack has reached its limit..."

As he spoke, he operated the keyboard, and with a loud bang, the flight backpack detached from the main body. The huge Monarch mech flew forward due to inertia and crashed right into the Holy Giant!

The immense force knocked the holy giant to the ground, and the two colossal creatures wrestled and rolled across the vast wasteland, leaving the earth in a mess and raising clouds of dust.

As the sandstorm dissipated, the figures of the two giants were revealed. Ye Peng, piloting the Monarch Mech, locked the Holy Giant's neck from behind, while his legs wrapped around the Holy Giant's waist, dragging it to the ground.

The Holy Giant, however, paid no heed to the burdens he was carrying. Even lying down, he used all four limbs to drag the Monarch Mech northward.

Seeing that they were losing control, Le Xinyi and Lu Ren ran out of the cockpit. Lu Ren circled around the Holy Giant, continuously firing binding arrows. Each arrow released an invisible force field upon impact, hindering the giant's movements. As for Le Xinyi, she jumped directly onto the Holy Giant's head, formed hand seals, and plunged her nine tails into the Holy Giant's scalp, attempting to control its mind.

However, the Holy Giants are not so easy to subdue.

The invisible force field couldn't restrain the Holy Giant's movements at all. Even with all its might, the Monarch Mech could only leave rows of trenches on the ground... As for Yue Xinyi, who fought the hardest, she was mentally exhausted during the battle against the Holy Giant, with smoke rising from her head and blood flowing from her nostrils.

"Even if we can't stop him, we must at least buy him some time!" Le Xinyi shouted. "Zhang Lang has been in the Savage World for two days now, he should be out soon. Every minute we delay him gives him a better chance of coming back!"

"I've done my best..." Ye Peng gritted his teeth, gripping the control sticks tightly with both hands, causing the joints of the massive mecha to creak and groan.

Just as the three were doing their best to stall for time, several missiles suddenly shot out from the mountains ahead, trailing white smoke, and accurately hit the joints of the Monarch mech. With a series of explosions, the powerful Monarch mech was battered and bruised, its joints damaged, and it had no choice but to release the Holy Giant.

Without the burden of the Monarch Mech, the Holy Giant stood up again. The force field collapsed, and Le Xinyi also spat out a mouthful of blood and fell from its forehead. Fortunately, Old Mo's vine prevented her from falling to the ground.

The group looked in the direction from which the missile had come, and from the hilltop emerged three tall figures.

"The Chen Clan!" Le Xinyi wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth. "It really was them!"
