Marvel: Starting with the forced creation of villainous characters

Chapter 51: How could the villain's godfather be the Punisher?

This has led to the fact that most of the powerful gangs in the United States choose to set up shop in Hell's Kitchen, but they don't actually rely on that territory for their livelihood.

"Then take the weakest one, the Motorbike Gang. As for the rest, bite off as much as you can," Mark said in an unquestionable tone.

What he wanted was a pair of useful white gloves, and people don't know their limits unless they're pushed.

Mark decided to trust in Hammerhead's wisdom and resilience.

Hearing the busy tone on the phone, Hammerhead sighed helplessly. He himself was an ambitious person, but that didn't mean he wanted his boss to be an ambitious person as well.

"Oh well, the boss's got my back anyway." Hammerhead sighed. What could he do? Of course, he could only do as he was told.

After his boss hung up the phone, Hammerhead's confidant quickly reminded him, "Boss, Kingpin sent someone to warn us before. He said we've been making too many moves lately and have already affected the existing rules."

"Don't worry about him, he'll be nothing soon," Hammerhead said confidently.

…………

In the top-floor office of the Fisker Building.

Weasley, acting as secretary, rushed in and bowed as he reported, "Sir, Bullseye is dead."

"That guy messed up?" Kingpin was somewhat surprised.

"Yes, and the scene was very strange. It seemed like there was a sudden internal conflict among the people Bullseye brought there, and then the mastermind took advantage of the situation."

"Internal strife? Picking up scraps?" Kingpin tapped the table silently.

Kingpin retorted, "Are you sure it was fratricide? Or a staged scene?"

"These are photos from the scene." Weasley respectfully placed the photos on the desk in front of Kingpin.

Kingpin curiously flipped through the photos in his hand. After looking at them, he threw them on the table.

"Interesting. Looks like someone else wants to challenge me," Kingpin sneered.

Weasley probed, "The Hammerheads?"

Kingpin shook his head: "No, that brute Hammerhead may be ambitious, but he doesn't have the courage unless someone is backing him up."

Weasley: "The person behind it all..."

"Go contact the Hand and ask these outsiders to test the mettle of the mastermind," Kingpin ordered.

He became the emperor of the underworld not because he had many subordinates, but because he built a platform that served various gangs. It was through these connections that he became the uncrowned king of the underworld.

Three days passed in the blink of an eye.

The Punisher remained silent, and Mindy and Jessica were growing impatient. Even Mark was considering finding them a new tutor.

"Knock knock knock..."

A knock sounded at the door, and Mindy jumped up immediately upon hearing it.

"Why don't you order some takeout?" Mindy asked excitedly.

"No," everyone denied in unison.

"I hope it's not a sales pitch," Mindy said, skipping and hopping to the door.

After seeing the person outside through the peephole, Mindy opened the door with a beaming smile: "Uncle Frank, you've finally arrived!"

Frank forced a smile onto his warm face: "I just went to the armory to pick something up today, and I came here after seeing your message."

Seeing that Mindy's movements were unsteady, Frank's smile faded as he asked, "Are you injured?"

"I ran into a weirdo and got a minor injury." Mindy didn't care about her injury; it was just a pierced shoulder bone, nothing fatal.

Frank sighed helplessly, "I heard your father died. I even went to look for you, but I couldn't find you."

"When I heard about you later, I learned you had a new teammate, and he's a superhuman. How are you doing now?"

"It's great, I feel like I've found a new home," Mindy said happily.

Frank glanced at everyone in the room with some surprise upon hearing this, knowing that Mindy was a troubled girl.

It's quite unbelievable that she was able to accept her new family.

After looking around at everyone in the room, Frank frowned: "Where are the adults?"

"Mark is the head of the family, and Skye is the eldest, but she's only 17 this year," Mindy explained.

Like a little adult, Mark introduced himself: "Hello, Mr. Frank, I'm Mark."

Frank was completely stunned when he saw Mark, who looked like a little adult.

Frank, his expression complex, asked with a slight tremor in his right hand and a trembling voice, "Child, is your father David? Is your mother named Susan?"

Mark looked at Frank in surprise upon hearing this.

"Do you know my parents?" Mark asked tentatively.

Frank looked at Mark with a complicated expression, then sighed softly, "Your father was my comrade-in-arms, and we made a pact to be godfathers to our children."

Mark never expected that his adoptive father would have such connections.

However, Mark felt relieved when he thought about how his cheap father's teammate was a Punisher.

In the Marvel Universe, people who are not superheroes but become teammates with superheroes usually don't have a good ending, and his adoptive father was one of those curses.

Realizing the connection between them, Mark became enthusiastic, after all, this was a powerful ally.

Frank's greatest strength is not his individual combat ability, but his tactical planning ability. It would be wonderful to have someone like him working as an instructor for you.

Mark led Frank into the living room and poured him a glass of cold water.

Seeing how sensible Mark was, Frank called out to him with concern, "Son, don't be so busy."

He had heard David say that Mark was not even 12 years old this year.

Frank pulled Mark to sit down and asked, "Where's your mother? Didn't you live in Nevada? Why did you move to New York?"

Mark replied, "My mother is dead."

Frank fell silent upon hearing this.

Compared to the tragic deaths of his wife and children, David's family seemed to suffer even more.

Both of the family's breadwinners died, leaving only Mark as their only child.

Frank asked with concern, "So how did you get to New York?"

Mark briefly recounted Lolita Island and how Mindy led them out of it.

After listening to Mark's story, Frank felt extremely uncomfortable and paced back and forth in the living room, scratching his head repeatedly.

Finally suppressing his rage, Frank, barely containing his murderous intent, asked, "Where is that island? And who are the damned bastards involved in this?"

Mark certainly couldn't say that. If he did, Frank might become the greatest terrorist in human history, so great that even Bin Laden and Magneto would have to offer him cigarettes.

"It's all in the past now, and Apostol, who was instigating it, has received the punishment he deserved," Mark quickly reassured him.

Frank also realized that he had indeed been grasping at straws; how could Mark and the others know how many people were behind this incident?

Frank, undeterred, asked, "Where is that island?"

This time, Mark didn't hide anything and said directly, "Little Saint James Island."
