Dark Eldar
420 PUGMini-Boss
The sacred light of the otherworldly map shines eternally, inexhaustibly. —Otherworldly Rules 1569
The former Dark Messenger "Dark" was indeed highly efficient. In the main map of the alternate world, Ludar focused on his role as a strategist and advisor, without overstepping his authority. Due to Ludar's identity and his previous low-ranking position, he still held some weight in the level two maps, but in the main map of the alternate world, a character like him, who started as a free agent, lacked the influence of Dark.
The strategist Ludar was not idle; his main task was to rebuild the "Rebel" faction as soon as possible before restoring functional permissions.
The rebel strongholds were originally widespread, filled with a large number of "unemployed vagrants" (non-VIPs). Ludar was most proud of the later addition of this "army of vagrants." However, after Ludar was forcibly grouped with Dark to go to the level 2 map, the rebels became leaderless and gradually disintegrated.
Once the various gold farming groups stop their raid activities, without any authoritative figures to organize them, the situation in dungeons becomes quite chaotic. Without Ludar and his team to restrain them, it basically turns into a "pick-up group" mode.
After Rudar's return, his former followers, upon receiving the news, marched together towards the Void Fortress, intending to return and pledge allegiance to him. Rudar's reputation (RP) was well-established in the other world. The independent heroes were more willing to cooperate with him, feeling that even serving as his subordinates would be quite acceptable.
Many heroes, even high-level ones, have fallen apart because of poor "military" talent, leading to mismanagement or excessive emotional interference. For example, the former Dark Messenger Dark decided to take Rudar to the level 2 map or other "major event" missions after recognizing Rudar's exceptional military organizational abilities.
Despite his cold-blooded nature, Dark's wisdom remained constant. He deeply understood Ludar's strengths and weaknesses, as well as his own shortcomings. In management, Dark largely delegated authority and trusted Ludar. Dark was only somewhat arbitrary on key issues; everything else, including personnel selection, was entirely managed by Ludar. Therefore, Ludar's strengths and talents are evident. (Note: Order cannot place too many "military experts" on the same map at the same time. Doing so would destabilize the multiverse. Currently at version 31, no one knows what the situation will be like once the multiverse opens. Therefore, the main map Order deliberately avoids controlling "talents." If some high military talents are allocated, then a period of time, or several versions later, will be used to place "high military" talent IDs randomly. This is the fate of heroes, and also the fate of Order, after all, this world is always interconnected—allWEB.)
"Lord Dark, barring any unforeseen circumstances, the rebel camp should be able to establish a basic framework this week, and our former core members are already on their way." In the military hall of the Void Fortress, Ludar respectfully reported the latest developments to Dark.
"Alright, I understand." Dark was very confident in Ludar's abilities. Exclusive! Behind-the-scenes interview and insights into the creation of *Eldar*, for exclusive use only.
"Ludal, an important visitor will be arriving outside in a moment. Go and handle him." Dark assigned Ludal a high-level mission.
"Roger that, Lord Dark. I'll go prepare right away!" Ludar was perfectly aware of the contents of this temporary mission. He knew that Dark didn't want to see the Dark Legion's leader (his former boss) right now.
Four hours later.
A team of 100 people, including the Dark Legion boss Victor (level 999), Firebringer (level 999), and Elemental Ersor (level 999, the Void Fortress Lord from 3 days ago), arrived at the Void Fortress. They included members of Firebringer's faction and more than half of the Dark Legion's forces.
Ludar had been waiting for some time. Without saying a word, he stepped forward with a smile to greet the otherworldly fire envoy. First, he helped the fire envoy dismount. The fire envoy's mount was a ball of blue flame. It must be very rare, quite impressive. He had never seen an elemental mount before; it was likely a custom-made, limited edition, purple.
"Honorable President of the Elemental Elders Council, High Elder of the Otherworld, Lord Fire Messenger, please, please come inside!" (Ludar's initial talent; Humility)
"Honorable General Victor of the Dark Legion, I have admired you for half a century! Please! I have been waiting for you for a long time!!" Ludar's two flattering remarks (based on his initial attributes) carried exceptional weight. He avoided the main issues, essentially preventing them from asking questions like "Where is Dark?" Ludar aimed to maximize his advantage and prepare to entertain them well before discussing anything else. Ludar was confident he could accomplish this.
The elemental Erso followed closely behind the soldiers, keeping a low profile. Ludal noticed him but ignored him.
The Fire Messenger and General Victor exchanged glances and decided to enter the city first before discussing countermeasures.
Void Fortress (51437), the highest-class five-star hotel - "Reception Hall"!
The guesthouse was the hotel that Ludar had arranged for them to stay at. Ludar busied himself helping the Fire Messenger and General Victor with their luggage.
The soldiers stayed at the guesthouse (Dwarf Inn) and did not come to the reception hall. Three squad leaders came, while the other squad leaders stayed at the guesthouse (Dwarf Inn).
Since Victor is a boss, he's currently using a smaller version, the "social version." Once in combat or switching to battle mode, Victor's main boss form will revert to its larger size. Of course, Victor's social version is still much larger than the Barbarian King and his allies—a truly colossal figure. (It's significantly smaller than their dungeon counterparts; otherwise, their original forms would be far too monstrous.)
The VIP area of the "Reception Hall" features exclusive private suites, specifically designed for these big bosses. Many famous figures have stayed at the Reception Hall in the past, such as the God of War "Demacia," and the leaders of the dragon and half-dragon races, including the Elf King Ire. When they visited, they would also stay in these special VIP presidential suites.
