The beautiful Priestess Elisa (level 779) has changed quite a bit! Elder Archmage Odana did not prevent him from meeting Loki. As long as they remain in this alternate world, Odana does not wish to have a discordant conflict with Loki.

Odana and Loki were in the same Hero Apprentice stage, but different classes. They had met briefly while doing daily quests together (the party was randomly assigned). Odana initially didn't remember Loki, but after he forged the artifact "The Creator's Hammer," he became famous overnight! Girls and boys of the same grade all wanted to add Loki as a friend. Some wanted to learn forging experience, some wanted genuine friendship (mutual assistance, easier partying), and some boys wanted to build alliances in the future... Back then, everyone's ambitions were lofty: to become Elder-level mages and achieve even greater success.

In this fiercely competitive world, there are winners and losers, heroes who are above average and below average. They are all striving for their respective ideals! Elder Priestess Odana (level 999) is one of the winners. Her greatest strength lies in her "control" abilities!

Mages' control skills (tree-like) primarily consist of Frostbite, Entangling Roots, Arcane Traps, and Mist. Priests, however, focus on mind-based control. Priests who excel in control are exceptionally talented. Odana's promotion to Elder-level Priest was due to her excellent skill selection; she's not conventionally beautiful, but she's very rational. Therefore, she's less easily distracted by her surroundings (she has relatively few suitors), allowing her to focus more intently on leveling her control skills. This results in faster skill progression. Although she lacks extensive combat experience, Odana's skill in control earned her a special selection by Elder Morza two years ago, securing her a place on the Elder candidate list.

In this alternate world, there are many heroes stronger than Odana in magic or other attributes, but because they lack Odana's special skills, they haven't been promoted to prospective elders. Instead, many remain in ordinary alternate world legions, holding high-ranking but idle positions.

If it were a real fight, a high-ranking, idle hero definitely wouldn't be as powerful as Odana; this has been verified. Simply having good attributes doesn't guarantee good development. This other world is a place of fairness and justice. It's a place where hard work can compensate for lack of talent, and above all, a place of righteousness. Here, your privileged background won't guarantee your future. You might have an advantage in the early to mid-game, but in the latter half, after level 50 (version 20), it's entirely up to the individual. No one will bring shame to their clan. Historically, quite a few heroes have been expelled from clans (VIP members). (Note: Their names cannot be published due to privacy concerns; some were quietly expelled to save face for certain heroes, while others were publicly announced through megaphones, broadcasting 24/7!)

"Brother Loki, it's been so long! I've missed you so much!!" Elisa (level 779), dressed in a clean school uniform (free fashion item from another world; purple), ran out to meet Loki.

The intermediate-level priests, almost all of them beautiful female healing apprentices, dared not come out to see what was happening, out of fear of being reprimanded by the Archmage Odana; more importantly, they were unaware of the news.

This other world is a high-level holy land with a good learning atmosphere. Some apprentices in this other world occasionally spread gossip, but most of them are pure of heart. They generally don't actively pursue romance; they only start considering it when they reach a certain age.

Alyssa had reached the required age (for job advancement; late enrollment). Sometimes she wondered if she could develop feelings for Loki. However, she was constrained by her level and status. Loki, the mage, was renowned for his power in this other world. The elders held him in particularly high regard. In contrast, Alyssa, the young priestess, felt somewhat inferior. She leveled up exceptionally diligently, wanting to reach the maximum level of 999 as quickly as possible, "at least that way, I could be the same level as Loki."

"You've improved so quickly, almost level 800 already. You've grown quite a bit taller too," Loki praised with a smile. He almost didn't recognize her, even though Alyssa was wearing light makeup. The last time he saw her, she was just a cute little NPC girl. Now she's a stunningly beautiful young woman.

Loki was somewhat attracted, but he was also trying his best to restrain himself. He didn't want to be drawn to anything yet. He considered himself well-traveled and didn't want to be in a relationship. He was afraid he couldn't bring Elisa substantial "happiness." (A complex thought, containing excuses and filled with various complicated factors.)

Loki, the forger of the legendary weapon "The Hammer of the Creator," harbored a conflicted mindset. This was one reason he hesitated to directly pursue the beautiful Catherine. Now, with his weapon about to be traded with Demacia, he knew the future was uncertain, perhaps even a decline. He didn't want to disappoint her; Loki himself aspired to a "good" future. But his perceptive nature seemed to foresee the future. He knew that if he were content, he could find a woman he liked, marry her, have children, raise them to become an even more powerful hero—a "good story"...

"Here you go, some chocolates I made," Elisa said, also preparing a gift for Loki. (Chocolate recipe, Intermediate Cooking, Green)

Loki looked at himself; he hadn't even prepared the most basic flowers, and he'd traveled a long and dusty journey just to take Alyssa to trade artifacts with Demacia...

"Look at me, I didn't bring anything, but I have some high-grade Bikaru Ice Crystals (high-grade; rare; purple) in my backpack, so I'll give them to you." Loki had previously considered giving ice crystals to Elder Sun Yun. He knew Elder Sun Yun definitely wouldn't care for them, so he wouldn't feel comfortable giving them away. But to Little Priestess Elisa, it was a truly generous gift.

Bikaru Ice Crystal is rose pink, making it a perfect gift for a young girl. Priestess Elisa would definitely find it great for crafting late-game gear!
