Dark Eldar

The nights are long in Yundar. Dark, the messenger of darkness, and Ludar, the leader of the rebels, also encounter trouble at the border!

Several giant serpents, perhaps driven mad by hunger, attempted to devour them. These serpents were all stomped to death by the Barbarian King! One stomp! ... (Yundar Serpent, Level 20; Drops: Serpent Meat, Serpent Skin, Serpent Gallbladder)

The bounty hunters collected the snake skin and gallbladders, while the barbarian king ate the snake meat raw. The seductive woman stayed far away; the smell disgusted her.

The barbarian king kindly offered Ludal some snake meat, but Ludal covered his nose and waved his hand, indicating that the barbarian king should go over there and eat it himself.

As the barbarian king was eating, he noticed something amiss down below the mountain: a vast number of "mutant" creatures, including beasts and birds, were roaming about. The scale was enormous.

The eyesight, hearing, and strength of "rare elites" are many times greater than those of ordinary Barbarian Kings. Therefore, Barbarian Kings have excellent "insight".

However, the barbarian king did not report this, believing they were all his future food.

The next day, Dak appeared early and signaled the team to continue forward, heading towards the center of Yundar's territory.

The dwarf houses were on their way, so Dark ordered his men to search inside to see what they could find.

But Ludar completely disregarded the dilapidated house! He didn't understand what Dak was looking for, so he pretended to go in and came out less than a minute later, shaking his head. He hadn't found a single item, not even a homemade gun, "dwarf bread," or "pure water."

Ludar's magic backpack had a capacity of about 40 kg, and the sandwiches, sausages, and other food he had brought with him were long gone. To be honest, he had been feeling hungry since yesterday. He could only fill his stomach with alcohol. At least wine was made from grapes, and it could restore both health and mana.

"Stamina," "health," and "mana" are strictly speaking separate. Since the "order" changed, everyone no longer pays attention to stamina and focuses on their "health" as the most important metric.

Dark the Dark survives on an "energy bar." After returning from the centaurs of Delsa, his energy bar was 50% depleted! Therefore, he planned to recover his energy while walking slowly. After resting last night, the remaining 50% has now recovered to 60%. Dark is quite satisfied with his physical condition.

"How much food do we have left?" Dak asked.

"My lord! There's only liquid bread left," Ludall replied cryptically. He dared not tell the truth.

"Is it wine? Are you flirting with me, Ludar?" Dak scolded!

"I wouldn't dare, my lord! We humans unanimously believe that wine is more effective at restoring health than food!" Ludar argued. He knew that Dak didn't know much about alcohol.

"We left in too much of a hurry. Even some centaur mare's milk would be better than your red grape juice!" Dark said. He kept looking into the distance as he spoke.

"Mare's milk wine? My lord? You must be joking. How can mare's milk be turned into wine?" Ludall had never heard of mare's milk wine before.

"Ignorant fool! You're a whole cycle older than me!" Dark said with a laugh. (A cycle in the Dark World is exactly 360 years.)

"How could I possibly know as much as an adult!" Ludall said timidly. This was his passive skill ("Humble and subservient"; also known as "Opportunistic" etc. [Intelligence +15%]).

"Ludal, I've decided to kill all the wild beasts for our food. What do you think?" Dak saw the "food" in the distance.

"My lord! Thank you for your kindness! But we don't need so much! We have very small appetites." Ludar quickly refused! He didn't want to be "burdened." You see! Even using a "magic backpack" consumes a lot of "stamina."
