Dark Eldar

In this alternate world, the number of heroes reaching max level is extremely limited. Aside from the five high-ranking members of the Dark Elf faction (level 999), Neltharion the Black Dragon King (level 999), and the War God Old Demacia (level 999), the Elven race's max-level hero is the demigod Elder Izora (level 999). Apart from these, no other hero has reached the maximum level.

Elder Morza of the Otherworld chose to stagnate at level 800 (level capping). He was preparing to level up again later. Other capable and powerful elders naturally followed suit, not daring to easily surpass level 800. For example, the conservative Elder Sun Yun stopped leveling up after level 750. He also stored the experience points from the daily team quests in a self-made experience orb (similar in appearance, but only about 110 of the item; Master-level Jewelcrafting skill; requires blueprint; item bound) for future use.

Elder Sun Yun's "neutrality" wasn't always so firmly established in previous versions. In the ancient era (public beta), the Eastern Homo sapiens were always positioned as a "mysterious territory." However, after countless changes, the Eastern Homo sapiens (skin) have become increasingly sought after. If it weren't for the sudden appearance of the idle Elder Morza, Elder Schopenhauer might have abdicated in favor of Elder Sun Yun, thus ruling the future of this other world...

In an era where strength reigns supreme, beautiful dreams can only remain as empty promises. Moreover, Elder Sun Yun's cultivation has long since reached a state of "desirelessness." Getting him to change might be more difficult than with the other elders.

The other world truly lives up to its reputation as a symbol of justice, eternity, and light.

Even Elder Morza, who had been "forced into" a sinecure, was no exception. He kept his promise and didn't plunge the other world into chaos. Unexpectedly, the other world under his leadership was not much different from the one under Elder Schopenhauer's leadership. If it weren't for external announcements about a new elder's rise to power, the heroes, including all the unsung heroes of the other world, would have remained completely unaware. (Note: In the absence of epic wars, elders with less demanding roles might be more suitable for management than those with a stronger desire for battle. Initially, they might be slightly stricter, but gradually people realize that everything is just a matter of rules and regulations; as long as one maintains respect for the rules and doesn't overstep them, there's generally no danger... However, elders with a strong desire for battle and ambition, like the former Elder Schopenhauer, might not be as strict in their demands, but their underlying requirements can be extremely dangerous... Elder Wolfd (level 741) wanted independence; he initially had a strong desire for it. But after a preliminary conversation with the less demanding Elder Morsa, he learned that "the Otherworld Elders don't have high hopes for werewolves." Elder Wolfd then decided to pledge his loyalty to the Otherworld to the death... Similar scenarios abound in the six major cities.)

Elder Morsa's implementation of "taxation" followed the version from before 30. His desire for money seemed far less than that of his predecessor, Elder Schopenhauer.

A bright and magnificent otherworldly palace. Ancient buildings are constantly nourished and strengthened by otherworldly magic... Through the meditation and incantations of generations of elders, both renowned and obscure, the advanced mystical magic—"Whispers"—has become faster and more transparent! (Note: Due to continuous optimization and improvement of hardware, early 8D rendering has become much more realistic!! Even more realistic than the real world! No matter how advanced the magician, no one can easily "awaken" now. Unlike before, when the graphics were rough and the "auto-clicker" was not very responsive, making every hero feel slightly uncomfortable, no one could pinpoint exactly what was wrong. Back then, the complaints on offline forums were countless, unlike now where there are only genuine and sponsored praises.)

Elder Morsa, who had been appointed just two years prior, had a single silver hair at his temple (close-up of his white hair). He was quite old; he was a hero of the same era as Elder Joseph, Schopenhauer's teacher. He was the junior disciple of Master Joseph and the senior uncle of Schopenhauer.

When Schopenhauer was at the height of his fame, his senior uncle, who always looked down on him, was a "supper" with no job.

"Nothing is predictable." This is a famous precept from another world (113). Ironically, it came true!

Elder Schopenhauer still lingers in the otherworldly palace every day, no matter how magnificent, luxurious, or solemn the otherworld is now... it may no longer concern him much.

Elder Schopenhauer's daily thoughts and ideas have become somewhat closed off. (Immune to detection magic)

Of course, Morsa knew that he himself had changed his fate. For top figures like them, who were "high-ranking and prestigious," "face" was extremely important. They weren't like Dark, the six generals of the Dark Elements, or even the former rebel Ludar (a free spirit). Their status, especially their "social status," was already quite high...

Elder Schopenhauer had actually figured it out long ago, otherwise he probably would have already "turned to the dark side." But Elder Schopenhauer never did! Nobody knows what he's thinking now. The mindset of high-level elders is different from other heroes. They have seen countless riches and honors, possessed supreme power, and are different from ordinary heroes, and even from other elder-level heroes. Even their reasons for fighting and for living are different from ordinary heroes. They have indirectly established a subtle "human-machine" connection with "order" and the "core layer."
