The relationship between the alternate world and the established order is delicate. While not quite a "representative," the power of the order is undeniably immense. Every fallen hero must pass the order's "approval" before being resurrected! This absurd system was once protested by an elder from the alternate world. However, he and his faction were soon dismantled after that complaint, and no one dared speak of him or his "guild" again. There's no record of it in Borta's documents (archives). This event was deeply etched in the mind of another elder, one he could never forget...

He was Elder Sun Yun. Asian races (humans) are relatively rare throughout the "multiverse," and there are great legends about their yellow-skinned, black-eyed ancestors. Elder Sun Yun's unique physical characteristics—skin color and eye color—were created based on all known Eastern magical accounts. Essentially, the initial elements cannot be changed, and there are "transformation" potions and similar magic popular. That feeling is unsettling; in some regions, men even use "forbidden magic" to briefly transform into women to do despicable "things." Some do it for "deception and fraud"! They have completely strayed from their original intentions, perhaps bewitched by some "evil force." After all, no one knows how vast this world truly is, or how rich the "initial map" and "hidden maps" (secondary maps) are... It is said that ancient Eastern records indicate that the "pet mode" once reached Class A level, but now, in version 30, it's a Class B RPG, with its infinitely expanding multiverse centered on another world—it has actually "degenerated." (Note: "Raising/nurturing" games require a highly advanced civilization to be realized, while a centralized leveling system is a completely different world. It's essentially devoid of "love" and "compassion"...)

Is it progress or regression? Who knows! Too many new heroes are lining up to join, believing they've legally recharged their "CDK" (game currency). But who can imagine what will happen after logging in? Everyone's initial thoughts are simple, like leveling up to Edward III or Benjamin VI, but when they reach Edward III's level, or even just enter the ranks of novice mages, they start having unrealistic ambitions. Nobody knows why. Nobody knows what to do next. Should they really stop? Type: "DELETE" (command)? That requires courage and responsibility... When a hero sees someone as mediocre as Loki wielding the "Mold of the Creator," they feel they too can one day possess the "Spear of Life" (an orange artifact)!! It's a "resurrection weapon" that no longer needs the "approval" of the Order, capable of instantly reviving all "living beings"! This even includes resurrecting plants that can't speak!! (A veiled reference to the "Tree of Life")

"Loki"? Nobody knows what kind of person is behind him. Some say he's a "young master"; others say he's a "casual player"; still others guess he's a stubborn, powerful man... "Casual player" is definitely a no-go, because VIP1 is real. If even the "pay-to-play system" is cheating, who would continue to pay to log in? Loki, a high-level mage (title) from another world, level 74. He's currently very low-key, and many elders from another world have almost "ignored" him. Only when Loki appears do they rekindle their "jealousy." Some are completely baffled, some want to form a group to "kill him"! And then there are the high-end VIPs, mainly unmarried women, who want to "arrange a marriage"... They always think money is omnipotent...

However, Loki mostly uses an alias in public, and most online players don't know what Loki actually looks like. It's only when Loki reveals his weapon that everyone suddenly realizes, "Oh! So this hero is the legendary Loki..."

In the Otherworld (511381), the top spot in the 30-battlefield "New Record" has just been refreshed, showing "Undefeated"! Edward III and Benjamin have once again witnessed Loki's power! The final battle was fiercely contested! After both of them were instantly killed, Loki lived up to expectations and mercilessly "crushed" the demon mage. The "spectators" cheered enthusiastically! ("Spectating" is an offline mode. Once online, the system automatically removes the appearance and various characteristics of each hero. Protecting "privacy" is a well-established "login process" in multiple worlds. Offline, almost every "stranger" can spectate the battlefield for free, which is a form of "GG marketing" and poses little threat to the Otherworld or other similar "orders".)

Three days. Five wins out of five! And all the enemies matched against were "Demons" (level 8595). Inside Loki's dormitory, Loki and two other comrades were replenishing their stamina.

"When will we be able to match with the Dark Eldar? I heard their level cap has already exceeded 150!" Benjamin asked curiously when everyone was silent.

Edward, the senior student beside him, was evenly sipping the tasteless "pure water" (mana regeneration). Seeing this, Benjamin simply stopped talking and started observing the latest rankings. They could only see the battlefield rankings in the "other world." No doubt, with five wins out of five, he was definitely number one!

Edward continued drinking his water, remaining silent. He stared blankly at Loki. The battlefield was incredibly draining, depleting both stamina and health. Although the battlefield experience rewards were plentiful, he didn't want to be "carried" along. His super pet, "Kyklops," would fall after only a few hits each time it drew enemy fire.
