Dark Eldar

"Flashtown," an ancient town steeped in history. The townspeople take pride in their proximity to the other world, possessing a unique sense of superiority. Records indicate that Master "Moore" (the seventh Grand Elder of the other world) settled here after his retirement, remaining there until his death. The name "Flashtown" also commemorates Moore's "Flashball" (an ancient, high-intensity, instant-cast magic, now lost).

"Hello! Wizards, welcome to the Shimmering Inn!" A hospitable middle-aged Aborigine man stood at the bar to greet Loki and Edward. The inn was quite large, and the other guests were all doing their own thing. Various professional heroes were present, and even the elders were met with indifference.

"Same as always! Two superior rooms! A steak set meal of your choice, deducted from my balance, the password is 124***!" Loki often traveled from Shimmering Town, so he got a "membership card" at this inn! It was the kind where you get 25 free for every 20 gold coins you top up. Loki didn't top up much; he remembered he topped up 50 gold. As for how much he had left? How many more times could he use it? When Loki left the next day, the innkeeper, Uncle John, would give him a receipt... (Innkeeper John didn't know Loki's real name; the name on the membership card was "George," Loki's usual alias. In special circumstances, Loki would disguise himself. He even used "Edward" once. He didn't intend to scam Edward; that time, he genuinely needed to use Edward's name to do something...)

The "Shining" Inn is doing good business! The otherworldly "magical defense barrier" is nearby, attracting many "guests" between levels 5-30, including quite a few dwarves. Some are there for "sightseeing," while others are there to "enter the otherworld." However, that's not easy... Ordinary cultivators and monsters cannot enter the otherworld to cultivate without an invitation. Even if one reaches level 20 through monster hunting, quests, or opening treasure chests (for books and skills), if their aptitude is mediocre, the otherworld will absolutely not accept them... (It mainly depends on initial talent! Primarily traditional and rare!)
