"What is that?"

Harry looked up at the Dark Mark, and although he could tell it wasn't anything good, he still asked in confusion.

Because he felt a burning pain in his scars once again.

"The mark of the Dark Lord is his symbol."

Sirius's expression was also not good; he had a feeling that a storm was brewing.

The sudden appearance of Death Eaters and the Dark Mark—what does this signify?

"Let's go, Sirius, children. Let the Ministry of Magic handle these troublesome matters."

Mr. Weasley had no interest in watching and quickly led everyone away.

The attack was so loud that the entire camp had long since scattered like birds and beasts, and was completely deserted.

Kevin casually packed up the tent; it had been perfectly fine just now.

Then everyone returned to the location of the Portkey, but not their original Portkey; instead, it was the Portkey that the Weasleys had brought—a worn-out boot.

They left together using the door key and appeared on a small hill, where Charlie Bill and the twins were waiting for them not far away.

"Ginny and the others are back! They're alright!"

The twins said happily in unison.

"Dad, how's the situation over there?"

Charlie and Bill approached and asked. They were two rather robust young men with distinctive orange-red hair.

"Let's go home first, and talk about it when we get back."

After passing through the door key, Mr. Weasley finally relaxed a little, but he didn't stop and hurriedly led the group back.

They walked quite a distance before finally returning to their humble abode.

Mrs. Weasley was asleep at this point, but their sudden return startled her awake.

She rushed downstairs to inquire about the situation and was surprised to find that Ron and Ginny had also returned, along with Harry and the others.

Mr. Weasley then recounted everything that had just happened to everyone.

Mrs. Weasley was terrified when she heard that Death Eaters had attacked the camp, and that it happened to be near Ginny's location.

She hugged Ginny and Ron, her eyes filled with lingering fear.

Mrs. Weasley's greatest wish in life was for her family to be safe and sound, and she was always afraid that something might happen to any of her children.

Ron and Ginny stayed at the Burrow, while Sirius, along with Harry, Kevin, and Hermione, returned to Diagon Alley via Floo Powder, and then back to Muggle Street via the Leaky Cauldron.

Although Ron Ginny's luggage is with Harry's family, Kevin said he would bring it with him and let them stay at the Burrow.

Just as the group returned, an owl flew by.

"It's a letter from Draco."

Kevin looked at the letter and then opened it.

"He also learned about the Death Eaters and asked about our situation."

"Kevin, do you think Lucius has anything to do with this?" Hermione asked from the side, she was very suspicious of Lucius.

"Draco said his parents were always with him and hadn't gone anywhere else."

Kevin wasn't sure if Lucius was involved in this matter, or if Lucius had any information about the conspiracy to resurrect Voldemort this year.

I doubt it. Those who escaped legal punishment actually don't want Voldemort to really return.

Only desperate Death Eaters like Peter Pettigrew and Barty the Younger would resurrect Voldemort for a sliver of hope.

"Never mind, I'll deal with it when I get back to school."

Everyone was exhausted and went back to their rooms to rest.

Kevin naturally followed Hermione into their girls' room; Ginny wasn't there, only Hermione was left.

Harry: ?

However, Hermione quickly blushed and kicked him out, telling Kevin to behave himself since this wasn't their house.

In the following days, nothing new emerged in the wizarding world.

Aside from those dozen or so useless charred corpses, the Ministry of Magic found nothing else.

There's absolutely no information about where the Death Eaters came from or who placed the final Dark Mark.

Soon it was time for them to start school again.

The group met Ron and his friends at the station, and they all sat together in a private compartment.

There was no further development regarding the Quidditch World Cup, and they stopped discussing the topic.

Instead, they talked about this year's hottest topic: the three-way battle for supremacy.

They already knew there would be a magic competition this year, so they were discussing it.

However, they didn't know much, and they had to wait until Dumbledore made the announcement after they arrived at the school.

While the group was chatting, Draco found their private room.

"Draco, you're here. We were just about to ask you about the Death Eaters."

Kevin waved and said.

Harry and the others fell silent at the mention of Death Eaters.

"Kevin, I don't know anything about those Death Eaters either."

Draco shook his head and continued, "I asked my parents, but they said they didn't know either."

Kevin nodded without saying anything. Whether they were truly aware of the situation or not, only they probably knew.

They probably didn't intend to drag Draco into this either.

......

After returning to Hogwarts, everyone put down their luggage and ran together to the main square of Hogwarts.

A large crowd had gathered here because they had all heard about this year's Triwizard Tournament.

Students from the other two magic schools will also be at Hogwarts today.

Before long, everyone heard the neighing of the Pegasus.

Looking up, I saw seven white winged horses flying down from the sky, pulling a carriage.

On the other side of the Black Lake, a large sailboat floats on the water, with a red double-headed bird printed on its sail, which should be their school emblem.

Before they could even take a look, Professor McGonagall came out and ushered them all back to the Great Hall to prepare for the dinner.

Tonight's dinner was very lavish, apparently because alumni from other regions were coming, and there were also some regional specialties, which made all the young wizards' mouths water.

Kevin was about to show off when Dumbledore suddenly started speaking.

"I have a few words to say before we begin the meal."

"As you may have heard, this year Hogwarts has been chosen to host a legendary tournament, the Triwizard Tournament."

"So this year, Hogwarts will not only be your home, but we will also be welcoming a group of special guests."

"The Triwizard Tournament is a series of magical competitions held among three magic schools, with each school only able to send one participant."

"Let me make it clear beforehand that if you are selected, you will be fighting alone. This competition is not for cowards."

When Dumbledore got to this point, his tone became serious and earnest.

However, she quickly regained her relaxed demeanor and continued speaking.

"Now, let's welcome our friends this year, the beautiful girls from Beauxbatons Academy of Magic, and their headmistress, Ms. Maxim."

As Dumbledore finished speaking, the doors to the meeting hall were pushed open.

A group of girls in matching blue school uniforms and blue hats walked out in neat rows.

They walked into the hall with their heads held high, like models on a runway, striking a pose every few steps, with some blue butterfly effects flying out.

Following behind was their leader, Fleur Delacour, whose beauty far surpassed that of the other girls around her. She gracefully danced her way to the front of the hall.

The last lady, taller than Hagrid, walked gracefully forward. Dumbledore even stepped down from the stage, took her hand, and gave her a kiss.

After they finished their fashion show, the hall erupted in enthusiastic applause and cheers, mainly from the excited young wizards who clapped and whistled.

Hermione glanced at Kevin beside her and saw him secretly reaching out and taking the only two chicken legs from Ron's plate.

Then he devoured them one by one at lightning speed, only clapping enthusiastically after finishing them. Anyone who didn't know better would have thought he was incredibly excited.

Hermione laughed at this and rewarded him with the chicken leg from her plate.

After Ron finished clapping, he and Harry were praising how pretty the girls were when he noticed out of the corner of his eye that his plate was completely empty.

"?"

Where are my two huge chicken legs?

He instinctively looked at Kevin sitting opposite him.

However, Kevin was sitting very upright with his arms crossed, showing no sign of sneaking a bite.

"Kevin! Don't pretend! Only you would touch other people's plates!"

Ron questioned Kevin in a low voice.

"What do you mean, touching someone else's plate? I don't understand what you're talking about!"

Kevin said without batting an eye.

"The food crumbs at the corners of your mouth give you away!"

"That was given to me by Hermione."

Kevin turned his head away, refusing to admit it.

This made Ron furious.

But then Dumbledore continued, "And there's another group of friends from the North, the pride of Durmstrang School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and their headmaster, Igor Karkaroff."

As Dumbledore finished speaking, another group of neatly dressed boys walked in through the hall doors.

They were wearing dark red school uniforms, all with buzz cuts, and each held a yellow stick in their hand.

As they entered the hall, they rhythmically tapped the ground with the sticks in their hands and waved them occasionally, making quite a show of force.

Finally, the one who emerged was none other than the leader of their academy, the renowned Viktor Krum, a world-class Quidditch Seeker.

His appearance caused a stir among the young wizards, and his fans, such as Ron, were even more excited.

So much so that everyone overlooked Old Deng, their principal, who was behind Krum.

Seeing so many people cheering for a man, Kevin subconsciously looked at Hermione.

He discovered that Hermione had just cut a steak and was pushing the plate in front of Kevin.

"Look, you're still not full, are you?" Hermione said casually.

"Hmm... I was full, but now I'm hungry again."

Kevin grinned and continued showing off the steak Hermione had cut for him.

Really fragrant.
