Hogwarts: Who uses a crowbar in wizard duels?

Chapter 59 The Appearance of Little Pettigrew

"What's wrong, kids? Why are you all so listless so early in the morning?"

Hagrid looked at the three little ones sitting neatly on the bench, seemingly contemplating life, with a strange expression and asked them a question.

"It's alright, Uncle Hagrid. Winter is here, but spring is just around the corner. The three of them are waiting for their spring."

Kevin looked at the three of them and smiled. They were all approaching puberty and were probably starting to feel romantic.

However, the good-natured Hagrid didn't understand Kevin's riddle. He scratched his head, deciding not to think about it anymore; he needed to prepare for next year's Fantastic Beasts course.

Hermione blushed and pinched Kevin.

The Christmas gifts for the group were delivered one by one by the owls. These owls were quite intelligent and knew to deliver the gifts to Hagrid's cabin.

"Kevin, this is my Christmas present for you."

Hermione took out a box, which Kevin accepted. When he opened it, he found a silver pocket watch with a deep blue pattern on the surface.

Hermione noticed that Kevin liked to check the time from time to time. Perhaps it was a habit he developed while making potions, or perhaps it was something he had always had. In any case, he would often take out his pocket watch to check the time whenever he had free time.

So she specifically asked Professor McGonagall to help her find a craftsman to make a pocket watch.

Kevin opened the pocket watch, which had a very classic style, with dark gold hands and numbers, and a very faint sound of gears could be heard.

The key detail is inside the watch case, where there is a photograph taken by Mrs. Granger during their camping trip, showing the two of them sleeping in each other's arms.

In the photo, Hermione nestles sweetly and contentedly in Kevin's arms, both of them exuding a beautiful sense of happiness as they sleep.

Hermione noticed Kevin staring at the photo, her cheeks flushing slightly, and she said, somewhat stubbornly.

"I... I just couldn't find any better photos, so I chose this one."

"I like it very much, Hermione." Kevin smiled happily.

He replaced his old pocket watch, which he had used for several years, with the one Hermione had given him, and carefully kept it close to his body.

From now on, you can see Hermione anytime you open the pocket watch.

Kevin also took out a long gift box and gave it to Hermione.

When Hermione opened it, there was a beautiful quill pen inside.

"You always complain to me that the ink runs out when you're taking notes, right? This is a quill pen that I've been looking for for a long time. It will never run out of ink, and it's even enchanted so it can write automatically according to your thoughts."

"By the way, I replaced that feather with a feather from Fawkes' tail. I plucked it from Fawkes when Dumbledore wasn't around."

Kevin winked at Hermione.

"Pfft, you idiot, watch out, Fawkes and Dumbledore will tell on you."

Hermione was amused by Kevin's words and said reproachfully.

She really liked the quill pen, and Kevin would remember what she usually said and try to solve problems for her, which made Hermione the happiest.

After the two of them finished their secret, intimate moments, they finally shared the other gifts they received with the other three children. These gifts might have been snacks, clothes, or toys.

During the holidays, the academy was decorated with lanterns and colorful decorations, and Dumbledore organized many interesting activities to keep the young wizards from feeling depressed because of the Dementors.

The academy only requires young wizards not to leave the Hogwarts area; otherwise, there are few restrictions.

During this time, many young wizards caused trouble everywhere, but Dumbledore did not blame them.

He even led a group of young wizards in performing fireworks magic, and accidentally set the lawn on fire.

Then everyone, including Dumbledore, was given a stern lecture by Professor McGonagall.

Kevin and his friends camped out at Hagrid's cabin for a week, enjoying a very relaxing and comfortable vacation.

Ginny stayed for two days during that time, which made Harry very happy, but Kevin very sad.

It's definitely not because I can't get into Hermione's bed that I'm sad!

......

Sirius Black seemed to have vanished, and no further rumors about him emerged.

But the more this is the case, the more it proves that Sirius Black did not leave Hogwarts, but instead lurked nearby.

Besides his Quidditch training, Harry often went to talk to Professor Lupin about his recent discoveries and what had happened in the past.

It's worth mentioning that several more Quidditch matches were held afterward.

Gryffindor vs. Ravenclaw vs. Slytherin.

Kevin discovers an Asian woman in Ravenclaw, who is undoubtedly Cho Chang, who will appear in the next movie.

It turns out that this is when this guy and Harry made eye contact.

Unfortunately, Harry seems to be more interested in Ginny now.

Harry's Nimbus 2000 broke, and he now rides a regular broomstick, but he still managed to catch the Golden Snitch in both games. This proved that Harry can win Quidditch without relying on equipment.

On several subsequent trips to Hogsmeade, Kevin and Hermione did not go; instead, they studied together at Hogwarts.

Harry would then secretly follow Ron.

However, on the last time they went to see him, the Weasley twins discovered his footprints in the snow.

Harry is such a loser; he was spotted right away without Kevin.

Then, just like in the movie, Harry obtained the key item: the Marauder's Map.

Afterwards, he excitedly shared the item with Kevin and the others.

Ron was furious when he heard that.

"I'm their own brother!"

However, they ignored Ron's complaints and instead spread out the map to look at it.

"Harry, this is a good thing. Maybe one day you can find Sirius on it and then go and ambush him in advance."

Kevin looked at the map and said, "The most obvious thing on it is Dumbledore. I wonder what he's doing wandering around his office all day."

Harry nodded in agreement; that was the idea he had when he came to find Kevin and the others.

"Harry, if anything happens, don't act alone. We don't know yet whether Sirius is friend or foe," Hermione reminded him.

Kevin then took the map and started looking through it.

"Hey, look at this name, doesn't it seem a little familiar?"

Kevin suddenly pointed to a name on the map.

Several people immediately squeezed over to take a look.

Peter Pettigrew, the little star.

"!!!" Everyone was instantly shocked.

"Isn't he dead?!" Ron exclaimed in surprise.

Let's go take a look together.

Kevin made a quick decision and led the group to find Little Pettigrew on the map.

If possible, then find Little Pettigrew right here and now!

However, because they were too far apart, Little Pettigrew was also constantly moving, seemingly heading out of the castle, towards Hagrid's Hut and the Forbidden Forest.

By the time they chased him out of the castle, Little Star had long since disappeared from the map.

"What's going on? Is the Marauder's Map malfunctioning?"

Ron was highly suspicious of this item, which had come from his twin brother.

"Let's go to Hagrid's hut and ask him if he's seen any strange people," Hermione suggested.

Kevin then roughly knew that the mouse must have run off to Hagrid's hut.

In the later part of the movie, Scabbers disappeared for a long time in order to escape Sirius Black and Crook Mountain, and then hid in Hagrid's cabin.

He hid until the snow melted, and it wasn't until the day Buckbeak was executed that Ron and the others found him.

However, this timeframe should now be significantly moved forward!

The group arrived at Hagrid's cabin together.

"Oh Ron, I just happened to need to talk to you. Your pet ran into my place."

As soon as Hagrid opened the door and saw Ron, he spoke to Ron.

"Banban, what are you doing here?" Ron asked, taking the mouse from him.

Kevin was already imagining Ron's expression when he discovered that Scabbers was a creepy fat guy.

I want to record this heartwarming moment!

Kevin took out his camera and took a picture of Ron holding up Blemish to his face, looking at Blemish affectionately.

The group looked at Kevin, who had suddenly taken a picture, with a puzzled expression.

"Just documenting the beautiful reunion between the owner and the pet," Kevin smiled.

Harry didn't ask any more questions; he was more concerned about Pettigrew.

"Hagrid, have you seen any suspicious people around here?" Harry asked Hagrid.

"Suspicious people? Do you count?"

Hagrid was taken aback. The only people he had seen so far were these four mysterious little radish kids.

Harry rolled his eyes, pretending I hadn't said anything.

"Maybe there really is something wrong with the map. How could a dead person be here?" Harry said helplessly.

"Let's go talk to Professor Lupin about this," Kevin suggested.

He planned to bring Little Pettigrew into the castle, and then expose him through the Marauder's Map and Professor Lupin's double identification.

The group nodded, but suddenly, as if stimulated by something, the spotted dog in Ron's hand started squeaking and biting Ron's hand before breaking free.

"Banban actually bit me!?" Ron looked at the wound on his hand in disbelief.

Then Ron immediately chased after Scabbers.

The group exchanged glances and then chased after it.

Hagrid scratched his head. These kids are really energetic. It's good to be young.
