The path to becoming a football legend began with being ousted from Carrington by Manchester United.

Today happens to be the day Manchester City assembles for the new season, so Lin Yi temporarily puts aside matters concerning the system.

Tevez was knocked back, his back slamming against the cabinet, his chest aching so badly he couldn't breathe.

This attack was brutal, fully unleashing Tevez's wild nature. The Argentine beast, enduring the pain, bared its fangs and claws as it charged at Lin Yi, determined to kill him.

Kompany hugged Tevez tightly: "Carlos, it's the first day of the new season, can you give me some face and not cause trouble!"

Then he turned to Lin Yi and said, "Kid, no matter who got you in here, you'd better behave yourself!"

Captain Lin Yichong nodded, and his right fist struck again. With a "thud," the metal cabinet door next to him was dented.

Lin Yi then clasped his hands in a respectful greeting: "I am Lin Yi, the ninth-generation successor of Wing Chun. May I ask who you are, sir?"

Kompany looked completely bewildered and unconsciously loosened his grip on Tevez.

Lin Yi was knocked off balance and lost his position immediately.

Kompany, having won the position, made a clean header clearance, thwarting the attack.

Lin Yi knew that Kompany had easily defeated him with a simple physical confrontation, and that all he was being looked at now were mocking glances.

Indeed, based on his current abilities alone, he is still quite far from being able to establish himself in a Premier League powerhouse.
