The Three Teachings Converge into One: The Path of the Mortal and the Saintly is the Same

Chapter 71 Feigning Death to Comprehend the Dao: Passing on the Heavenly Immortal Stone Forest to Hi

Poetry:

Chaos points to the truth, and the body dies and the soul wanders to realize the dharma body.

Let us seek a secluded spot amidst the maze, for a hidden dragon lies in the abyss awaiting the rising of clouds.

"Young master... what should we do?"

Lin Wanqing's voice was so weak that it was almost torn apart by the surging demonic energy around her.

She gripped the Spring and Autumn Annals pen tightly in her delicate hand, the pen tip tracing a difficult path in the void, each stroke draining her vital essence.

Su Qingxuan looked around. The ancient demon had six ferocious arms and was pressing closer step by step, its demonic power like a prison.

The three fairies, Xiao Lingxi, Xiao Lingyue, and Chi Ying, were pale and listless.

Chu Yunfan and the others were on the verge of death, hanging by a thread.

A desperate situation is like a net, tightening until it reaches your throat.

Su Qingxuan took a deep breath, a breath that seemed to carry the chill of the entire Illusionary Mist Pool, as well as a resolute determination to burn his bridges.

The last trace of hesitation in his eyes faded, leaving only unwavering determination.

"Wanqing, Lingxi, Lingyue, Chiying."

His voice was not loud, yet it strangely pierced through the demonic howl, carrying an undeniable calmness and power.

"Pour all your remaining magic power into me, without holding back the slightest bit."

He turned his gaze to Chu Yunfan and the others, and spoke faster:

"Fellow Daoist Chu, everyone, please also exert all your strength and lend me your power, even just a trace of it!"

"Young master, what do you intend to do?" The four women were shocked and asked in a trembling voice.

"Let's take a gamble."

Su Qingxuan's gaze was sharp as a sword, piercing straight towards the churning, malevolent pool of illusionary mist behind the ancient demon.

"The Ancient Demon and the Illusionary Mist Pool share the same origin. They appear invincible, but in reality, their foundation is weak. They are driven entirely by the chaotic instincts of the Illusionary Mist Pool and their overwhelming resentment."

Its power originates from the intertwining of poisonous mist and demonic thoughts within the pool. Therefore, I will use the purest, most magnificent, and most unified power of 'order' to strike directly at its core!

With an unwavering look in his eyes, Su Qingxuan sat cross-legged, his hands forming a hand seal in front of his dantian.

Inside his body, the Chaos Golden Core spun wildly at an unprecedented speed, emitting a strange, hazy, and indistinct light.

He recited in a clear, resonant voice, his tone ancient and simple, penetrating straight to the heart and soul:

"The Great Dao is primordial chaos, the three teachings share the same origin; returning to the Oneness of Limitlessness, dispelling illusion and revealing truth!"

The four women understood his meaning instantly.

Lin Wanqing gritted her teeth, ignoring the burning pain in her meridians, and poured all her righteous energy into Su Qingxuan's body like a river bursting its banks.

Xiao Lingxi activated the jade gourd, and the Three Ones True Water within the gourd drew upon its own essence, transforming into a wisp of pure and refined water spirit, which was then channeled into Su Qingxuan's meridians.

Xiao Lingyue clasped her hands together, and the Buddhist light behind her head completely disappeared, condensing into a crystal clear relic phantom, which entered Su Qingxuan's brow.

With a low roar, Chi Ying transformed his military aura into a pure and exquisite essence of battle intent, which pierced Su Qingxuan's spiritual platform like a needle.

Although Chu Yunfan and the others did not understand why, they had no choice but to try anything in this desperate situation. They desperately sent out their remaining magical power and merged it into the increasingly bright and dangerous chaotic light around Su Qingxuan.

"Ugh—!"

Su Qingxuan's body trembled violently, veins bulged on his forehead, and his face flushed with extreme pain.

Previously, he had worked with the four women to set up the formation, and the flow of magical power was still orderly.

After all, the formation is shared among five people, with their magical power flowing and interconnected.

At this moment, however, countless streams, indiscriminately flowing into his body, felt as if a thousand blades were scraping his skin and his veins were being burned by raging fire!

He used the Chaos Dao Scripture as the general outline, the Chaos Golden Elixir as the furnace, and the true meaning of the unity of the three religions as the guide to frantically blend and refine this complex and violent power!

The ancient demon seemed to sense a deadly threat, letting out a piercing shriek as it swung all six arms at once, slashing with a knife, playing a flute, reflecting with a mirror, binding with chains, pointing with a book, and pinching with its heart!

A terrifying attack swept in like a raging tidal wave, causing the very space to tremble!

Just as the attack was about to hit him, Su Qingxuan suddenly opened his eyes!

There was no longer any distinction between the whites of the eyes and the pupils; only a deep, swirling, chaotic color remained, devouring everything!

He slowly raised his right hand, his fingers forming a sword shape, and an indescribable radiance quietly gathered at his fingertips.

The radiance was contained to the extreme, as if it contained the birth and death of the sun, moon and stars, the trajectory of all things returning to the source, and the most primordial truth of the beginning of chaos!

Instead of attacking the ancient demon's body, he focused all his mind and power on this single "point," aiming from a distance at the point behind the ancient demon—

The most turbulent, chaotic, and evil core source of the Illusionary Mist Pool—just a gentle touch!

"The Three Teachings Return to One, Breaking Through Delusions!"

Each word was spoken slowly and deliberately, like thunder from the heavens, exploding in everyone's mind and momentarily overpowering the ancient demon's mournful and stern voice!

As the last word "finger" was uttered, the chaotic radiance at the fingertip vanished silently.

The next instant, behind the ancient demon, in the center of the Illusionary Mist Pool, a point of chaotic color suddenly lit up, and then, like ink dripping into clear water, it silently spread and expanded.

There were no earth-shattering explosions.

Wherever the chaotic color passed, the churning silver illusionary mist, as if encountering its nemesis, quickly melted and disintegrated, transforming back into the most primordial chaotic spiritual energy.

The ancient demon's massive body suddenly froze, its three heads simultaneously displaying expressions of horror and disbelief, its body trembling and contorting violently, its outline becoming blurred and indistinct.

It roared in despair: "No... this power... Ruins... Chaos... you are... the chosen one..."

The words were broken, and the unfinished words were drowned in the collapse.

As the chaotic region expanded, the ancient demon's body disintegrated like a sandcastle blown away by the wind, dissipating into a sky full of silver mist and pitch-black demonic energy.

The evil will within it was mostly purified by the chaotic radiance, becoming thin and stagnant.

The chaotic radiance lasted for several breaths before finally fading into nothingness.

The entire Illusionary Mist Pool shrank by nearly half, and the water no longer boiled; it was just dull in color and lifeless.

Most of the high-grade Illusionary Sea Crystals floating in the pool were reduced to dust, with only a dozen or so of the largest and most subdued crystals surviving.

"puff--!"

Su Qingxuan spat out a mouthful of blood, which was mixed with bits of broken golden light (the backlash from the impure magical power that had not been fully refined).

His face turned deathly pale instantly, his breath became weak, and his body swayed before he fell straight backward.

"Young Master!" the four women exclaimed, disregarding their own depleted magical power, they staggered forward and rushed to support him.

Upon closer inspection, the four men felt as if struck by lightning, their bodies turning ice-cold—

Su Qingxuan had stopped breathing and his heart had stopped beating; his pulse had ceased, and he was no longer alive!

The hearts of the four women seemed to stop beating at the same moment.

"No...it can't be..." Lin Wanqing's usually dignified face drained of color. She threw herself into Su Qingxuan's arms, clutching his clothes tightly, her voice trembling.

"You said... that you would never abandon us again in this life... you promised me that you would marry me in this life..." All her former composure and demeanor had vanished.

Xiao Lingxi's tears had already overflowed. She leaned weakly against Su Qingxuan's arm, sobbing softly, her words broken: "Liar...you're just a liar...Young Master...you promised...you said you'd never betray me in this life...you promised..."

Xiao Lingyue stood frozen in shock, crystal tears silently streaming down her face. The prayer beads in her hand spun so fast they almost sparked.

"Young Master... Lingyue has never spoken aloud... but you know, don't you? You've always known... in this life and the last... You said you would accompany me to break free from attachments with true love, you said you would together attain enlightenment and save all sentient beings..."

Chi Ying's lips were bitten raw and bleeding, but she was completely unaware.

This woman, usually the most resilient and taciturn, now seemed to have lost all her armor, unconsciously throwing herself against Su Qingxuan's chest, sobbing uncontrollably.

"Brother Qingxuan... Chiying's strength is all an act... I can't take it... I can't take it... In my past life, I was an ancestor's maid, but in this life... when I was still Zhang Atao, my heart... was already yours..."

The four women cried out in anguish, their hearts breaking, showing no trace of their usual elegant and radiant beauty as the four celestial fairies.

Su Qingxuan, on the other hand, had indeed stepped into the gates of hell.

It forcibly absorbed a vast, numerous, and complex array of magical power into one body, without having time to refine or digest it...

With all meridians severed, the dantian shattered, and the heart broken, even a great immortal would likely be powerless to reverse such an injury.

However, there are three things in this world whose mysteries far exceed imagination; these are the three ancestral treasures that accompanied him from childhood:

The Confucian school's "Spring and Autumn Annals," the Taoist school's "Imprint of Mountains and Rivers," and the Buddhist school's "Root of Bodhi."

These three treasures were the divine weapons he relied on when he traveled in the human world.

It wasn't until he cultivated in the Heavenly Realm and was bestowed the Gentleman's Sword by the Celestial Venerable Wenru that they were hidden in his upper, middle, and lower dantian, nurtured day and night, and merged with Su Qingxuan's aura, becoming indistinguishable from each other.

At this moment, sensing that their master's life force was about to be cut off, the Three Treasures spontaneously protected their master!

Wood represents both curvature and straightness, and signifies growth and development.

The Spring and Autumn Annals radiated a warm, blue light, drawing upon the righteous and unyielding spirit of heaven and earth, nourishing Su Qingxuan's withered vitality like spring rain.

Water is called moistening, fire is called inflammation.

The Mountain and River Seal is as steady as a mountain, mobilizing the Daoist Heavenly One True Water and Samadhi True Fire, achieving harmony between water and fire, and balancing Yin and Yang, to fully replenish his depleted Qi and blood.

Metal represents change, and earth represents harvest.

The Bodhi Root shone with auspicious light, and with its supreme Buddhist power, it reshaped his broken meridians, dantian, heart, and dantian like a master craftsman.

As the three treasures were operating at full power and their energy channels were interacting, Su Qingxuan's soul was drawn to a void and ethereal space-time.

In the void, a figure in white stood with his hands behind his back, his face handsome and his temperament profound and imposing.

Su Qingxuan looked over and was taken aback—

The figure was exactly the same as himself, like a person in a mirror.

"Ancestor... Su Lie?" Su Qingxuan called out tentatively.

The white-robed sage smiled slightly, his gaze piercing through eternity:

We are connected by blood and our hearts are intertwined. If not for a life-or-death situation, this meeting should never have happened.

He surveyed the void, his tone gentle yet containing profound truths:

"You are feigning death at this moment, and the Three Treasures will rebuild your foundation."

"Without destruction, there can be no construction. After this tribulation, both your physical body and your Dao body will become more perfect."

The sage changed the subject, his expression becoming solemn:

"But that's not the key point."

The important thing is that, taking this opportunity, I, this lingering regret, will pass on to you a true secret.

Ten thousand years ago, I traveled through the Three Realms and met a close friend named Sun Wukong, who was a supreme saint and virtuous monk in Buddhism.

Knowing that I was seeking the path to the unity of the three religions, he passed on the mental teachings transmitted by his master, the Bodhi Patriarch.

This method primarily focuses on the integration of Buddhism and Taoism. Although it doesn't explicitly mention Confucianism, the fundamental principles are interconnected. If you diligently study and comprehend it, it will undoubtedly greatly benefit your path.

"Please, ancestors, bestow upon us the Dharma!"

The sage nodded and recited an ancient mantra:

The Great Celestial Immortal Technique

The true and wondrous secret of the perfect integration of exoteric and esoteric teachings lies solely in cultivating one's nature and life; there is no other way.

All things must be kept in good order, and one must carefully guard and preserve them to prevent them from leaking out.

Do not reveal it, keep it within your body, and you will prosper by receiving my teachings.

Memorizing the mnemonic will bring many benefits, and by eliminating evil desires, one can attain coolness and peace.

It is cool and bright, a perfect place to admire the moon from the Dantai Terrace.

The moon hides the jade rabbit, the sun hides the crow, and the tortoise and snake intertwine.

Intertwined and resilient, they can even grow golden lotuses in fire.

Gather the five elements and use them in reverse order; once the work is done, one can become a Buddha or an immortal.

"Have you memorized it?" The sage stared at him.

"Qingxuan has engraved this in his heart."

"Very well." The illusory figure of the sage faded. "Go now. The Three Treasures have been rebuilt. It's time for you to wake up."

"Ancestors, stay!" Su Qingxuan shouted urgently.

"One thing that has always puzzled Qingxuan—"

Who am I, really? Am I Su Qingxuan, or are you?

I don't even know... whether those four fairies were thinking of you in your past life, or me in this life?

Upon hearing this, the sage's smile deepened, a smile that encompassed all things yet contained boundless profound meaning:

"I am you, and you are me; "

I am not you, and you are not me... When the time comes, you will know. But in any case...

His gaze drifted to the end of the void, as if he could pierce through time and space to see the four women who were heartbroken for Su Qingxuan.

"Please don't let them down..."

The voice faded away, and the figure vanished without a trace.

Su Qingxuan's soul returned to his physical body.

The excruciating pain persisted throughout my body, but an unprecedented, boundless vitality, like a spring tide, surged forth from the Three Jewels...

......

Having survived the ordeal, Chu Yunfan and the others looked at the devastated cave, now filled with demonic energy, and at the now calm Illusionary Mist Pool.

Looking at Su Qingxuan, whose fate was unknown, and the equally listless Four Fairies, their faces were filled with disbelief, as well as shock and gratitude.

"Palace Master Su..." Chu Yunfan's voice was hoarse.

"Young Master... he... he forcibly fused with our power and unleashed divine abilities far exceeding his own limits, resulting in a backlash and exhaustion of his mental energy."

Xiao Lingxi was unwilling and could not believe that Su Qingxuan had died like this. She checked Su Qingxuan's condition again and again.

With tears in her eyes, she forced herself to remain calm, took out the best healing pills and fed them to him, using her own weak internal energy to help him channel the medicinal effects.

Xiao Lingyue and Lin Wanqing firmly believed that the young master would not abandon them.

They wiped away their tears, took out pills, gave some to Chu Yunfan and the others, and then continued to stay by Su Qingxuan's side.

Chi Ying stood guard beside him, holding a gun, her arm trembling. She looked at Su Qingxuan, biting her lip, tears welling in her eyes.

She wanted to stand guard for her brother Qingxuan and not allow anyone to come at this time and affect his recovery. Her brother Qingxuan would not abandon her—Chiying thought stubbornly.

They are all struggling to stay afloat—

That emotion is so fragile it could crumble at the slightest touch.

The cave fell silent for a moment.

Only the faint, scattered demonic energy and illusory mist drifted slowly, and the few remaining illusory sea crystals by the pool emitted a weak yet pure light.

Su Qingxuan's eyelashes trembled violently, and then her tightly closed eyes suddenly opened!

There was no chaos or confusion as expected, only a profound and weary feeling after experiencing life and death.

"Young...Young Master?!"

The four women, who were originally immersed in grief and sorrow, were instantly frozen as if struck by lightning.

Lin Wanqing's hand, which had been gripping his clothes tightly with knuckles white from the force, loosened slightly as if she had been electrocuted, as if afraid of disturbing a fragile dream.

Her eyes, brimming with tears, were wide open, her lips slightly parted, but she couldn't utter a sound. Only a single, crystal-clear tear uncontrollably slid down her cheek and dripped onto Su Qingxuan's chest.

Xiao Lingxi was the first to react. She rushed forward, her previous weakness and sobbing vanishing instantly. Her slender hands trembled slightly as she eagerly checked Su Qingxuan's breath and pulse.

When she felt that warm breath and the faint but real heartbeat, her tears flowed like a bursting dam. This time, it was not despair, but the ecstatic joy of regaining what she had lost, and the lingering fear.

"Alive...really alive..." she choked, her voice broken, repeating over and over, "Young master, you scared us to death..."

With a "snap," the string of the Buddhist prayer beads in Xiao Lingyue's hand broke and the beads scattered, rolling all over the ground, but she was completely unaware.

She just stared blankly at Su Qingxuan, her usually calm eyes now surging with disbelief, joy, and excitement at surviving a calamity and seeing a withered tree sprout new life.

She tried to say something, her mouth opening and closing a few times, but in the end it only turned into a suppressed sob. She felt as if all her strength had been drained away, and she slumped to her knees, tears silently streaming down her face.

Chi Ying's reaction was the most intense.

She first took a sudden half-step back, as if she couldn't believe what she was seeing, and then, like an angry little leopard, she pounded the ground with her fists, sending pebbles flying.

She turned her head away, her shoulders trembling violently, her voice hoarse and choked with sobs: "You bad guy... Brother Qingxuan is a bad guy... You promised... you promised you wouldn't leave us again..."

Her words were incoherent, a mixture of curses and catharsis over something lost and then regained. Her usually hard armor shattered completely at this moment, revealing her softest interior.

The four women's emotions shifted too quickly, from extreme collapse to sudden ecstasy.

So much so that they didn't know how to react for a moment, they just clung tightly to him, as if he would disappear again if they let go.

Su Qingxuan sensed their turbulent emotions and saw their tear-streaked faces, yet their radiance was restored because of his awakening. The softest part of his heart was deeply touched.

He tried to raise his hand to wipe away the tears on Lin Wanqing's face, but found his arm to be incredibly heavy.

In the end, he could only manage a weak but incredibly gentle smile, and whispered, "I... am back."

This one sentence was like a key, completely unlocking the four women's defenses.

They no longer cared about decorum or the aloofness of a practitioner; they all bowed down, some holding his hands, some supporting his shoulders, and some embracing him, weeping with joy and speechless for a long time.

Su Qingxuan forced a smile, her voice weak:

"Alright, alright, are you all... alright? That ancient demon..."

"The ancient demon was defeated by Young Master's single finger!" Chi Ying exclaimed excitedly, then added with heartache, "But Young Master, you..."

"It's alright, you won't die."

With the help of the four women, Su Qingxuan sat up, looked at the Illusionary Mist Pool, and then at the direction of the cave entrance, his expression solemn.

"Ling Yunzi and the others escaped. This ancient demon..."

It seemed to recognize my power and even mentioned "Return to the Void" and "Being Chosen"...

He paused, then said to Chu Yunfan, "Fellow Daoist Chu, I, Su, am grateful to you—"

At a time of life and death, you joined the battle and helped me destroy the ancient demon. I, Su, am deeply grateful for this kindness and virtue, and I will surely repay you handsomely in the future.

However, Fellow Daoist Chu, this place is not suitable for lingering. Although the ancient demons have been defeated, their root cause may not have been completely eradicated, and Ling Yunzi's escape may lead to unforeseen circumstances.

Your injuries are quite severe. Please leave the Illusionary Demon Sea immediately and report what happened here to your sect.

Take some of these Illusionary Sea Crystals, heal your wounds as soon as possible, and leave.

He gestured for Xiao Lingxi to take out the remaining dozen or so top-grade Illusionary Sea Crystals from the pool and gave half of them to Chu Yunfan.

Chu Yunfan was deeply moved. Knowing that this was Su Qingxuan, who was giving them the treasure to help them heal and as a token of their love, he accepted it solemnly without hesitation.

"Palace Master Su has done a great favor for the Qingyun Sword Sect and for Yun Fan."

I am deeply grateful and will repay this kindness in the future!

"Palace Master Su, you should also leave this place immediately!"

Su Qingxuan shook his head: "We need to rest here for a while and recover some of our magical power. You guys go first."

Chu Yunfan knew they must have their reasons, so he didn't say much. He bowed deeply, and together with his fellow disciples, they quickly left, supporting each other.

Only Su Qingxuan and his four companions remained in the cave.

Su Qingxuan told the four women to also take a break and regulate their breathing, while he himself forced himself to stay awake and used his divine sense to carefully examine the shrunken illusionary mist pool and the wisps of memories left behind after the ancient demon collapsed.

From that chaotic information, he gleaned a few keywords:

"Deep within the Ruins," "Cracks in the Seal," "Ancient Call," "The Key"... and a trace of instinctive fear and... longing for the "Aura of Chaos"?

"This Illusionary Demon Sea, this ancient demon, and the seal deep within the Ruins of Return seem to have some kind of connection..." Su Qingxuan's mind was filled with doubts.

Does the fact that Ling Yunzi and others were able to summon the ancient demons mean that the conservative faction, or the forces behind them, have a much deeper understanding of the Ruins than we imagined?

Did they want to use the ancient demon to kill him simply to eliminate dissidents, or... did they have other motives and didn't want him to come into contact with certain secrets?

He vaguely felt that he was stepping into a deeper vortex.

The trials of the Illusionary Demon Sea seem to be more than just collecting Illusionary Sea Crystals and getting familiar with the environment.

After about an hour of recuperation, the five of them managed to recover some of their magical power and were able to move around.

Su Qingxuan's body is no longer in serious condition, but he still needs some time to recover from rebuilding his dantian meridians.

He collected the remaining Illusionary Sea Crystals and then carefully searched the cave.

Apart from some broken bones and fragments of discarded magical artifacts, no further discoveries were made.

When Ling Yunzi fled, he didn't even bother with the damaged Zhenyue Seal or the corpses of his companions.

"Let's leave here too," Su Qingxuan said.

This place has just experienced a great battle, and the atmosphere is chaotic, which could easily attract other monsters or trial participants with ulterior motives.

The five people helped each other out of the Illusionary Heart Cave.

Outside, the fog was still thick, but after experiencing life and death in the cave, the fog no longer seemed so oppressive.

Su Qingxuan did not rush to determine the direction, but instead endured the pain in his body and carefully observed the surrounding terrain.

He knew that all five of them were seriously injured, especially himself, who was currently in the weakest state.

When you are at your peak, you will naturally not be afraid of pursuers.

However, blindly fleeing at this moment would make one too conspicuous and could easily expose one's whereabouts, putting one in a passive position.

Based on the rudimentary record in the jade slip given to him by Kong Shen, and his keen perception, he finally chose a direction—

It was a stone forest composed of countless huge, jagged, grayish-white strange rocks.

The stone pillars rise high into the mist, intersecting each other, creating a complex terrain like a maze.

More importantly, the fog here is exceptionally thick, which has a strong interfering effect on spiritual sense, making it an ideal place to hide.

The five concealed their presence and, with the help of the gray mist and the shadows of the stone pillars, silently slipped into the depths of the stone forest.

They found a naturally formed depression that was partially surrounded by three huge stone pillars.

Xiao Lingxi quickly set up a simple concealment formation and a warning barrier.

Lin Wanqing used her literary talent to write down the runes for "Concealing Breath" and "Hiding Form" to reinforce the design.

Xiao Lingyue then sprinkled a circle of Buddhist purification powder to dispel any lingering aura and warn of any evil spirits.

Although Chi Ying was also seriously injured, she mustered her strength and stood guard on the perimeter with her gun.

"This place should be a safe haven for the time being." Su Qingxuan sat down cross-legged, but as soon as he relaxed, he started coughing again.

"Young Master!" The four women surrounded him, their faces full of worry.

"It's alright."

Su Qingxuan waved his hand, took out a top-grade healing pill refined by Xiao Lingxi, the "Nine-Turn Purple Gold Pill," and swallowed it.

He then gestured for the four women to take their medicine and regulate their breathing.

"If Ling Yunzi escapes, he will surely gather more people."

We need to restore our combat strength as soon as possible, at least to the point where we can defend ourselves and break out.

He paused, a cold glint flashing in his eyes:

"They thought that we were like fish on a chopping block when we were seriously injured, but they didn't know that in desperate situations, we can unleash our potential for life and death."

"I'll take this opportunity to see just how many demons and monsters lurk in this Illusionary Demon Sea."

The four women nodded and each took the elixir and circulated their internal energy.

Lin Wanqing and Xiao Lingyue sat on either side of Su Qingxuan behind him.

He slowly channeled the remaining gentle and righteous energy he had regained, along with pure Buddhist power, into Su Qingxuan's body to help him regulate the medicinal effects and nourish his meridians.

Xiao Lingxi stood to the side, adjusting her breathing while vigilantly observing the fluctuations of the surrounding formations and restrictions.

With her back to the crowd, Chi Ying's gaze, sharp as an eagle's, swept across the hazy gray mist outside the stone forest.

Time passed slowly in the oppressive silence.

Gray mist flowed through the stone forest, and occasionally strange shadows would flit by in the distance, but perhaps intimidated by the array and Buddhist aura of the place, they did not approach.

About two hours later, Su Qingxuan's complexion regained a little color and his breathing became more stable, but his body was still weak.

The four women's magical power recovered by 20-30%, and their injuries were brought under control.

Just then, Chi Ying, who was on guard outside, sharpened his eyes and whispered:

"Someone's approaching!"

It is:

The Three Treasures nourish and sustain the soul; the Void imparts the Dharma, and the mind imprints upon the mind.

Don't ask who I was in my past life; I'll just hide in the stone forest amidst the storms.
