America? No, it's the warp!

Chapter 90 A Victory Without Suspense

The most recent one is Superman, with thick hair gel on his head, wearing the classic blue suit, red underwear, and red cape, and sunglasses. Since I'm not surprised, it's because I've seen Logan look like this before.

The bartender, Krampus, had ram horns on his head, wore animal skins, had red paint on his face, and sported a large beard. You didn't even need to look to know he was Deputy Director Zane; the others couldn't bartend.

The last Robin Hood was dressed in the classic cloak, boots, and hunting attire. At first, Logan couldn't recognize him, but when the man turned around, he realized it was Mayor Trump.

The mayor gestured for silence, indicating that no one should make a fuss.

Logan nodded. No one would want to run into the mayor of Seattle in a place like this, including the mayor himself. He just wanted to abandon all his identity and enjoy the party tonight.

"That's right, how about it? Isn't my Halloween costume cool?"

"To be honest, he is really handsome."

Stephen touched his hair, which had been sprayed with several layers of hairspray.

"But I think my Superman is cooler."

"snort!"

Logan didn't intend to argue with him and turned to look at the deputy director.

"Hmm... I think Camps is more handsome."

Finally, he looked at the mayor.

"Of course Robin Hood is more handsome."

Everyone thinks their outfit is the most stylish, which is perfectly reasonable.

The four of them clinked glasses together, celebrating this carefree night.

"We won't discuss anything serious tonight. Logan, you can come to the mayor's office tomorrow and we'll talk then."

"That's what the mayor said."

"receive!"

The other three said in unison, and then downed their drinks in one gulp.

After finishing his drink, Logan noticed a strange sight.

The mayor and Stephen exchanged a glance, then each of them exchanged a glance with the deputy director, as if they were plotting something.

The next moment, the answer was revealed: the deputy director stood on a barrel and shouted into the tavern:

"Hey guys! This guy in blue claims he can drink a ton of liquor! I think he's bragging! Now, if anyone can outdrink him, I'll cover all the drinks for November!"

Logan turned his head and saw all the patrons staring at him with gleaming eyes, as if they were looking at a treasure or a huge barrel of excellent wine.

He then turned to look at the three people behind him, who were grinning mischievously, clearly having planned this whole thing.

But Logan wasn't afraid at all. His panicked expression lasted only three seconds before turning into a confident smile.

After all, he hadn't used up his [Slow Tide] yet.

Amidst the three men's puzzled gazes, Logan walked up to a table, raised his hands high, and shouted:

"That's right! I'm not targeting any one person, I'm saying that everyone here is terrible at drinking! Even if you all came at me together, you couldn't outdrink me!"

These words caused a huge uproar, like a boulder falling and creating a thousand waves. The drinkers were either surprised or angry, all expressing their complete disbelief.

Even those who had collapsed to the ground were woken up by a slap from their companions. After hearing what was said, they stood up shakily, wanting to have another drink and contribute their share.

The conflict began, and the large table pieced together became the battlefield.

On one side was Logan in blue, with beer, homemade beer, and cocktails hastily prepared by the deputy director in front of him, and Carlisle and two henchmen standing behind him.

The three schemers acted as neutral referees, while also constantly adding wine to the table.

On the other side, a huge crowd of drinkers lined up, determined to take down the arrogant fellow across from them and teach him a lesson: you can drink recklessly, but you can't say whatever you want.

"Remember this: our rules are based on the number of drinks. Both sides will be given the same amount of drinks, and the side that lasts the longest wins."

"Got it!"

Logan secretly released the remaining [Slow Tide], and now that the wine has been absorbed, it will quickly turn into water, with virtually no effect.

"start!"

Both sides acted simultaneously, grabbing beer first, since it has a lower alcohol content.

Across from me was a burly, redneck white man whose face was already flushed from drinking, but he looked like he could still keep going.

"Next!"

After more than 30 beers, the burly man collapsed and was pulled to the back to rest by his companions, where another lean black man took his place.

"Next!"

"Next!"

"Next!!!"

……

Both sides had almost finished their beer, each side having consumed nearly 300 glasses. During this time, they went to the toilet quite a few times, and the people on the other side even had to keep an eye on whether Logan had taken any hangover cures.

After all, they had already changed more than a dozen people, and Logan wasn't even slightly drunk.

The three schemers looked at each other, dumbfounded. Their purpose in orchestrating this was to see just how much Logan could drink, since they had never seen him drunk before.

We've probably come to a conclusion now: he's a bottomless pit; once the alcohol gets into his stomach, it disappears without a trace.

There's no more beer. All the beer we prepared for today is gone.

Claire and her two younger brothers were equally surprised; they were closer and could see it more clearly.

A beer was gone in a second. If the opposing team hadn't slowed things down by changing players, the first phase would have been even shorter.

Although the three of them knew Logan was strong, they didn't know he was strong in drinking. Now they've seen it for the first time; there really is someone who can drink alcohol like water.

The game continues.

Logan was at full strength, while the people opposite him were already half-crippled, and even their movements as they got into the chairs were slow.

The two began drinking cocktails, the alcohol content of which was hard to say, but many were lower than those homemade drinks whose alcohol content was difficult to determine.

This time the opponents switched very quickly, taking down one player in 2 to 3 trophies.

The deputy director's shoulders were practically dislocated from all the work, but the sight of Logan's seemingly sober face gave him the motivation to mix drinks again.

However, the preparation is not as fast as the drinking. There is a slow-drinking agent here, and there are people to drink it from. It only takes 2 seconds to drink, but the preparation takes much longer.

Soon, the competition entered the third stage, and there wasn't a single cocktail left on either table. The deputy director had come to terms with reality, and the three planners could only pin their hopes on the remaining homemade wine.

Although the hope is slim.

In the final stage, Jonah and Sean helped each other to their seats, because none of them could stand on their own anymore, and they could only drink one cup at most.

Some people gulped down a glass, then retreated to the back and vomited it all over the floor.

The person on the other end really couldn't drink anymore.

With only a few dozen cups of homemade brew left, Logan won the competition without taking any damage, earning him the right to drink for free for the entire month of November.

The deputy director frowned, regretting his plan. He didn't know how much money he would lose next month.

The final horn bar will be the site of a legend:

"A blue-armored warrior, single-handedly managing dozens of drinkers, never getting drunk."

Logan glanced at the haphazardly placed drinkers and downed another glass with the air of a victor.

The three organizers of the competition lost their temper and were dejected.

The three who sided with Logan were smug, sharing in the glory.

"Splash splash splash~"

Outside the tavern, it had started raining sometime earlier.

The seven people still standing all looked outside; the rain was quite heavy.

Tonight is destined to be a rainy, icy night in Seattle.
