Not understanding what the white-haired man was saying, Alluka paused for a moment, then shrank behind Rime.

"Playing dumb? Forget it, let's deal with that monster first. You take these two kids with you."

The young man in white waved his hand, signaling his men to take Alluka and the other two with them, then turned and headed up the mountain.

Alluka only managed to catch a glimpse of his blurry back before being grabbed by the collar and dragged away by his men, completely bewildered.

When they reached the top of the mountain, the moon-white figure was engaged in a one-sided standoff.

His white hair fell from his black hat, and his eyes, which had been gleaming faintly, were now shrouded in shadow, a stark contrast to his previous relaxed demeanor.

The monster that Sugawara Kazuha had transformed into was currently gnawing on the leg of an unidentified creature with a mane. Its body was hunched over, and the grotesque, protruding body tissue looked extremely terrifying.

His armor was torn apart, with only a few fragments remaining at his shoulders.

As Sugawara Kazukazu moved, the fragments also seemed to be about to fall.

"My lord, this is..."

The samurai threw Alluka to the ground.

They clearly saw their family crest on the wreckage of armor.

"This is a human being."

The white-haired boy rubbed his temples in distress, his pale lips pressed into a cold, hard line.

"You're so incompetent, and you've ended up like this. I might as well send you to your death sooner rather than later."

His expression gradually hardened with murderous intent, his cold blue eyes fixed on him through the shadows of his tousled hair.

After saying this, his figure appeared behind Sugawara Kazuka like a gust of wind.

A ghostly blue flame flickered between his fists, and when the cursed power struck Sugawara Kazukazu, it exploded like a blazing fire.

If this magical power were to strike a cursed spirit, it would be enough to obliterate it.

Unfortunately, Sugawara Kazuka is human.

Although his current appearance is so enormous that it is indistinguishable from a curse.

The monster, its eyes bloodshot like a hungry wolf, roared and threw a heavy punch at the white-haired boy. Suddenly, the boy moved like lightning, flipping over and leaping into the air to create distance.

A bright blue glow quickly gathered at the fingertips.

These points of light floated in the air, and the rubble and dead trees on the mountain were all enveloped in multiple clusters of magical energy.

"The technique rotates in sequence—Azure."

The azure blue magical power, like a dazzling rosy glow, instantly spread across the heavens and earth.

The magical power representing attraction exploded rapidly around Sugawara Kazukazu.

He wanted to kill the monster with one blow, but Sugawara Kazukazu not only strengthened the surface of his body with his cursed power, but his entire body was also enveloped in a dense, black cursed power. With a casual wave of his hand, the air was filled with viscous cursed power fluctuations.

Using himself as a shield, Sugawara Kazuka neither dodged nor evaded, and after enduring the "Azure" attack head-on, he shot the curse power at a tricky angle toward the spot where the person in the air was lingering.

"What the heck?! It's incredibly resilient!"

Because of his six eyes, he can see the fluctuations in the opponent's spell power in advance.

So, just as Sugawara was about to attack, he ducked and dodged.

The white-haired boy soared into the air, releasing several more azure-blue spell energy orbs as he hovered. He compressed the "azure" energy to its limit and pressed it heavily towards Sugawara Kazukazu.

The cursed power penetrated Sugawara Kazukazu's waist and abdomen, leaving several fist-sized holes. Dark red blood splattered from the wounds, wetting the withered branches and leaves on the ground like rain.

The pattering of water, combined with the monster's agonizing roars, was deafening in the cold night.

Enraged, Sugawara Kazuka no longer ignored them, brandishing his enormous hand and roaring as he charged forward.

The white-haired boy was somewhat troubled as he parried and pondered.

Currently, the maximum output he can use is "Azure", but it can only blast some craters on the monster's skin, and he can't create any deeper wounds.

This thing's attacks are becoming increasingly fierce and difficult to deal with, operating without any strategy.

How did this thing appear? It wasn't here yesterday.

He lowered his head slightly and pondered for a moment, his white hair brushing past his eyebrows and eyes.

Just when the samurai thought their master would make another move, this person teleported in front of Alluka, picked him up, and ran away.

"I can't beat you, you guys should run too!"

Within seconds, he and Alluka had vanished from the mountains.

Rime was eager to search, but his strength was no match for that person's; he could only see the direction in which the person had fled in the snow.

After their master gave the order, the samurai scattered like birds and beasts, not daring to look even once in Sugawara Kazukazu's direction.

Rime was left alone, looking somewhat bewildered at the approaching monster.
