A Comprehensive Network: An Endless Adventure Begins as a Wanderer

The next morning, Cheng Yi sat on the sofa and opened the attribute panel.

He had previously broken through the Abyss Watch Breathing Technique and gained a limited attribute point. Without hesitation, he immediately added it to Agility.

Your Agility attribute has been increased from 17 to 18.

As Cheng Yi felt his increasingly agile and light body getting closer to the 20-point mark of extraordinary agility, he thought to himself.

An average person's attributes are generally around 10 points. Each point increase represents a 1.5-fold improvement.

An agility of 18 points is about 25 times that of an average person.

If Cheng Yi wanted to, and participated in the Olympics, breaking world records in agility-related sports would be a piece of cake.

The fame and fortune that would flock to him would also overwhelm him.

It's just a bit too boring.

No matter how illustrious the reputation or how tempting the profits, nothing can compare to a variety show.

Can one attain true freedom?

Is it possible to achieve immortality?

Cheng Yi smiled gently and looked at the panel of the Abyss Bottom Breathing Technique.

The method for advancing to the next level has been unlocked.

[The Ultimate Fall from Heaven]

The corresponding advanced requirements transformed into intangible information and flooded into Cheng Yi's mind.

and many more.

What does it mean to plummet rapidly from the abyss of the sky?

Cheng Yi looked completely bewildered.

Ultimate high-altitude unprotected skydive?

No, it seems we can't bring umbrellas yet.

Boss, should I jump too?

Cheng Yi stared into deep thought as he watched the breathing technique, which had already increased dramatically in intensity on its second advancement.

Having completed the advanced breathing technique in the main plane is no longer a concern.

Even if he insisted on doing it, Cheng Yi felt that if he were seen completing a skydive without opening his parachute—a rare achievement on Earth Online—he would have to disappear from the public eye forever…

We'll have to look in other dimensions.

For example, a sky island?

It seems this advancement won't be completed anytime soon, so Cheng Yi simply stopped thinking about it.

He simply opened the trading panel.

Then a pop-up window for the integrated network appeared on the panel.

[Notice from the Comprehensive Network: Based on feedback from numerous Comprehensive Network players and the tidal influence of the multiverse, the sub-section of the forum trading section—Skill Category (including but not limited to Skill Crystals, Skill Stones, and Skill Books)—has been removed. This change will not be applied to special version numbers that are affected by this issue.]

[Network notification: The probability of obtaining skill-related items through other channels has increased (including but not limited to quest rewards, treasure chest rewards, and campaign shops)]

[Network notification: Due to the removal of the section, the 31 items you consigned have been returned to your system inventory.]

Cheng Yi: ?

The sky is falling!

The path to wealth paved by the hands of those who stripped away their possessions was severed by an invisible hand!

Cheng Yi frowned, pondering to himself.

There must be a deeper meaning behind Zongwang's actions.

He remembered seeing a senior member mention it when he was chatting on the forum before.

Players in the game are called apprentices before level 10 because their path is unclear before level 10; it's a stage of exploration.

To break through level 10, players need to find their own path and embark on it.

Perhaps the reason this skill section was removed is that too many and too complicated skills interfered with players' journey to find their own path.

Cheng Yi opened the forum and found that most of the analysis posts also made similar judgments about the removal of sections.

Therefore, it seems that I need to be more cautious in my attitude towards the separation of power in the future.

Cheng Yi thought to himself.

However, he did not forget the purpose of opening the trading section.

He needs to find materials and resources related to shadows, as well as invitations to cook dishes.

Shadow assets are not difficult to find, since the main and functional assets are already complete; what's missing are some auxiliary ones, which are optional.

Invitations to dungeons related to chefs, cooking, and food have always been highly sought after.

Most players in the cross-platform game use the dungeons as a place to relax and unwind.

As for Cheng Yi's trip, it was naturally to raise his cooking level to level 5 so that he could learn the legacy of a cooking adventurer.

After searching for a while, he finally found a suitable one.

Cheng Yi redeemed it directly.

He looked at the sun, which was growing increasingly intense in the sky, and calculated that it was about time for lunch...

Cheng Yi had a sudden thought and used the instance invitation directly.

[Transferring character to a special instance...]

------------

As the dizziness subsided, Cheng Yi opened his eyes.

He was now standing on a golden beach, the sea breeze blowing, and the shimmering golden sunset reflected on the sea not far away.

A number of...intelligent beings have already gathered on the beach?

After all, a fat fish wearing a purple work uniform was already swaying towards Cheng Yi.

"New here? Are you here to eat or to cook?"

Cheng Yi pondered for a moment.

"Both."

"That's why they're here to cook."

The fathead fish puffed out its gills and took a big gulp of the unknown, mysterious little drink it was holding.

Then it pointed to a stranded magic cruise ship on the beach not far away.

"Go there and tell them what ingredients you need later, and they will bring them to you."

It paused for a moment.

"Hurry up, there's only one more day until the carnival begins."

-------------

And after some time, on the other side of the beach.

A human girl appeared from the void.

She was holding a tattered handwritten book in her hand, and she would occasionally look down and review it.

Julia looked at the bustling crowd around her and gave a genuine smile.
