Guang Xiahai looked up at Lin Chen, and her panicked heart finally calmed down a little.

"Didn't you guys go with Tsukasa Kadoya to deal with the demonized monster? Why did you come back alone?" Lin Chen asked.

Mitsuka Mitsuka turned her head away, her cheeks puffing out slightly, her tone revealing obvious displeasure. She briefly glossed over the matter: "Shi was taken away by the people from the Oni-ha, surrounded by a bunch of female disciples. He couldn't care less about us, so Onodera and I came back first." She spoke briefly, but her sullen mood was almost overflowing.

Lin Chen immediately noticed the change in her tone and guessed that Kadoya Tsukasa's being surrounded by women was making her unhappy. He didn't want to interfere, so he simply nodded and changed the subject: "Where are Hibiki and Asumu? And Onodera, where are they?"

These words struck Hikari Natsumi like a jolt, instantly snapping her back to reality. She had been distracted by Narutaki's manipulation and preoccupied with Tsukasa Kadoya's situation, completely forgetting about Hibiki and Asumu's perilous situation.

Kuga desperately pushed off the ground with both feet and tried to pry the Gyu-ki's arms with both hands, but the difference in strength between the two was too great, and his struggles seemed pale and powerless.

Lin Chen didn't hesitate for a moment. He flipped his right hand, and the dark golden Earth Emperor Phone was firmly in his palm: "Transform!"

Lin Chen gripped the sword hilt tightly, his scarlet single eye coldly locking onto the bull demon. He pressed his arm down, preparing to end the battle with a single blow.

A shout suddenly rang out, shattering the atmosphere of charging up a powerful attack.

The bull demon stomped its right hoof on the ground, digging fiercely into the mud. Its thick limbs were slightly bent, and it once again assumed a charging stance.

Lin Chen looked at the demon in front of him and felt troubled.

His ultimate attack was no longer usable; his opponent was Hibiki, who had awakened him, so he couldn't truly kill him. But Gyu-oni's strength was terrifying; if he didn't completely suppress it, it would continue its rampage and destroy the entire forest.

There was no other way but to abandon the ultimate move and engage in close combat, trying to buy as much time as possible to see if Hibiki could deactivate his transformation on his own or awaken his remaining consciousness.

Lin Chen took a deep breath, sheathed the Earth Emperor Sword, and charged at the Bull Demon with his bare hands.

Lin Chen immediately raised his hand to block. With a "clang", the Earth Emperor Armor withstood the attack, but the enormous force still made him retreat repeatedly, his arm went numb, and his footsteps left two deep marks on the ground.

The ground was riddled with deep craters from the bull-demon's giant hooves, splattering muddy water mixed with wood chips. Lin Chen and Onodera fought and retreated, never daring to use their full strength. They could only rely on their agile movements and the defense of their armor to barely hold the situation back, their stamina rapidly depleting in the endless struggle.

Their shouts were drowned out by the roars of the demons, whose scarlet eyes held only pure ferocity. Unbeknownst to them, the battlefield had shifted from the initial open space to another spacious valley deep within the dense forest.

As Lin Chen dodged the bull demon's massive horn charge and steadied himself against a tree trunk, he caught a glimpse of firelight and sounds of fighting on the other side of the valley out of the corner of his eye. He looked up.

In the center of the valley, three knights were locked in a fierce battle with a red monster. The magenta-colored Decade wielded a card-shaped sword, flanked by what appeared to be Hibiki-type knights; the three formed a triangular formation, attacking their opponent. The one they were besieging was none other than Momotaros, the monster with sharp horns on its head.

Momotaros fought three opponents single-handedly, yet he held his own. He disregarded all techniques and methods, employing a pure street thug style of fighting: if you slashed at him with your sword, he'd punch you back; if you kicked him, he'd headbutt you. The red figure rampaged across the battlefield, his fists whistling through the air, forcing Decade and his two companions to retreat repeatedly, his arrogance reaching its peak.

"As expected, I am the most powerful!" Momotaros smashed through the Demon-Slaying String - Thunderclap with his sword and laughed arrogantly.

Not far from the battlefield, a group of Sound Strike Dao disciples dressed in white robes stood tensely, watching the battle unfold.

Just as Lin Chen was about to say something to Onodera, the Gyuki beside him suddenly let out a deafening, ferocious roar!

It abruptly stopped its attack, its scarlet eyes fixed on the dazzling red in the center of the valley. Its thick limbs were slightly bent, and its muscles were taut, like a beast that had spotted its prey. Lin Chen's heart skipped a beat, and he instantly recalled the details of the battle earlier—the Bull Demon had been chasing after Kuuga the whole time, and was not so fixated on his black Earth Emperor Armor.

It turns out that it has an almost instinctive aggression towards bright colors like red!

Before Lin Chen could even warn him, the bull demon had already kicked off the ground with all four hooves, charging madly towards Momotaros like a runaway heavy tank! Trees blocking its path, regardless of their thickness, were all smashed down with its brute force, splintering wood everywhere. The ground trembled slightly under its frenzied charge, leaving behind a shocking trail of destruction.

Momotaros was in the middle of a fierce fight. Just as he threw a punch at the demon's chest, he was hit squarely in the back by a giant horn from the bull demon.
