Ultimately, Richard used four of the five regular books allotted: "Introduction to Dark Energy Particles," "Three Basic Applications of Dark Energy Particles," "Human Skeleton," and "Common Animal Skeleton."

Richard now finally understood why a significant number of new students, after six months at the school, had only learned one or two tricks!

Who would have thought that magic tricks had a prerequisite?!

A first-level wizard apprentice has a considerable amount of coursework to learn every day, and in addition, they also need to spend time earning points.

The old man shook his head and immediately stopped trying to persuade him.

"Alright, that'll be two magic stones in total. The sorcery books and regular books must be returned within a month, and no books are allowed to be taken out of the school's territory!"

As Richard was leaving, the old man muttered to himself, "The new recruits the school brings in these days are getting worse and worse, all talk and no action."

There was no other way but to learn it on my own.

Fortunately, books on general knowledge are not very difficult to learn.

Now, he still needs one more essential thing to perform the trick of [Manipulating Bones].

As the name suggests, to control skeletons, you first need to have skeletons to control.

This is truly a case of finding a new path after a seemingly hopeless situation.

Richard had thought that the scarcity of magic stones might cause some problems in purchasing magical mediums, but to his surprise, the skeleton of a quasi-knight was in his hands so quickly.

The two chatted for a while longer, and before long, Meiluo seemed to remember something important, so she hurriedly left.

Richard placed the bulging package on the table, opened it, and sure enough, it was full of human skeletons.

The bones were as white as jade, so they must have undergone some kind of treatment. I wonder how many magic stones such a skeleton would be worth in the trading area; it must not be cheap.
