Perhaps because he didn't need to be in a relationship and had no one to restrain him, Dong Qi's life was indeed somewhat indulgent.

Aside from his favorite soft drink, Dong Qi's daily meals are completely the opposite of a healthy diet.

A healthy diet should meet the following standards:

Eating a good breakfast replenishes the nutrients consumed overnight.

A full lunch provides the nutrients needed for the day's activities.

I eat less at night because I'm not very active then, and I eat less to prevent fat buildup.

Dong Qi's daily routine is as follows.

If I can get up in the morning, I'll eat breakfast. If I get up early, I'll eat out. If I get up late, I'll just have a quick meal or skip it altogether.

Because I live in the suburbs, food delivery fees are too high, so if I get hungry at noon, I usually just have a simple meal or some snacks to fill my stomach.

After a couple of quick and easy meals, I usually make sure to have a proper dinner in the evening. I usually buy frozen food from the supermarket in the city and that's what I eat for that meal.
