Blanco, his face filled with astonishment, gritted his teeth and followed Bai Lin into the opera house. He rushed towards the backstage area, taking three steps at a time. "Shadow Demon!" Xuefeng quickened his pace, and the distance between the two mounts grew closer and closer. Bai Lin thought to himself, "You have magic immunity, but your cat doesn't!" He then summoned the Shadow Demon towards the Sphinx's hind legs.

But the opponent was quite quick-witted. The moment Bai Lin shouted the incantation, he immediately grabbed the Sphinx by the hair on its neck, causing the Sphinx to jump onto the roof of a nearby shop, thus avoiding the Shadow Demon that Bai Lin had unleashed.

However, what the assassin didn't expect was that the Shadow Demon was a level 6 summoning spell, and was a shadow creature with life. Although Bai Lin had always used it as a kind of dark magic curse, as Bai Lin's magic power increased and his skills became more proficient, these shadow energy creatures had already acquired some intelligence. Upon closer inspection, the assassin was indeed the figure of a young girl. She also wore dark goggles on her face, and Bai Lin even doubted whether she could see anything at night.

The assassin narrowly parried Bai Lin's sword with his gun blade, but Bai Lin's strength was astonishing, and the Jade-Handled Dragon was indeed a treasured sword that had been passed down for thousands of years, incomparable to any other weapon. When the two weapons clashed, the assassin's gun blade was chipped with a small nick.
