Everyone's a Hunter? I'm a Hunter x Hunter!

As night fell, after having dinner with his sister, Lü Xiu left home carrying a box of cakes.

"Treasure Chest Sense!"

"Treasure Chest Sense!"

...

Lu Xiu strolled around the town of Tianqing, keeping track of time as he walked, using his treasure chest detection ability every hour. Unfortunately, he couldn't detect the location of the treasure as he had before.

Even though he had tried his best to use his treasure perception in places where few people usually went, the probability of finding a treasure chest in a densely populated town like Sunny Town, full of hunters, was still too small.

Even if it were refreshed, it would probably have already been taken by someone else.

Finding the Black Iron Treasure Chest in Qinghe, not far from home, was purely a stroke of luck.

It seems that to find treasure chests, one must venture into remote, untouched wilderness areas.

With this thought in mind, Lü Xiu stopped wandering around and went straight to a blacksmith shop called "Old Iron".

"Uncle Tie" Lü Xiu greeted everyone as he entered.

In the blacksmith's shop, beside the red-hot furnace radiating high temperatures, a burly man, as imposing as a large black bear, was carefully examining a newly forged longsword.

Beside the counter was a five-year-old girl with her hair in a bun. She was standing on a stool, shaking her head and scribbling on paper with a watercolor pen.

"Brother!" The little girl saw Lü Xiu and excitedly jumped onto the counter to greet him. Then, seeing the cake in Lü Xiu's hand, her lips began to sparkle.

"Coco, have some cake!" Lu Xiu placed the cake box on the counter.

"Thank you, brother," Coco said, her eyes shining, but she didn't open it to eat right away. Instead, she turned her gaze to her father.

Turning around and seeing that it was Lü Xiu, Tielu also put down his longsword and walked over.

"Dad, can I have some?"

"Just a little bit," Coco tried her best to make the size of a table tennis ball with her chubby little hands, but then seemed afraid that her father would disagree, so she shrank it to the size of a marble.

"You can finish all the cake, but you can't have any candy tomorrow," Telu patted the back of his daughter's head.

"Okay!" Coco said, indicating that compared to cake, candy was nothing!

"Let's eat on the sofa over there."

Coco carefully and impatiently carried the cake box to the sofa.

"Celebrating your awakening as a hunter?" Telu laughed.

"yes"

"What kind of hunter will I awaken to?"

"Fantasy Beast Hunter"

"It's a pity you're not a weapon hunter, otherwise I could have passed on my weapon-forging skills to you," Tielu sighed, but there was no regret on his face, and he still smiled.

"Uncle, I'd really like to learn. Can you teach me?" Lu Xiu was somewhat tempted, because as his level increased due to the Greedy Treasure Chest, he would inevitably awaken as a Weapon Hunter in the future.

As a weapon hunter, forging is an essential skill to learn because you need to forge your own signature weapon.

Starting to learn weapon forging now can be considered laying the foundation for a future weapon hunter.

Tielu shook his head slightly. "My unique skills can only be learned by weapon hunters. Even if I taught them to you, you still wouldn't be able to learn them."

"That's fine too. Since you don't need to forge your own weapon, then my hunting bow wasn't made in vain." With that, Tielu reached under the counter and pulled out a long black box, handing it to Lü Xiu.

"Look, I've forged you a bow as a gift for your awakening."

Lu Xiu took the box and opened it on the spot; inside was a black wooden hunting bow.

The bow is made of ebony, a tough yet supple material. It has been specially maintained, giving it a glossy, oily surface, and several lifelike pale blue snowflakes are carved into it. The bowstring is a translucent, crystalline strand, seemingly the sinew of some ferocious beast.

At the same time, the attributes of this bow were also revealed before Lü Xiu's eyes.

"A superior-grade bow..."

Lu Xiu looked at Uncle Tie in astonishment; this was far too precious. On the market, regardless of the material, as long as it was of superior quality or above, the unit of measurement always started from "hundreds".

Moreover, this is a fully-fledged weapon that has already been manufactured.

It has to be at least three thousand.

Lu Xiu felt like he had been in a previous life when his parents bought him a cell phone and a laptop after he got into university.

But the man in front of me, Uncle Tielu, is neither a relative nor an acquaintance...

Before Lü Xiu could speak, Tielu spoke first.

"The first hunting bow a hunter receives after awakening should have been given to them by their parents. Now that your parents are gone, I will make up for that regret in their place."

When Lü Xiu's parents were mentioned, a hint of nostalgia flashed in Tie Lu's eyes. The two of them had met and fallen in love in the hunting group he had established, and eventually became husband and wife.

Now their children have grown up and embarked on the path of hunters, but they...

"Sorry, as people get older, they tend to reminisce about the past. Today is a good day for your awakening, so let's not talk about this." Tilu sensed that the atmosphere around him was starting to become sad, so he quickly changed the subject.

"By the way, besides bringing the cake, is there anything else you wanted to see me about today?"

Lu Xiu quickly pulled out the Cold-Patterned Stone from his backpack. "I originally wanted to ask Uncle Tie to forge a weapon for me with this, but since I have a hunting bow now, I'll give this ore to you..."

"I remember your usual melee weapon is a knife. This large piece of cold-patterned iron is perfect for making the main material for the blade." Before Lü Xiu could finish speaking, Tie Lu took the cold-patterned iron from Lü Xiu's hand.

"However, this time I'll be charging extra for materials."

Lu Xiu quickly replied, "Of course."

Come pick it up in three days.

"Well... thank you, Uncle Tie," Lu Xiu said again.

"No need to thank me. You'll be a hunter now, so feel free to bring me any good materials you have to make."

"For a weapon hunter like me who doesn't plan to go out hunting, the only way to become stronger is through forging," Tielu said with self-deprecation.

Hunters level up in more ways than just hunting. Knowledge hunters gain experience by reading books, weapon hunters forge equipment, gourmet hunters cook food, and mythical beast hunters...

After chatting with Uncle Tie for a while, Lü Xiu prepared to go home. He had to get up early to go hunting the next day, so he planned to go to bed early tonight to conserve his energy.

"Goodbye, brother!" Coco, with a mouthful of cream, looked up and waved her chubby little hand to say goodbye to Lü Xiu.

"Goodbye, Coco. I'll bring you a cake next time."

Coco waved her little hands even faster.
