Huayu Entertainment: The Birth of a Succubus Top Star

Diapers are definitely uncomfortable to wear.

Perhaps fearing that Gu Zhiyan wouldn't want to wear it, Guo Fan told him an "interesting story".

Li Guangjie, who plays Wang Lei, a soldier in the Earth government's coalition, initially didn't want to wear diapers because of "a man's dignity," but he felt he could endure it.

However, during filming, he suddenly had to urinate, and because no one was around to help him take off his clothes, Li Guangjie almost burst.

From then on, this stubborn guy obediently started wearing diapers.

Gu Zhiyan wasn't as stubborn as him; it was all for work, and there was nothing shameful about it.

If saying that the other actors were "working themselves to the bone" is a bit of an exaggeration, then Wu Mengda, who played Han Zi'ang, Liu Qi's maternal grandfather, was truly risking his life for the role.

At this point, Uncle Da's physical condition was already very poor.

In 2014, Uncle Da suffered heart failure due to a viral infection and was once sent to the ICU for emergency treatment. There were even two reports of his death.

This serious illness has greatly worsened his physical condition; he has lost a lot of weight and his physical strength has also declined sharply.

He recuperated for a long time after being discharged from the hospital, but his heart function only recovered to about 50%.

The filming of "The Wandering Earth" was extremely arduous for an elderly man like him who had just recovered from a serious illness.

Filming in a spacesuit weighing 60 to 70 kilograms is very difficult even for young people, and it was torture for Da. He often needed to use oxygen after filming for only a few minutes.

The film contains scenes that require wire work, which is tough for the young actors and an even bigger challenge for Uncle Da.

After each scene where he was suspended by wires, his face would turn pale, and he would need to rest and breathe oxygen immediately.

The production crew even specially equipped an ambulance at the filming location.

Uncle Da was truly performing with the last of his life's strength.

After filming several scenes, Gu Zhiyan developed a deep and heartfelt respect for Da Na.

Despite his poor health, Uncle Da demonstrated the integrity of the older generation of artists, never complaining about hardship or fatigue.

He never asked the crew for special treatment because of his health condition, and insisted on doing all his own scenes without a stunt double.

He never brings a script to the set, because he has already memorized all the lines at home, including those of his co-stars.

Then look at those popular celebrities nowadays: body doubles, green screen effects, can't remember their lines, just recite 12334567...

I had to go to the hospital immediately after getting a small cut on my finger, afraid that if I went too late the wound would heal. And then I had to post on Weibo to tell my fans how hard I worked and how difficult it was.

It's a world of difference!

Since joining the crew, Gu Zhiyan has shouldered the heavy responsibility of taking care of the young girl Zhao Jinmai and the old man Uncle Da.

Who can blame him for having so much energy!

While others wore heavy costumes and wished they could seize every second to rest during filming breaks, Gu Zhiyan was different. She wandered around in her costume, and sometimes, when she was in the mood, she would even perform kung fu in it to amuse Uncle Da and Xiao Jinmai.

The others looked at Gu Zhiyan as if she were a "monster".

Damn, this is practically a "humanoid Gundam," no wonder he's been linked to so many female celebrities.

If someone told them now that these rumors were true, they would believe it without a doubt.

Gu Zhiyan: ...

Does this thing also serve to debunk rumors?

Guo Fan was genuinely grateful to Gu Zhiyan. Not only did Gu Zhiyan act in the film and invest money, but she also took care of his family, saving him a lot of trouble.

But seeing Zhao Jinmai following Gu Zhiyan around all day like a fangirl, he still decided to remind Gu Zhiyan.

Fourteen or fifteen years old is the age when one's heart begins to stir with romantic feelings.

"Brother Yan, Xiao Jinmaike is not an adult yet, so please be careful."

Gu Zhiyan: ...

Do I, a law student at Tsinghua University, really need a reminder from someone like me, a law student at Hainan University?

"I'm not a beast." Gu Zhiyan rolled his eyes at Guo Fan, annoyed.

What does this guy take him for?

"Hehe, as long as you know what I mean." Guo Fan chuckled awkwardly.

Gu Zhiyan is good at everything, except when it comes to women...

Guo Fan felt that his worries were justified.

However, what upset Guo Fan even more was that Gu Zhiyan had only been on set for about ten days before taking leave again.

"Go and come back quickly!" Guo Fan said, sounding like a resentful "little wife."

"I'll be back in two days," Gu Zhiyan said quickly, feeling uneasy under his gaze.

Gu Zhiyan flew to Anhui Province overnight to participate in the recording of the Anhui TV "National Drama Awards" the next day.

There were many familiar faces at the scene: Hu Ge, Zhang Yi, Wu Gang, Jiang Xin, Zhai Tianlin...

Oh, and Dilraba too.

The focus of this year's "National Drama Awards" is Hu Ge, who is about to temporarily leave the entertainment industry to study in the United States.

The ceremony included a special segment for him, taking the opportunity to hold a farewell party with the theme of "A Special Farewell".

He won two major awards, "Outstanding Actor of the Year" and "Role Model of the Year," becoming the focus of attention that night.

When Hu Ge and Gu Zhiyan talked about studying in the United States, Hu Ge had a bitter smile on her face.

Gu Zhiyan couldn't say much about this matter. In the end, Hu Ge had become a bit arrogant and spoke without restraint. He had been put in a difficult position and was now in a predicament.

Gu Zhiyan won the "Most Charming Actor of the Year" award, and immediately flew to Shanghai after the ceremony.

Yes, Dilraba was also with them.

Dilraba, whose popularity is soaring, also won an award for "Most Charming Actress of the Year".

The two traveled together because they were both going to attend the "COSMO Beauty Awards" in Shanghai.

Reba was overjoyed; after so long, she naturally wanted to catch up.

"Brother Xiaoyan, I'm going to... do you want to come along?" Dilraba invited softly.

The meaning couldn't be clearer, and Gu Zhiyan understood instantly.

Working at an altitude of 10,000 meters is a completely new experience, both tense and exciting.

……

The "Cosmopolitan Beauty Awards" is a highly anticipated fashion and entertainment event at the end of this year.

Compared to the "National Drama Awards" that Gu Zhiyan just attended, the "Cosmopolitan Beauty Awards" has a much stronger lineup of stars, encompassing almost half of the most talked-about and popular celebrities in the entertainment industry this year.

Fan Bingbing, Li Bingbing, Zhang Ziyi, Liu Yifei, Tang Yan, Yang Mi, Nini, Jing Tian, Chen Qiaoen, Dilireba, Gulinazha, Zhang Tianai, Lin Yun, Li Qing, Jin Cheng and other top actresses and popular young actresses gathered together.

The male stars are equally impressive, including Huang Bo, Huang Xiaoming, Huang Jingyu, Pan Yueming, Zhou Yiwei, Gao Weiguang, Han Geng, Wu Gang, Zhang Han, Dou Xiao, Zhang Xinzhe, Zhong Hanliang, Wang Kai, Pan Weibo, Bai Ke…

Gu Zhiyan immediately became the focus of attention as soon as she entered the room.

First, Huang Xiaoming brought Huang Bo over to greet them and introduce them. Then, male stars such as Wu Gang and Zhong Hanliang also came forward to exchange pleasantries.

Some young artists are extremely envious. They're all about the same age, so why is there such a big difference in their treatment?

There wasn't much going on with the male celebrities, but what really caught everyone's attention were the actions of the female stars...
