The Cullinan that Wang Hao was riding slowly came to a stop a dozen meters away from the guard post.

The two Mercedes G63s following behind also stopped.

The car doors opened, and eight burly men dressed in matching black suits and wearing sunglasses stepped out of the two Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

They were Wang Hao's personal bodyguards, all hired at high salaries from professional security companies. Each of them was highly skilled and had a menacing presence.

The eight bodyguards quickly spread out, subtly protecting Cullinan in the middle, while their eyes glared unfriendly at the two security guards blocking their way in the guard post ahead.

Inside the car, Wang Hao didn't even roll down the window. He just frowned and asked his assistant, Zhang, beside him, "What happened? Why did you stop?"

"Mr. Wang, there's someone blocking the road ahead..." Assistant Zhang pointed out the window, his tone somewhat nervous.

"Blocking the road?" Wang Hao scoffed. "In Jiangcheng, who dares to block my car, Wang Hao's car?"

He thought it was a complete joke.

"Go down and explain who we are to them. Tell them to clear the way and not waste my time." Wang Hao waved his hand impatiently.

"Yes, Mr. Wang."

Assistant Zhang took a deep breath, straightened his tie, opened the car door, and got out.

He walked straight to the guard post, looked at the two stern-faced security guards, cleared his throat, and put on a professional, slightly arrogant smile.

"Hello, gentlemen. We are from the Wang Group in Shanghai. The person sitting in the car is our General Manager Wang."

He deliberately emphasized the words "Shanghai Wang Group" and "General Manager Wang".

In his mind, as long as he mentioned this name, it would be effective in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai area.

Ordinary people, even if they don't grovel, should at least politely inquire about the purpose of the visit.

However, the reaction of the two security guards was completely unexpected.

After listening to Assistant Zhang's words, their expressions remained unchanged.

They remained as cold as ever, as if the words "Wang's Group" were no different to them than any stray cat or dog on the street.

One of the older security captains, with three stripes on his shoulders, spoke simply.

"This is private property of Wu Family Village and is not open to the public at this time. Please leave."

His voice was completely flat, as if he were reciting a pre-programmed script.

The smile on Assistant Zhang's face froze.

He hadn't expected the other party to be so unyielding.

"Private property?" He raised his voice. "Do you know who our boss, Mr. Wang, is? He came here specifically to visit your village, and also... to visit a friend."

"I don't care who your boss, Mr. Wang, is." The security captain's eyes were sharp as knives. "Without the village's permission, no one, no vehicle, is allowed to enter."

"You!" Assistant Zhang was speechless, choked by the other party's forceful attitude.

This was the first time he had encountered such a situation in all the years he had followed Wang Hao.

"I advise you to be sensible!" Assistant Zhang also lost his temper. He pointed to the convoy behind him and threatened, "Our boss, Mr. Wang, has a temper that's not easy to handle. If you anger him, the consequences... you can't afford them."

Upon hearing this, the security captain's lips curled into a faint, mocking sneer.

"Consequences?" He sized up Assistant Zhang, then glanced at the menacing bodyguards behind him. "Just you guys?"

His tone was full of undisguised contempt.

This contempt completely enraged Assistant Zhang.

Just as he was about to lash out, the rear window of the Cullinan slowly rolled down.

Wang Hao's handsome face, though filled with impatience, was revealed.

"Xiao Zhang, what are you dawdling about? Can't you even handle this little thing?" he scolded impatiently.

Then, his gaze fell on the security captain.

"You're the person in charge here?" Wang Hao asked in a condescending tone.

The security captain turned his head and looked at Wang Hao in the car. His eyes remained calm, without even the slightest fluctuation.

He didn't answer Wang Hao's question, but simply repeated what he had just said.

"This is private property, please leave."

Wang Hao was so angry at his arrogant attitude that he laughed.

"Interesting." He nodded. "This is the first time in my life that someone has dared to talk to me in this tone."

He took out a pack of specially supplied cigarettes from the car, pulled one out, and a bodyguard immediately stepped forward to light it for him.

Wang Hao took a deep drag and then slowly exhaled the smoke toward the security captain's face.

"I'll give you two choices," Wang Hao's voice turned cold.

"First, now, immediately, raise this broken railing for me, then kneel down and kowtow three times, and I can pretend nothing happened."

"Second..." He paused, a ruthless glint in his eyes, "I'll have my men tear down this shabby guard post of yours, then break your legs and throw you both into the mountains to feed the wolves."

"Choose one yourself."

He spoke of it casually, as if it were a trivial matter.

In his view, the way to deal with these ignorant and lowly people is to use the most direct and violent methods to make them understand what class differences mean.

However, the security captain's expression remained unchanged after hearing his words.

He didn't even blink.

He simply spoke a single sentence through the walkie-talkie on his chest, in an eerily calm tone.

"Calling central command, calling central command. There are unidentified individuals causing trouble at the entrance. Repeat, there are unidentified individuals causing trouble. Requesting instructions."

His voice wasn't loud, but it sounded exceptionally clear at the quiet entrance to the valley.

Wang Hao was stunned for a moment, then burst into laughter.

"Oh ho? Pretty professional, huh? Calling central control?" He laughed so hard he almost fell over. "What? Want to call someone? Fine, I'll be waiting right here. I want to see what kind of big shot you can summon from this poor mountain village!"

He was arrogant and smug, completely unaware that he was teetering on the edge of disaster, recklessly testing the limits.

After finishing his report, the security captain ignored Wang Hao and instead turned his gaze to the deep asphalt road leading into the village.

He is waiting.

Wait for instructions from the village.
