Su Jingsheng didn't let go; instead, she hugged him even tighter, burying her face in his chest and rubbing against him.

"I won't loosen it." Her voice was muffled, tinged with amusement.

The shop assistant blushed as she watched, and quickly lowered her head to tidy up the clothes.

Finally, Bo Jinghuai bought twelve dresses, along with matching shoes and accessories.

The shop assistant carefully wrapped the clothes and put them into a shopping bag.

"Young Master Bo, would you like it delivered to your residence?" the shop manager asked personally.

Bo Jinghuai glanced at Su Jingsheng.

"No need," Bo Jinghuai said. "Have someone deliver it to my car."

"OK."

Two shop assistants followed behind carrying large and small bags, while Bo Jinghuai led Su Jingsheng out by the hand.

Su Jingsheng obediently followed, gently hooking her finger in his palm.

Bo Jinghuai paused for a moment, ignored her, and continued walking forward.

A black sedan was already waiting at the entrance of the mall.

The driver got out of the car and opened the back door. Bo Jinghuai let Su Jingsheng get in first.

The shop assistant put the shopping bags into the trunk, filling half of it.

The car started and drove away from the mall.

Sitting in the back seat, Su Jingsheng watched the street scenes rushing past the window and whispered, "Jinghuai, how much did you spend?"

Bo Jinghuai leaned back in his chair with his eyes closed.

"Not many," he said calmly.

Su Jingsheng turned to look at him.

His profile was sharp, with long eyelashes, a high nose bridge, and thin lips pursed.

She leaned closer and gently took his fingers in her small hand.

"Jinghuai," she whispered, "I won't waste your money."

Bo Jinghuai opened his eyes and looked at her.

Su Jingsheng tilted her head back, her eyes sparkling.

"You're supporting me now, and I'll make it up to you double in the future," she said, her voice soft but earnest.

Bo Jinghuai stared at her for a few seconds, then chuckled.

"How will you repair it?" he asked.

Su Jingsheng pursed her lips: "I will earn money in the future."

"How much do you earn?" Bo Jinghuai raised an eyebrow. "Enough to buy you a dress today?"

Su Jingsheng stopped talking and turned her head away, looking unhappy.

They actually underestimated her.

Looking at her puffed-up little face, Bo Jinghuai felt a sudden softening in his heart.

He raised his hand and ruffled her hair.

"You don't need to pay me back," he said. "This amount isn't even enough for a day's interest."

Su Jingsheng looked up at him, but Bo Jinghuai turned his face away and looked out the window.

"Just stay put," he said curtly. "Don't cause me any trouble."

……

Back at the apartment, Bo Jinghuai got out of the car first, followed by Su Jingsheng.

The driver took shopping bags out of the trunk. Bo Jinghuai took a few bags, and Su Jingsheng also wanted to take some, but he stopped her.

"I'll do it," he said coldly.

Su Jingsheng pulled her outstretched hand back.

Bo Jinghuai carried the bag and walked towards the elevator, with Su Jingsheng jogging to catch up.

In the elevator, Su Jingsheng stood next to Bo Jinghuai, secretly watching him.

He was wearing a shirt today, with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows, revealing an expensive watch on his wrist.

His profile is sharp, and his eyebrows and eyes are distant.

As Su Jingsheng watched, she suddenly stood on tiptoe and kissed him on the cheek.

It was a very light touch, and they separated instantly.

Bo Jinghuai froze, turned to look at her, and frowned.

"Su Jingsheng, what are you doing? You're still outside."

Su Jingsheng's eyes crinkled into a smile. "Thank you so much, thank you for buying me clothes."

Bo Jinghuai stared at her for a few seconds, then turned his face away.

The elevator doors opened.

Bo Jinghuai walked out carrying the bag, with Su Jingsheng following behind him.

Upon entering, Bo Jinghuai placed the bag on the living room sofa.

"Pack it yourself," he said, turning and walking towards the study.

"Jinghuai," Su Jingsheng called out to him.

Bo Jinghuai stopped in his tracks but didn't turn around.

"I'm going back to school to stay today," Su Jingsheng said softly.

Bo Jinghuai's back stiffened for a moment. He didn't say anything and continued walking towards the study.

"I'll leave as soon as I'm ready," Su Jingsheng said behind him.

The study door was closed.

Su Jingsheng stood in the living room, looking at the closed door, and pursed her lips.

She walked to the sofa and began to organize the shopping bags; the dresses were all very pretty.

Unfortunately, he said he could only wear it at home.

But this isn't her home either.

Su Jingsheng pulled her suitcase to the door and glanced back at the closed door of the study.

"Jinghuai, I'm leaving. Will you come out to see me off?" she whispered.

There was no response from inside the door.

Su Jingsheng remained silent for a moment, then turned around, opened the door, and walked out.

The door closed gently.

In the study, Bo Jinghuai stood by the window, watching the slender figure downstairs drag her suitcase out of the apartment building and get into a taxi.

The car drove away and disappeared around the street corner.

Bo Jinghuai stood still for a long time.

He turned and walked back to the living room, where he saw the untouched pile of shopping bags on the sofa.

Bo Jinghuai twitched the corner of his mouth, showing he had quite the backbone.

He walked to the sofa, sat down, picked up his phone, and opened Su Jingsheng's chat window.

My finger hovered over the screen, motionless for a long time.

In the end, he only sent a few words.

Let them know when you get to the school.

Su Jingsheng replied quickly.

Okay~

Bo Jinghuai stared at the tilde for a few seconds, then locked the screen and tossed the phone aside.

He leaned back on the sofa and closed his eyes.

bother.

So annoying.

It's all because of this damn pheromone.

That's why he feels uncomfortable.

……

The taxi stopped at the entrance of S University.

Su Jingsheng paid the fare, got off the bus with her small suitcase, and walked into the school gate.

It was during the afternoon break, and people were coming and going at the school gate.

As soon as she entered the campus, many eyes fell on her.

"Wow, who's that? A freshman? Or a transfer student?"

"I've never seen her before, she's so beautiful."

"Such fair skin, such slender legs, are you an Omega?"

"It must be an Omega. Look at that aura, so sweet and soft."

Which college? The College of Humanities or the College of Arts?

"She looks even prettier than our school beauty."

Whispers rustled softly.

Su Jingsheng quickened her pace.

She walked towards the dormitory building according to her memory, and people kept glancing at her along the way.

A boy on a bicycle almost crashed into the roadside steps, his eyes still glued to her.

"Be careful!" His companion tugged at him, chuckling softly, "Staring blankly?"

The boy blushed. "Which department is that girl from?"

"I don't know, I've never seen it before."
