The next day after school, Jonah got into Rumi Wakasa's car, and the two went to the safe house together.

"Looks like we're the last ones."

Pushing open the door, I saw Dave, Hondo Eisuke, and Curaçao sitting on the sofa. Wakasa Rumi took off her trench coat and casually placed it on the hanger, then chuckled and said.

"Since the three of us are all unemployed, we naturally have a lot of free time."

"That's not right, Dave, I have a job."

Holding a bottle of yogurt in her hand, Curaçao heard Dave's words and laughed as she retorted.

"Stop joking, Curaçao. Your class is more relaxed than mine and Bendou's usual classes. Don't try to think of yourself as an office worker."

"I usually work very hard and seriously. It's just that it's easy for me to take leave. You can't misunderstand me like that."

Curacao shook her finger and said with a smile, reaffirming her identity as a legitimate office worker.

"Whatever makes you happy."

Shrugging, Dave turned to Jonah and Rumi Wakasa who were walking over. "Alright, don't look so serious. Although things happened quite suddenly, I haven't been doing nothing all day."

"I have a general understanding of what this matter means to the organization, and I've also guessed what the organization is thinking. All I can say is that although the organization seems to be making a big fuss, it doesn't pose a significant threat to us."

"So what exactly happened? You didn't seem so relaxed when I received the message yesterday."

Sitting down next to Curaçao, Rumi Wakasa stretched her neck, which was a little stiff from grading homework all afternoon, and reached for an apple from the fruit basket on the coffee table.

"How did things become so easy in just one day?"

"At first I also thought this was a counterattack from Rum and the organization against us, but then I thought about it and it was completely meaningless. If they really wanted to retaliate against us, they should have taken action against us directly in Tokyo. Why did they have to come to Africa to do this?"

Holding a beer in his hand, Dave chuckled and recounted all his discoveries.

"So I immediately contacted Rena Mizunashi, Amuro, and Korn to ask them to investigate this news. After combining information from several sources, we confirmed that this matter had nothing to do with us. My previous thought that this was a declaration of war against us was just a very subjective guess."

"A subjective guess? Typical of you."

Upon hearing Dave's words, Rumi Wakasa scoffed and mocked him rudely, "You're in charge of intelligence for our squad, Dave, you can't possibly be this sloppy at your job, can you?"

"Nonsense. I'm usually very thorough in gathering intelligence. It's just that the timing of the news from the organization this time was too coincidental. It just so happened that Jonathan had declared war on Rum, and I was also excited because of Jonathan's declaration of war, so I immediately thought of us."

Dave shrugged, trying to justify his mistake, feeling that it was absolutely understandable.

"After calming down and thinking about it carefully, I realized that for such a large-scale operation, Rum's team could not have been assembled temporarily. More than 300 people, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that they had been preparing for more than two months in advance. So the truth is that we just happened to be there."

"So what exactly is this organization trying to do? Sending over 300 people to Africa, I don't think there's anything in Africa that's worth the organization's involvement in."

Frowning, Rumi Wakasa turned to look at Curacao, who was intently sipping the last bit of yogurt through a straw. Annoyed, she reached out and took the yogurt container, tore it open, and handed the bottom half, still containing yogurt, back to Curacao, telling her to drink it straight from the bottom and stop making slurping noises.

Upon seeing this, Jonah lowered the sound of drinking his yogurt, which Curaçao had just given him.

Jonah knew that Rumi Wakasa wasn't in a good mood today. In the afternoon, in Rumi Wakasa's office, a homeroom teacher from another class dealt with a rather serious fight between students.

When both sets of parents arrived at the school, they both felt that their children had been bullied. They not only argued with each other, but also shifted the blame to the homeroom teacher.

The homeroom teacher was a new teacher who had just started teaching the class this year. She was still quite young and didn't have much experience with this kind of thing. Seeing that both sets of parents were on the verge of tears, Rumi Wakasa couldn't stand it and took the initiative to step in to help resolve the situation.

Then, the parents focused their anger on Rumi Wakasa.

Honestly, if these two groups of parents dared to speak to Wakasa Rumi like that on the street, she wouldn't let them see the sun rise the next day.

But now that they were at school, and Wakasa Rumi was a teacher, she could only suppress her anger and try to persuade the parents to calm down with a smile.

Of course, while Wakasa Rumi was good at teaching, her handling of conflicts between students seemed somewhat immature.

Fortunately, Jonah, having heard about the commotion in the office, came over out of curiosity and saw Rumi Wakasa looking troubled.

Wakasa Rumi is one of their own, how could Jonah let her suffer?

After some consideration, Jonah decided that directly confronting two pairs of parents at school would damage the school's reputation and might upset the old principal who always brought him snacks. So, he opted for a gentler approach to help resolve the issue.

So, while their parents were arguing, the two children, who were glaring at each other and neither willing to back down, turned around and saw Jonah standing next to them with a blank expression after being patted on the shoulder.

He paused for a moment, then his eyes suddenly filled with panic. As a student at Teitan Elementary School, who wouldn't recognize this "Black Warrior" who carried the school's shovel, the security guard's baton, and the cafeteria's kitchen knife, "beating up" thugs and delinquents around the school?

Meeting the gazes of the two children, Jonah silently broke an 80-centimeter wooden ruler that the math teacher had used for drawing, and then spoke calmly.

"You guys are being a bit too noisy."

The next second, the two children, who usually failed several subjects in their exams, suddenly displayed unprecedented intelligence and comprehension. They turned around and rushed towards their parents, grabbing their legs and shouting to stop their parents from arguing.

Then, to the shock and even fear of their parents, the two children, who had previously beaten each other black and blue, bowed politely to each other and apologized, their attitude as sincere as if someone were pointing a gun at their backs.

The atmosphere in the office was immediately disrupted by the two children's resolute apologies. The parents on both sides were also speechless, their faces turning red and white as if they had swallowed fish. Finally, they apologized to each other in an awkward tone, and after apologizing to Rumi Wakasa and the homeroom teacher, they left with their children.

It wasn't that they had a sudden change of heart; rather, as parents, they were very clear about their children's personalities.

Any parent would be frightened if their child, who is always unruly at home, suddenly apologized politely and looked up at them with eyes that seemed to say, "Let's get out of here quickly."

After Jonah "exchanged (intimidated)" the two children, he hid to the side and waited until Rumi Wakasa had comforted the young homeroom teacher before walking up to her.

"Rachel, are you still angry? If you are, you'll have to wait a while. They just caused trouble at school today, and if something happens right away, it could get complicated."

"I wouldn't get angry over parents like that. I'm a teacher now, after all."

Seeing Wakasa Rumi smiling at him, but 'accidentally' crushing an eraser in her hand, Jonah felt that she didn't seem to be unperturbed, but since Wakasa Rumi had said so, Jonah didn't care anymore.

As Jonah sipped his yogurt, he noticed Dave getting thirsty from talking. Seeing that Dave and Curacao were also craving yogurt, Jonah picked up a can, inserted a straw, and started drinking. Jonah instinctively wanted to stop him.

But Dave's mouth is huge! He took two big gulps and the whole carton of yogurt was gone. The moment the straw made a hissing sound, the sofa cushion slammed into Dave's face with a whooshing sound.

"You're such a grown-up, can't you at least be a little more mindful of etiquette when drinking yogurt!"

"...No, what kind of etiquette is there for drinking yogurt?! If you want to hit me, just say so, don't make up excuses like this!"
