Noxus Glory

Chapter 75 Bear-Man Monster Steel Crossbow

Chapter 75 Bear-Man Monster Steel Crossbow

Perhaps it was influenced by the war.

The snowflakes gradually stopped falling, drifting sparsely to the ground.

The rare midday sun in Freljord was piercing the increasingly dark sky and spreading across the snow-covered plains.

However, the brilliant sunlight that was falling down had already been stained with a blood-red hue.

Inside the snow-covered trenches, the battle between the Winter's Claw tribe and the Noxian chapter continued.

The two sides remained locked in a fierce struggle, with neither side choosing to retreat nor abandoning their trench positions.

Endless fighting is taking place in the trenches littered with corpses.

Thick, bloody hues enveloped the battlefield like clouds. The soldiers, seemingly tireless, fought bravely against the enemy in the harsh, icy conditions, showing no sign of retreat.

Darius, wielding the Black Cleaver, stood atop the high watchtower, watching the chaotic, blood-red trench slowly fall into the hands of Winter's Claw.

These are natural-born warriors, forged in a cruel and unforgiving environment.

It certainly made the Noxian soldiers suffer.

"Send word to have Sparkling Horn Oro attack from the flank." Darius looked toward the area where Captain Faron was, his gaze somber.

Noxian heavy infantry and Winter's Claw heavy infantry turned the trench battlefield in front into a death mill, with broken corpses carelessly abandoned on the snow and trampled on.

Blood flowed freely down the trench, and the strong smell of rust filled the air.

Their battleground, littered with corpses, has gradually filled the trenches.

Even though Captain Farong was still fighting, the area he was holding was gradually shrinking, and Blood Warriors were still watching him from all sides.

"Is it my turn to appear?"

On the side of the Noxian camp, the Tauren Orochi was wiping his menacing hammer, its dense steel barbs gleaming with a chilling light.

He saw the flag officer on the high platform waving his flag at his own troops, grinning, his heart already brimming with uncontrollable murderous intent.

Shuojiao Aolo stood up and walked to the front of the battle. The crimson sunlight fell on his golden armor, creating a unique luster.

He looked at the minotaur warriors gathered behind him and raised his ferocious hammer high.

They had once submitted to their enemies, until Noxus conquered the land, and only then did they understand what true freedom meant.

"This is also why I fight for the empire."

Shuojiao Aolo's eyes turned red as he pointed at the blood-red battlefield ahead and roared angrily.

"charge!"

Thud! Thud! Thud! Thud! Thud!

On the snow-white ground, the sound of heavy footsteps suddenly rang out.

Led by Olo the Fiery Horn, his minotaur warband charged towards Winter's Claws' formation from the flank as if they had gone mad.

The noisy and restless atmosphere burned like a raging fire, searing the minotaur's heart.

They were clad in special steel armor, their heavy hooves pounding the blood-red ground, their sharp horns slicing through the air.

With Olo the Sharp Horn as the arrowhead, the minotaur warriors, like giant axes, cleaved the blood warriors' formation in half.

Rumble! Rumble!

The menacing hammer ripped away the blood warriors that tried to block its way, and the horns it protruded pierced through the hard leather armor.

The Tauren Warband forcefully broke through the Blood Warriors' defenses and then struck the abdomen of the Winter's Claws heavy infantry.

The heavy infantry of Winter's Claws were like a group of people who had been knocked over, falling into chaos.

Captain Farong saw the opportunity before him and decisively launched a counterattack.

He shouted orders to his heavy infantry, who, together with the minotaur warriors, ruthlessly smashed through the panicked Winter's Claw warriors in front of them and began a massacre.

With his chain hammer swung, Captain Farong, clad in heavy armor, transformed into a killing machine, stirring up waves of blood and gore.

Clang!

A sharp axe cleaved through the swinging chain hammer, severing it.

Three exceptionally strong Winter's Claw heavy infantrymen appeared in front of Captain Farong. They coordinated their attacks and prepared to intercept Captain Farong.

But the three Winter's Claw heavy infantrymen were no match for the surging torrent of steel. They barely made a splash before being swallowed up by the flood led by Captain Farong.

The Winter's Claw tribe, which had initially held the advantage, began to falter.

In front of the Winter's Claw camp.

As Sejuani surveyed the shifting battlefield, preparing to raise her right hand and swing it again, she hesitated.

She planned to have the Iceborn Warriors lead the Blood Alliance fighters to attack the Noxian Legion from the side.

However, the figure on the distant high platform seemed to know her every plan and was always playing a counter-strategy, suppressing the offensive rhythm of Winter's Claw.

"Do we learn from our failures?"

Sejuani recalled Darius's pathetic state during the first Freljord campaign, when he was relentlessly pursued by the Winter's Claw tribe and forced to flee back to the northern border of Noxus.

She wanted to ask Udyr for his opinion, but out of the corner of her eye, she saw that Udyr seemed to be meditating, recovering his mental strength.

"Um?"

Sejuani turned her head and looked over, as if she heard the howls of the bears and longed to join the fight.

She looked toward the bearmen's camp and saw the hunting lord staring at her.

According to the oath, the bearmen must obey her commands in order to join the battle.

"We must win, no matter what!" Sejuani looked at the cold corpses scattered across the battlefield, her expression ruthless.

She knew that her decision would make the corpses of her people sacrificed to her.

But now the Winter's Claw tribe is in dire straits.

She had no choice but to do this so that more of her people could survive!

Swish! Swish!

The chains rattled.

Sejuani waved her True Ice Flail, signaling the entire bear-men army to move out and attack the Noxian camp.

Roar! Roar! Roar!

Upon seeing Sejuani's actions, the Hunter Lord could no longer suppress the war-crazed desire within him and let out a deafening roar.

The dim sky echoed the Hunter Lord's voice as lightning flashed.

The deep purple light fell on the running bears, corroding their blood-red skin.

Even though they had previously plundered the Noxian soldiers' spoils, they were still ragged and ran like savages.

Behind them were packs of wild beasts.

These wild animals running across the snow are mostly bears, varying in size and coat color.

They are a group of losers, once beast spirit walkers, but now trapped in the merciless form of a giant bear, having lost their minds.

Perhaps they have long forgotten that they were once human.

Next up are monsters.

They are all bizarre hybrids of bears and other creatures, things from legends, nightmares, and folk tales.

However, it has now been completely devoured by the beast spirit and no longer has the appearance of a normal animal.

Led by the Hunting Lord, they transformed into a filthy, turbid wave, engulfing the pale snowfield and surging into the blood-red battlefield.

The arrows falling from the sky like a fine rain, after piercing the fur, embedded themselves in the flesh, but did not cause too much fatal damage to the bear-men.

They charged forward recklessly, intending to reap the "feast" on the battlefield!

Noxus camp.

Darius, standing atop the high watchtower, saw the filthy waves surging in from afar, and a ferocious smile spread across his calm face.

"Heh, Xiong Ling?"

"They dare to offer Noxians as sacrifices to Volibear!"

He immediately raised his arm and waved it angrily in the direction of the hunter lord.

"Taste the gift I've prepared for you monsters!"
