"Just me and Sister Xiu," Yu Meng said with a smile. "Aren't you happy?"

"You little rascal, even your mother is joking." Yu's mother pulled Yu Meng with one hand and reached out to pull Xiao Niannian with the other. "Don't let Sister Xiu carry you. She's tired from the whole car ride. Don't you know how heavy you are?"

"Mom, it's okay. Niannian isn't heavy." Sister Xiu carried little Niannian and they walked upstairs together.

Yu Meng looked around. "Mom, where's Dad?"

"He and Changjiu went back to the village to check on the vegetable garden and pick the vegetables that had grown."

"Mom, my eldest sister isn't home either. Where did she go?" Yu Meng looked around but couldn't find her eldest sister, so she asked.

Little Niannian pouted, "There's an older girl who hasn't learned it yet, so she keeps pestering our eldest sister to teach her. Dali didn't answer the woman's question. Instead, she looked up at Sister Xiu and said, "Sister Xiu, why are you back? Where's Little Sister? Has she returned?"

"Of course I'm back." Sister Xiu walked over, pulled out the notebook the woman had written in, and flipped through it.

"Big sister, she's become a disciple?"

The woman snatched the notebook away. "Teacher Yu, you have guests. I'll come another day."

Sister Xiu stopped her, "I know more than your eldest sister, do you need me to teach you?"

"I'm a continuing education student, it's only right that Teacher Yu teaches me," the woman argued.

"How come I didn't know there were still people daring to impersonate students? Who gave you the audacity to steal my sect's skills?" Sister Xiu shouted sternly.

Dali was stunned. "Sister Xiu, what are you talking about?"

Xiao Niannian added from the side, "Sister Xiu said she stole our skills."

"Isn't she a student? She doesn't know how, so she wants to take extra lessons, saying she'll pay me for the lessons," Dali explained.

Sister Xiu frowned and thought for a moment. She was right. They had tricked her younger sister so much that she had to resort to a self-inflicted injury to escape. It wouldn't be too much to teach them a lesson.

Sister Xiu walked up to the woman and said, "I've taken the notes. You can go now. Don't do this kind of thing again, or you'll be hated!" She patted the woman's shoulder as she spoke.

Then she called out, "Big sister, wait for me! I came looking for you. Honestly, you just left me here."

A voice came from afar, "Sister Xiu, hurry up! I just got home, and Mom said the pork ribs stew with green beans smells amazing."
