three days later.

Thor and Loki are back.

Thor has a huge flaming crown on his back, which looks like a giant shield.

"Mother! Surtur's crown has been retrieved!"

Loki followed behind Thor, elegantly adjusting his cuffs, appearing even more composed than Thor.

If Loki hadn't focused his hatred on Odin and instead used his wisdom and talents, he would actually have been more suited to be the king of Asgard.

But there was nothing he could do; the last major upheaval in Asgard had completely eroded his popularity.

From now on, he is probably destined to only be Saul's advisor.

After greeting his mother, Saul immediately gave Peter a bear hug, shouting loudly, ready to drink until they were both drunk.

But the entire celestial palace suddenly trembled violently.

Just as everyone present was wondering what was going on, a pitch-black crack appeared out of thin air in the space in front of them.

The cracks widened silently, emanating a chilling aura that sent shivers down one's spine.

Then, a pair of hands reached out from the crack.

Long, pale nails painted with jet-black nail polish.

The hands tore it open through the crack with force.

The next second, a tall female figure emerged completely from the crack.

Long black hair, almost grayish-white skin, and a pair of deep green eyes devoid of warmth. Her lips were thin, with a slight upturn that made her appear to be smiling, but there was no kindness in that smile.

Hela, the goddess of death, has declared her resurrection.

Hela looked around and couldn't help but greedily breathe in the air of Asgard:

"Ah, Asgard, I miss it so much."

Her voice is very pleasant, with a languid quality.

But at this moment, the sound made Frigga's family feel as if they were facing a formidable enemy.

Thor gripped his hammer, Loki took two steps back, and Sif drew her longsword. Frigga stood at the forefront, golden magic gathering in her hands.

Hela's gaze swept across everyone's faces, finally settling on Frigga.

"Are you the woman my father later married?"

"Hela," Frigga's voice was steady, "you should stay in Helheim."

"The person who locked me up is dead. Who else could force me to stay in that dark, sunless world?" Hela shrugged.

"Now... I'm back, to take back what's rightfully mine."

As she spoke, she landed slowly, and two black blades suddenly appeared in her hands.

This sudden movement startled Saul.

He swung the Meow Meow Hammer almost instinctively:

"I don't care who you are, but I, Thor Odinson, will not allow you to harm anything in Asgard—"

His words were cut short before he could finish.

Because he was on the opposite side.

Hela, his nominal sister, simply reached out and made the Meow Hammer hover in mid-air.

She held the cat-shaped hammer in one hand, her expression languid and playful:

"As my younger brother, it seems the old man has protected you too well."

As she spoke, Hela gradually increased the pressure on her five fingers gripping the Meow Hammer.

Under Thor's gaze, which narrowed in shock, cracks appeared on the surface of the Meowth Hammer.

"Click."

Finally, fragments scattered everywhere.

The Meow Hammer is broken.

Before Thor could recover from the shock, Hela had already patted his chest with her other hand.

Thor's body flew backward, crashing through several walls of the hall.

Frigga pushed out a golden magical barrier with both hands, attempting to stop Hela.

But she didn't even turn her head. Instead, she thrust out a black spike from her hand. This direct and violent blow pierced straight through the barrier and embedded itself in Frigga's shoulder.

The queen groaned and knelt on one knee.

From the moment Hela appeared until now, no more than ten seconds have passed.

Thor was instantly killed, and Frigga was instantly killed.

Loki gripped the divine dagger in his hand, instinctively wanting to move forward, but his body was trembling.

He was just a mage; he couldn't possibly be a match for the opponent.

Hela also cooperated by completely ignoring Loki.

She looked at Frigga lying in a pool of blood and Thor in the ruins, and gently shook her head.

"this one?"

She took a step forward.

"Has Asgard become so vulnerable? It truly disappoints me—"

"Feed".

An untimely voice interrupted her.

Hela tilted her head.

Peter emerged from behind the pillar, holding half an Asgardian apple in his hand.

"Sol, you're not very good. I thought you could last at least a minute."

Hela looked in the direction of the voice and couldn't help but scrutinize Peter from head to toe: "Who are you?"

"An Earthling passing through."

"Midgardians?"

Hela let out a sneer:

"The mighty Asgard has actually fallen so low as to have to ask Midgard for help? It's truly... disgusting!"

As she spoke, she made a fist towards the ground with her right hand.

The next second, countless tombs in the plaza outside the main hall cracked open, and a rotting corpse crawled out from them. Black armor, broken weapons, and green will-o'-the-wisps burning in the empty eye sockets.

Undead Legion.

But that's not all. At the far end of the square, a massive black wolf emerged from the ground, its breath steaming with a foul stench.

Fenris.

Thousands of undead warriors, along with a mythical giant wolf, have been Hela's only companions for the past thousand years.

"It seems Asgard needs a complete purge!"

As she spoke, she was about to wave her hand to let her undead soldiers and giant wolf Fenris wreak havoc and stretch their muscles.

But the next second, a golden banner suddenly appeared in Peter's hand.

The flag moved without wind, and a pale golden light shone from its surface.

Wherever the light swept, the undead warriors had no chance to resist and were sucked into the banner one after another.

They let out a silent roar, their bodies turning into black smoke and being swept into the flag, disappearing completely.

Even the enormous Fenris, enveloped in golden light, let out a painful howl, desperately resisting with all four limbs on the ground, but was ultimately dragged down and compressed by that force, and finally absorbed into the Emperor's Banner.

It only took a few breaths.

The undead army in the square was wiped out by Peter with a single banner.

Quiet.

The entire Asgard was eerily quiet at that moment.

Upon seeing this, Hela's smile vanished instantly.

Her undead army is one of her greatest assets.

Those soldiers followed her in her conquests across the Nine Realms, and even in death they would answer her call. But now, these loyal warriors have all been taken away by an unknown mortal with a single flag.

What she found even more unacceptable was that these damned Earthlings had even taken away her companion Fenris!

This undoubtedly touched upon her taboo!

"Midgardians...you deserve to die!"

Hela let out an angry roar and charged at Peter as if she had gone mad, two black blades shooting out of her hands and stabbing straight at Peter's heart!
