Lu Yuan was unaware of what had happened in the past; he simply wanted to do volunteer work.

"Dennis, I'm quite interested in this volunteer work, but I can't do it if it requires mental strength. You know I'm only D-rank, and my mental strength is weak, so I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to help even if I went."

"Understood. I'll let you know if there are any volunteer opportunities at the orphanage in the future."

When Rhine returned that evening, Lu Yuan told her about his desire to volunteer.

After Maggie finished explaining all the information Lu Yuan needed to know, she left on her own.

Lu Yuan leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes to rest.

About an hour and a half later, the aircraft stopped; we had arrived at Asley Orphanage.

As Lu Yuan stepped off the aircraft, the orphanage in front of him looked very new. The buildings inside were predominantly pale yellow, and there were green trees and flowers, giving him a very warm feeling.

As soon as they entered, they saw the orphanage director leading more than twenty children, holding flowers, standing outside to greet them.

As soon as Lu Yuan went in, he was immediately surrounded by the cubs, and An Lan received the same treatment.

The gifts prepared by the Hsiung Pao Foundation included snacks and drinks for the cubs, as well as several small toys, each packaged in a very cute bag.

Lu Yuan thought to himself that this orphanage looked really nice; the children inside were well cared for and very polite.

After the gifts were distributed, it was lunchtime.

When Lu Yuan arrived at the orphanage's canteen, the food had already been set out in advance. Each insect had the same food in front of it, including meat and vegetables. Although the portions were small, it was considered nutritionally balanced.

These ingredients were all provided by the Hsiung Pao Foundation today.

During the meal, Lu Yuan noticed that An Lan was not there, so he asked Maggie, who was sitting next to him.

"Why didn't Anlan come for dinner?"

Lu Yuan found it strange and was about to speak when he saw the cub run into a building.
